Trogirski policajci proveli su istraživanje vezano uz događaj tijekom gašenja nedavnog velikog požara na otoku Čiovu.

Iznad požarišta tada je uočeno da netko, u zračnom prostoru koji su koristili kanaderi za prelet i gašenje vatrene stihije, netko upravlja dronom i snima područje. Policijski službenici u suradnji s Hrvatskom agencijom za civilno zrakoplovstvo, počeli su kriminalističko istraživanje koje je rezultiralo otkrivanjem identiteta i pronalaskom osobe koja je u kritičnim trenucima upravljala dronom.

- Provedenim istraživanjem prikupljeni su dokazi iz kojih je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 25-godišnji hrvatski državljanin ostvario obilježja kršenja Zakona o zračnom prometu, na način da je 27. srpnja oko 16.30 sati na području mjesta Žedno, tijekom intervencije hitnih službi, bez odobrenja nadležnog tijela ili službe upravljao bespilotnom letjelicom unutar navedenog područja.

Dakle, to je radio suprotno uvjetima, načinu, pravilima i postupcima letenja zrakoplova utvrđenima propisom Zakona o zračnom prometu i EU-ovim propisima.

Pokretanje prekršajnog postupka za ovaj prekršaj u nadležnosti je Hrvatske agencije za civilno zrakoplovstvo, radi čega je Policijska postaja Trogir dostavila obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju, zajedno s prikupljenim dokazima, kako bi se proveo postupak i sankcioniralo počinitelja - naglašavaju iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske.

Trogirski policajci proveli su istraživanje vezano uz događaj tijekom gašenja nedavnog velikog požara na otoku Čiovu.

Iznad požarišta tada je uočeno da netko, u zračnom prostoru koji su koristili kanaderi za prelet i gašenje vatrene stihije, netko upravlja dronom i snima područje. Policijski službenici u suradnji s Hrvatskom agencijom za civilno zrakoplovstvo, počeli su kriminalističko istraživanje koje je rezultiralo otkrivanjem identiteta i pronalaskom osobe koja je u kritičnim trenucima upravljala dronom.

- Provedenim istraživanjem prikupljeni su dokazi iz kojih je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 25-godišnji hrvatski državljanin ostvario obilježja kršenja Zakona o zračnom prometu, na način da je 27. srpnja oko 16.30 sati na području mjesta Žedno, tijekom intervencije hitnih službi, bez odobrenja nadležnog tijela ili službe upravljao bespilotnom letjelicom unutar navedenog područja.

Dakle, to je radio suprotno uvjetima, načinu, pravilima i postupcima letenja zrakoplova utvrđenima propisom Zakona o zračnom prometu i EU-ovim propisima.

Pokretanje prekršajnog postupka za ovaj prekršaj u nadležnosti je Hrvatske agencije za civilno zrakoplovstvo, radi čega je Policijska postaja Trogir dostavila obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju, zajedno s prikupljenim dokazima, kako bi se proveo postupak i sankcioniralo počinitelja - naglašavaju iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske.

Trogirski policajci proveli su istraživanje vezano uz događaj tijekom gašenja nedavnog velikog požara na otoku Čiovu.

Iznad požarišta tada je uočeno da netko, u zračnom prostoru koji su koristili kanaderi za prelet i gašenje vatrene stihije, netko upravlja dronom i snima područje. Policijski službenici u suradnji s Hrvatskom agencijom za civilno zrakoplovstvo, počeli su kriminalističko istraživanje koje je rezultiralo otkrivanjem identiteta i pronalaskom osobe koja je u kritičnim trenucima upravljala dronom.

- Provedenim istraživanjem prikupljeni su dokazi iz kojih je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 25-godišnji hrvatski državljanin ostvario obilježja kršenja Zakona o zračnom prometu, na način da je 27. srpnja oko 16.30 sati na području mjesta Žedno, tijekom intervencije hitnih službi, bez odobrenja nadležnog tijela ili službe upravljao bespilotnom letjelicom unutar navedenog područja.

Dakle, to je radio suprotno uvjetima, načinu, pravilima i postupcima letenja zrakoplova utvrđenima propisom Zakona o zračnom prometu i EU-ovim propisima.

Pokretanje prekršajnog postupka za ovaj prekršaj u nadležnosti je Hrvatske agencije za civilno zrakoplovstvo, radi čega je Policijska postaja Trogir dostavila obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju, zajedno s prikupljenim dokazima, kako bi se proveo postupak i sankcioniralo počinitelja - naglašavaju iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske.
