Drniška tvrtka "Kameni zid" još u travnju je počela zemljane radove i široke iskope u sklopu izgradnje novoga gradskoga groblja Kruvenica u Hvaru.

Nakon okončanja tog dijela projekta, početkom listopada, nastavljena je izgradnja konstrukcije, a prve lopate betona na tom mjestu položio je hvarski gradonačelnik Rikardo Novak. Riječ je o kapitalnom projektu ukupne vrijednosti gotovo 4,1 milijun eura, na koji su građani čekali desetljećima, a završetak radova planiran je za početak 2025. godine, uoči lokalnih izbora.

Da bi projekt mogao ići dalje potreban je novac, pa je tvrtka "Komunalno Hvar" raspisala javni poziv za dodjelu grobnih mjesta na korištenje i naplatu naknade već tijekom njihove izgradnje. Uprava groblja će od 8. prosinca u svojim uredskim prostorijama u Hvaru, na adresi Ulica Vlade Stošića 7, primati zahtjeve za dodjelu grobnih mjesta na korištenje i naplaćivati naplatu.

Uz izgradnju grobnog zida i memorijalnog trga s ulazom i mrtvačnicom, uključujući kompletnu infrastrukturu, građanima se nudi sljedeće: jednostruka grobnica s tri mjesta za pokojnike po cijeni od 10.451 euro, dvostruka grobnica sa šest mjesta za 13.438 eura i grobnica u zidu s dva ukopna mjesta za 6470 eura.

Niša za urnu je najjeftinija, cijena joj iznosi 3152 eura, ali tu treba znati da u Hrvatskoj postoje samo dva krematorija (Zagreb i osijek) i da su poprilično udaljeni od otoka Hvara.

Zna se da smrt svakog čovjeka izaziva tugu i bol u krugu obitelji, prijatelja i znanaca, ali isto tako uzrokuje i značajne troškove njegove sahrane. Na škoju je to još skuplje i redovito povezano s dodatnim teškoćama, naročito kad se to događa u destinacijama poput Hvara koje u turističkom i nekretninskom smislu ima status elitne.

Zato su ljudi i reagirali na iskazane cijene grobnica, ali se sada to nekako stišalo jer iznosi unatoč protoku vremena nisu povećavani. Međutim, olakotna okolnost je da će građani u konačnici na korištenje dobiti u potpunosti dovršeno grobno mjesto uključujući nadgrobnu ploču i spomenik.

Furešti će i u ovom hvarskom slučaju proći najgore, pa čak i boduli koji možda i cijeli život provode na inozemnoj adresi, a ipak se žele pokopati u svome rodnom mjestu, jer će popust od 10 posto na spomenute cijene ostvariti samo oni građani koji na teritoriju Grada Hvara imaju prijavljeno prebivalište duže od 10 godina.

Ako se naknada za korištenje posljednjeg počivališta na Kruvenici plaća odjednom, dobiva se popust od 20 posto, a za slučajeve kada se plaća u dva obroka, umanjenje cijene iznosi samo 10 posto (50 posto prilikom potpisivanja ugovora, a preostalih 50 posto najkasnije u roku od godinu dana).

Olakšice domicilnom stanovništvu, dakle, postaju sve češće - pravilo. Primjetne su kod cijena pomorskog prijevoza, plaćanja komunalnog doprinosa, korištenja grobnih mjesta...

Svojedobno su se čak i pojedine nekretnine mogle jeftinije kupovati pod uvjetom ako se više radnog staža ostvarilo na škoju, ali je takvu praksu dokinuo Ustavni sud uz obrazloženje da se radni staž u Hrvatskoj mora jednako vrednovati bez obzira gdje je ostvaren.

Na posljetku valja spomenuti i prigovore da otoci zbog takvih politika u još većoj mjeri postaju zatvorene sredine, a bi li domaći i furešti na nekom području pod jednakim uvjetima trebali koristiti grobna mjesta, zaključite sami.

Drniška tvrtka "Kameni zid" još u travnju je počela zemljane radove i široke iskope u sklopu izgradnje novoga gradskoga groblja Kruvenica u Hvaru.

Nakon okončanja tog dijela projekta, početkom listopada, nastavljena je izgradnja konstrukcije, a prve lopate betona na tom mjestu položio je hvarski gradonačelnik Rikardo Novak. Riječ je o kapitalnom projektu ukupne vrijednosti gotovo 4,1 milijun eura, na koji su građani čekali desetljećima, a završetak radova planiran je za početak 2025. godine, uoči lokalnih izbora.

Da bi projekt mogao ići dalje potreban je novac, pa je tvrtka "Komunalno Hvar" raspisala javni poziv za dodjelu grobnih mjesta na korištenje i naplatu naknade već tijekom njihove izgradnje. Uprava groblja će od 8. prosinca u svojim uredskim prostorijama u Hvaru, na adresi Ulica Vlade Stošića 7, primati zahtjeve za dodjelu grobnih mjesta na korištenje i naplaćivati naplatu.

Uz izgradnju grobnog zida i memorijalnog trga s ulazom i mrtvačnicom, uključujući kompletnu infrastrukturu, građanima se nudi sljedeće: jednostruka grobnica s tri mjesta za pokojnike po cijeni od 10.451 euro, dvostruka grobnica sa šest mjesta za 13.438 eura i grobnica u zidu s dva ukopna mjesta za 6470 eura.

Niša za urnu je najjeftinija, cijena joj iznosi 3152 eura, ali tu treba znati da u Hrvatskoj postoje samo dva krematorija (Zagreb i osijek) i da su poprilično udaljeni od otoka Hvara.

Zna se da smrt svakog čovjeka izaziva tugu i bol u krugu obitelji, prijatelja i znanaca, ali isto tako uzrokuje i značajne troškove njegove sahrane. Na škoju je to još skuplje i redovito povezano s dodatnim teškoćama, naročito kad se to događa u destinacijama poput Hvara koje u turističkom i nekretninskom smislu ima status elitne.

Zato su ljudi i reagirali na iskazane cijene grobnica, ali se sada to nekako stišalo jer iznosi unatoč protoku vremena nisu povećavani. Međutim, olakotna okolnost je da će građani u konačnici na korištenje dobiti u potpunosti dovršeno grobno mjesto uključujući nadgrobnu ploču i spomenik.

Furešti će i u ovom hvarskom slučaju proći najgore, pa čak i boduli koji možda i cijeli život provode na inozemnoj adresi, a ipak se žele pokopati u svome rodnom mjestu, jer će popust od 10 posto na spomenute cijene ostvariti samo oni građani koji na teritoriju Grada Hvara imaju prijavljeno prebivalište duže od 10 godina.

Ako se naknada za korištenje posljednjeg počivališta na Kruvenici plaća odjednom, dobiva se popust od 20 posto, a za slučajeve kada se plaća u dva obroka, umanjenje cijene iznosi samo 10 posto (50 posto prilikom potpisivanja ugovora, a preostalih 50 posto najkasnije u roku od godinu dana).

Olakšice domicilnom stanovništvu, dakle, postaju sve češće - pravilo. Primjetne su kod cijena pomorskog prijevoza, plaćanja komunalnog doprinosa, korištenja grobnih mjesta...

Svojedobno su se čak i pojedine nekretnine mogle jeftinije kupovati pod uvjetom ako se više radnog staža ostvarilo na škoju, ali je takvu praksu dokinuo Ustavni sud uz obrazloženje da se radni staž u Hrvatskoj mora jednako vrednovati bez obzira gdje je ostvaren.

Na posljetku valja spomenuti i prigovore da otoci zbog takvih politika u još većoj mjeri postaju zatvorene sredine, a bi li domaći i furešti na nekom području pod jednakim uvjetima trebali koristiti grobna mjesta, zaključite sami.
