Na prijedlog Ministarstva mora, Vlada je odbila ponude tvrtke "Marina Sućuraj" pristigle u sklopu postupka za potencijalno davanje koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i korištenja luke nautičkog turizma u Sućurju na otoku Hvaru, ocijenivši je kao - neurednu.

Time je ujedno i poništen proces koji je izazvao veliku buru u najistočnijem mjestu na tom škoju, posebice zbog činjenice što je interes za izgradnju luke s 250 vezova iskazao slovački poduzetnik Ľudovít Černák, nekadašnji ministar gospodarstva i zamijenik premijera te zemlje.

Time su na svoje došli svi građani koji su svojedobno negodovali smatrajući da će velika marina u njihovu malome mistu naštetiti obližnjim kupalištima, zelenim površinama, pa i ukupnoj ekološkoj slici tog dijela Hvara.

Potpuno razumljivo, s druge strane ima i onih koji su zabrinuti što se u najistočnijem mjestu na otoku neće tako brzo ostvariti projekt čija je ukupna vrijednost u 30-godišnjem koncesijskom razdoblju bila procijenjena na gotovo pola milijarde kuna, budući da je pod koncesiju za 250 vezova trebao ići 100.251 četvorni metar kopnenog i morskog prostora.

- Prethodni natječaj za dodjeljivanje koncesije je 2018. godine također bio poništen s obrazloženjem da "ovlaštenik koncesije nije osigurao obaveznu garanciju poslovne banke u iznosu od jedan posto ukupne vrijednosti projekta", što je bio jedan od uvjeta.

Općina Sućuraj je, u prvom redu zbog gospodarskog napretka i potencijalnog zapošljavanja ljudi, od početka zainteresirana za izgradnju te marine, pa smo s naše strane učinili sve da do toga i dođe. Stoga sada zaista nismo zadovoljni da ponuda nije bila izrađena i dostavljena u skladu s traženjima koja je Vlada postavila u postupku – kazao je Ivan Slavić (HDZ), sućurajski načelnik.

U najnovijem obrazloženju iz Banskih dvora navodi se da je "uvidom u dostavljeni idejni projekt investitora utvrđeno da nadležno tijelo, u ovom slučaju Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, ne bi izdalo potrebnu potvrdu za idejni projekt, jer nije u skladu s dokumentima prostornog uređenja, osnosno Urbanističkim planom uređenja luke nautičkog turizma Sućuraj". U konačnici, ponuda kao takva naprosto očito postala neprihvatljiva i, pravno gledano, neuredna.

Time se izgradnja nautičkog objekta u Sućurju prolongira na duže vrijeme, investitor i Općina ostaju bez željenog projekta, a ni država neće moći ubirati koncesijsku naknadu tijekom dugogodišnjeg razdoblja.

Kada govorimo o tvrtki "Marina Sućuraj" recimo i to da je njezin osnivač prije dvije godine bila firma "Sitno Holding Real Estate" sa sjedištem u slovačkoj metropoli Bratislavi.

Široj javnosti ta je nekretninska kompanija poznata i po kupnji velikih zemljišnih površina na otoku Ugljanu u sklopu natječaja koji je raspisala Općina Preko za razvoj turističke zone "Mačjak – Šumljak", što je izazvalo veliko negodovanje građana i lokalne oporbe zbog sumnje u pogodovanje inozemnom ulagaču i njegovim partnerima.

Na prijedlog Ministarstva mora, Vlada je odbila ponude tvrtke "Marina Sućuraj" pristigle u sklopu postupka za potencijalno davanje koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i korištenja luke nautičkog turizma u Sućurju na otoku Hvaru, ocijenivši je kao - neurednu.

Time je ujedno i poništen proces koji je izazvao veliku buru u najistočnijem mjestu na tom škoju, posebice zbog činjenice što je interes za izgradnju luke s 250 vezova iskazao slovački poduzetnik Ľudovít Černák, nekadašnji ministar gospodarstva i zamijenik premijera te zemlje.

Time su na svoje došli svi građani koji su svojedobno negodovali smatrajući da će velika marina u njihovu malome mistu naštetiti obližnjim kupalištima, zelenim površinama, pa i ukupnoj ekološkoj slici tog dijela Hvara.

Potpuno razumljivo, s druge strane ima i onih koji su zabrinuti što se u najistočnijem mjestu na otoku neće tako brzo ostvariti projekt čija je ukupna vrijednost u 30-godišnjem koncesijskom razdoblju bila procijenjena na gotovo pola milijarde kuna, budući da je pod koncesiju za 250 vezova trebao ići 100.251 četvorni metar kopnenog i morskog prostora.

- Prethodni natječaj za dodjeljivanje koncesije je 2018. godine također bio poništen s obrazloženjem da "ovlaštenik koncesije nije osigurao obaveznu garanciju poslovne banke u iznosu od jedan posto ukupne vrijednosti projekta", što je bio jedan od uvjeta.

Općina Sućuraj je, u prvom redu zbog gospodarskog napretka i potencijalnog zapošljavanja ljudi, od početka zainteresirana za izgradnju te marine, pa smo s naše strane učinili sve da do toga i dođe. Stoga sada zaista nismo zadovoljni da ponuda nije bila izrađena i dostavljena u skladu s traženjima koja je Vlada postavila u postupku – kazao je Ivan Slavić (HDZ), sućurajski načelnik.

U najnovijem obrazloženju iz Banskih dvora navodi se da je "uvidom u dostavljeni idejni projekt investitora utvrđeno da nadležno tijelo, u ovom slučaju Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, ne bi izdalo potrebnu potvrdu za idejni projekt, jer nije u skladu s dokumentima prostornog uređenja, osnosno Urbanističkim planom uređenja luke nautičkog turizma Sućuraj". U konačnici, ponuda kao takva naprosto očito postala neprihvatljiva i, pravno gledano, neuredna.

Time se izgradnja nautičkog objekta u Sućurju prolongira na duže vrijeme, investitor i Općina ostaju bez željenog projekta, a ni država neće moći ubirati koncesijsku naknadu tijekom dugogodišnjeg razdoblja.

Kada govorimo o tvrtki "Marina Sućuraj" recimo i to da je njezin osnivač prije dvije godine bila firma "Sitno Holding Real Estate" sa sjedištem u slovačkoj metropoli Bratislavi.

Široj javnosti ta je nekretninska kompanija poznata i po kupnji velikih zemljišnih površina na otoku Ugljanu u sklopu natječaja koji je raspisala Općina Preko za razvoj turističke zone "Mačjak – Šumljak", što je izazvalo veliko negodovanje građana i lokalne oporbe zbog sumnje u pogodovanje inozemnom ulagaču i njegovim partnerima.
