Neka područja na obali posebno privlače pažnju mogućih kupaca iz inozemstva, jedno od takvih je i otok Vir. Skupljene na površini otoka od 22 kvadratna kilometra, nekretnine na Viru u fokusu su brojnih domaćih i inozemnih posjetitelja oglasnika Indomio mreže.

Podaci oglasnika za nekretnine Crozilla.com pokazuju kako se tijekom lipnja otok Vir posebno isticao među potencijalnim kupcima nekretnina, piše Jutarnji list.

- Velik broj posjetitelja oglasnika pretraživao je ponudu nekretnina za prodaju na Viru, a posebno su se istaknuli Nijemci i Austrijanci pokazujući velik interes za kuće - ističe Mladen Matijević, regionalni direktor tvrtke Indomio.

Na tom su oglasniku cijene kuća na Viru oglašavane od oko 100.000 eura na više, a gornje granice dosežu i višemilijunske iznose. Garsonijere i manje apartmane moguće je pronaći po cijenama nižim od 80.000 eura. Najskuplji stanovi na tom otoku oglašavani su po cijenama i od nekoliko stotina tisuća eura, no u takvim je slučajevima riječ o novogradnji na dobrim lokacijama.

Prema podacima tog oglasnika, srpanjske vrijednosti tamošnjih kuća porasle su za 1,4 posto, pa je njihova prosječna oglašavana cijena, uključujući cijenu okućnice i pripadajućih objekata, iznosila 2000 eura po kvadratu, dok je cijena stanova bila 3125 eura po kvadratu.

Mladen Matijević dodaje i kako navedene oglašavane cijene predstavljaju "želje" prodavatelja, pa se one obično razlikuju od realiziranih, odnosno od onih po kojima se nekretnine prodaju. Osim za stanovanje vlasnika, nekretnine na Viru često se kupuju i za vikendice ili za turistički najam.

- Vir je popularan za turistički najam jer vlasnici mogu ostvariti dodatne prihode i pritom i sami uživati u svojoj nekretnini - rekao je Mladen Matijević.

Neka područja na obali posebno privlače pažnju mogućih kupaca iz inozemstva, jedno od takvih je i otok Vir. Skupljene na površini otoka od 22 kvadratna kilometra, nekretnine na Viru u fokusu su brojnih domaćih i inozemnih posjetitelja oglasnika Indomio mreže.

Podaci oglasnika za nekretnine Crozilla.com pokazuju kako se tijekom lipnja otok Vir posebno isticao među potencijalnim kupcima nekretnina, piše Jutarnji list.

- Velik broj posjetitelja oglasnika pretraživao je ponudu nekretnina za prodaju na Viru, a posebno su se istaknuli Nijemci i Austrijanci pokazujući velik interes za kuće - ističe Mladen Matijević, regionalni direktor tvrtke Indomio.

Na tom su oglasniku cijene kuća na Viru oglašavane od oko 100.000 eura na više, a gornje granice dosežu i višemilijunske iznose. Garsonijere i manje apartmane moguće je pronaći po cijenama nižim od 80.000 eura. Najskuplji stanovi na tom otoku oglašavani su po cijenama i od nekoliko stotina tisuća eura, no u takvim je slučajevima riječ o novogradnji na dobrim lokacijama.

Prema podacima tog oglasnika, srpanjske vrijednosti tamošnjih kuća porasle su za 1,4 posto, pa je njihova prosječna oglašavana cijena, uključujući cijenu okućnice i pripadajućih objekata, iznosila 2000 eura po kvadratu, dok je cijena stanova bila 3125 eura po kvadratu.

Mladen Matijević dodaje i kako navedene oglašavane cijene predstavljaju "želje" prodavatelja, pa se one obično razlikuju od realiziranih, odnosno od onih po kojima se nekretnine prodaju. Osim za stanovanje vlasnika, nekretnine na Viru često se kupuju i za vikendice ili za turistički najam.

- Vir je popularan za turistički najam jer vlasnici mogu ostvariti dodatne prihode i pritom i sami uživati u svojoj nekretnini - rekao je Mladen Matijević.
