Mađarski turisti su u moru pokraj Vira pronašli, a onda iz mora i izvadili plemenite periske. Tehnička suradnica Hrvatskog veterinarskog instituta Angela Bradarić ispričala je što se dogodilo za Morski.hr.

"Šalje mi kolega Vedran, ronilac iz RK Nautilusa, slike lipe plaže s Vira, ispod slike tekst: ‘Mađari vade periske!‘ Rekao sam im da ne smiju, da je zaštićena, da će platiti kaznu... ne trzaju! Eno je vanka", prepričava Bradarić. 

Kaže da je odmah reagirala i zvala policiju te da je policajac u Zadru odmah reagirao. "Čovjek zapisuje moju priču, uzima podatke, gleda tko mu je najbliži da ga pošalje, zamoli me da pošaljem slike na mail, kontakt kolege ronioca...", priča.

Nekoliko minuta kasnije, kaže, javio joj se kolega Vedran i rekao da je policija stigla. "Vedran je održao i kratku edukaciju, policajcima i Mađarima, šokirali su se kad su čuli da ih je u Jadranu samo 26 živih! I oni su kao i mnogi drugi smatrali perisku živom ako strši iz pijeska...

Vedran ih je poučio da moraju mahnuti rukom iznad nje da vide je li se zatvara, jer to znači da je živa. Tako sam bila ponosna, srce ko kuća zapamtio je sve moje rečenice kojima završavam svaki ronilački brifing.

Poslala sam mu odmah edukativni tekst na engleskom, da lakše objasni Mađarima, i to je bio pun pogodak. Sad znaju! Prestao je umor... Slike su se obojale, okupala me sreća. Od prve Vedranove poruke do dolaska policije je prošlo malo više od 20 minuta!" ispričala je Angela Bradarić.

Strogo zaštićena

Periska (pinna nobilis) je strogo zaštićena školjka te je njeno vađenje i posjedovanje zabranjeno

Štiti je Zakon o zaštiti prirode, a Pravilnikom o strogo zaštićenim svojtama periska je svrstana u strogo zaštićene zavičajne svojte. Najstrože je zabranjeno njeno vađenje i posjedovanje, bez obzira na to radi li se o tada živom ili već mrtvom primjerku, piše Morski.

Zakonom o zaštiti prirode regulirana je zaštita strogo zaštićene životinje, a školjka je živo biće te ih je zabranjeno ‘‘uzeti iz prirode, namjerno uhvatiti i/ili ubiti, namjerno oštetiti i/ili uništiti njihove razvojne oblike, gnijezda ili legla, namjerno uznemiriti, naročito u vrijeme razmnožavanja, podizanja mladih, migracije i hibernacije, ako bi uznemirenje bilo značajno u odnosu na ciljeve zaštite, namjerno uništiti i/ili uzeti jaja iz prirode ili držati prazna jaja, oštetiti ili uništiti područja njihova razmnožavanja ili odmaranja te prikriti, držati, uzgajati, trgovati, uvoziti, izvoziti, prevoziti i otuđiti ili na bilo koji način pribaviti i preparirati‘‘.

Također je bitno spomenuti da se radi i o kaznenom djelu uništavanja zaštićenih prirodnih vrijednosti, s obzirom na to da je Kaznenim zakonom određeno kako će se kazniti tko ‘‘protivno propisima usmrti, uništi, posjeduje, hvata ili uzima jedinku zaštićene svojte životinja, biljaka ili gljiva ili drugu zaštićenu prirodnu vrijednost‘‘.

Mađarski turisti su u moru pokraj Vira pronašli, a onda iz mora i izvadili plemenite periske. Tehnička suradnica Hrvatskog veterinarskog instituta Angela Bradarić ispričala je što se dogodilo za Morski.hr.

"Šalje mi kolega Vedran, ronilac iz RK Nautilusa, slike lipe plaže s Vira, ispod slike tekst: ‘Mađari vade periske!‘ Rekao sam im da ne smiju, da je zaštićena, da će platiti kaznu... ne trzaju! Eno je vanka", prepričava Bradarić. 

Kaže da je odmah reagirala i zvala policiju te da je policajac u Zadru odmah reagirao. "Čovjek zapisuje moju priču, uzima podatke, gleda tko mu je najbliži da ga pošalje, zamoli me da pošaljem slike na mail, kontakt kolege ronioca...", priča.

Vedran ih je poučio da moraju mahnuti rukom iznad nje da vide je li se zatvara, jer to znači da je živa. Tako sam bila ponosna, srce ko kuća zapamtio je sve moje rečenice kojima završavam svaki ronilački brifing.

Poslala sam mu odmah edukativni tekst na engleskom, da lakše objasni Mađarima, i to je bio pun pogodak. Sad znaju! Prestao je umor... Slike su se obojale, okupala me sreća. Od prve Vedranove poruke do dolaska policije je prošlo malo više od 20 minuta!" ispričala je Angela Bradarić.

Strogo zaštićena

Periska (pinna nobilis) je strogo zaštićena školjka te je njeno vađenje i posjedovanje zabranjeno

Štiti je Zakon o zaštiti prirode, a Pravilnikom o strogo zaštićenim svojtama periska je svrstana u strogo zaštićene zavičajne svojte. Najstrože je zabranjeno njeno vađenje i posjedovanje, bez obzira na to radi li se o tada živom ili već mrtvom primjerku, piše Morski.

Zakonom o zaštiti prirode regulirana je zaštita strogo zaštićene životinje, a školjka je živo biće te ih je zabranjeno ‘‘uzeti iz prirode, namjerno uhvatiti i/ili ubiti, namjerno oštetiti i/ili uništiti njihove razvojne oblike, gnijezda ili legla, namjerno uznemiriti, naročito u vrijeme razmnožavanja, podizanja mladih, migracije i hibernacije, ako bi uznemirenje bilo značajno u odnosu na ciljeve zaštite, namjerno uništiti i/ili uzeti jaja iz prirode ili držati prazna jaja, oštetiti ili uništiti područja njihova razmnožavanja ili odmaranja te prikriti, držati, uzgajati, trgovati, uvoziti, izvoziti, prevoziti i otuđiti ili na bilo koji način pribaviti i preparirati‘‘.

Također je bitno spomenuti da se radi i o kaznenom djelu uništavanja zaštićenih prirodnih vrijednosti, s obzirom na to da je Kaznenim zakonom određeno kako će se kazniti tko ‘‘protivno propisima usmrti, uništi, posjeduje, hvata ili uzima jedinku zaštićene svojte životinja, biljaka ili gljiva ili drugu zaštićenu prirodnu vrijednost‘‘.

Mađarski turisti su u moru pokraj Vira pronašli, a onda iz mora i izvadili plemenite periske. Tehnička suradnica Hrvatskog veterinarskog instituta Angela Bradarić ispričala je što se dogodilo za Morski.hr.

"Šalje mi kolega Vedran, ronilac iz RK Nautilusa, slike lipe plaže s Vira, ispod slike tekst: ‘Mađari vade periske!‘ Rekao sam im da ne smiju, da je zaštićena, da će platiti kaznu... ne trzaju! Eno je vanka", prepričava Bradarić. 

Kaže da je odmah reagirala i zvala policiju te da je policajac u Zadru odmah reagirao. "Čovjek zapisuje moju priču, uzima podatke, gleda tko mu je najbliži da ga pošalje, zamoli me da pošaljem slike na mail, kontakt kolege ronioca...", priča.
