U Upravnom odjelu za prostorno uređenje, zaštitu okoliša i komunalne poslove u čijoj je nadležnosti izdavanje akata kojima se dozvoljava gradnja ili utvrđuju uvjeti građenja, prošle je godine zaprimljen 1221 zahtjev za građevinsku dozvolu na području Zadarske županije, a riješeno je u tom razdoblju 1426 zahtjeva. Zatraženo je 140 izmjena ili dopuna građevinskih dozvola, a riješeno 93, zaprimljeno je 87 zahtjeva za lokacijske dozvole, a riješeno 165, te je zatraženo 30 izmjena ili dopuna lokacijskih dozvola, a riješeno 17.

Ove je godine do 23. svibnja zaprimljeno 480 zahtjeva za građevinske dozvole, riješeno je u tom razdoblju 585 zahtjeva, izmjena ili dopuna građevinskih dozvola zaprimljeno je 56, a riješen je 51 zahtjev, te je zaprimljeno 38 zahtjeva za lokacijskom dozvolom, a riješeno ih je 29. Izmjena i dopuna bilo je 6 u zahtjevima, riješeno ih je 8.

U Općini Vir prošle je godine zaprimljeno 163 zahtjeva za građevinskom dozvolom, riješen je 181 slučaj, izmjena ili dopuna bilo je 13, riješeno je 11, zahtjeva za lokacijskom dozvolom bila su dva,te je toliko i riješeno. Izmjena i dopuna bilo je po jedan u zahtjevima i rješenju.

Ove godine u Općini Vir bilo je svega 66 zahtjeva za građevinskom dozvolom, riješeno ih je 87, izmjena je bilo 8, riješeno 6, lokacijska dozvola zahtjevana je jednom i riješena.

U Općini Vir koja se smatra najtraženijom u kupoprodaji zemljišta i izgradnji objekata u Dalmaciji, pogotovo u odnosu na njezinu ukupnu površinu, u 2021. godini ukupno je bilo 839 ugovora o kupoprodaji, 42 ugovora o zakupu, 17 ugovora o najmu. Među kupcima je bilo i mnoštvo inozemnih državljana, posebice Mađara, Slovenaca i građana iz BiH, uključujući i one koji žive izvan domovine.

Od ukupnog broja ugovora za: stan/apartman je 220 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 161.750.348,68 kn i ukupne površine 17332,07 m2, stambene zgrade 263 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 272.263.531,06 kn i ukupne površine 72.232,88 m2, stambene zgrade za povremeno stanovanje 3 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 2.547.536,88 kn i ukupne površine 534,20 m2, poslovne zgrade 3 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 439.620,16 kn i ukupne površine 667,00 m2, građevinsko zemljište 274 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 6.674.847,86 kn i ukupne površine 64.151,16 m2, šumsko zemljište 3 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 599.532,05 kn i ukupne površine 9451,00 kn2, različite nekretnine 9 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 6.646.665,87 kn i ukupne površine 2.641,83 m2.

Biograd na Moru također je tražen u broju zahtjeva i riješenih građevinskih i lokacijskih dozvola. U 2021. godini zaprimljeno je 194 zahtjeva za građevinske dozvole, 25 izmjena ili dopuna, 15 zahtjeva za lokacijske dozvoile i 10 izmjena i dopuna. Riješeno je 168 građevinskih dozvola, 13 izmjena ili dopuna, 35 lokacijskih dozvola i 10 izmjena. U 2022. godini zaprimljeno je 54 građevinskih dozvola, 3 izmjene, 1 lokacijska, a riješeno je 45 građevinskih dozvola, te 3 izmjene ili dopune.

U Privlaci je lani izdano 146 građevinskih dozvola, 9 izmjena i jedna lokacijska, ove godine riješeno je 62 građevinskih dozvola, 4 izmjene i jedna lokacijska.

U Ninu je 2021. godine riješeno 119 građevinskih dozvola, 6 izmjena, 4 lokacijske i jedna izmjena, dok je ove godine broj riješenih građevinskih dozvola iznosio 52 i 7 izmjena ili dopuna.

U Upravnom odjelu za prostorno uređenje, zaštitu okoliša i komunalne poslove u čijoj je nadležnosti izdavanje akata kojima se dozvoljava gradnja ili utvrđuju uvjeti građenja, prošle je godine zaprimljen 1221 zahtjev za građevinsku dozvolu na području Zadarske županije, a riješeno je u tom razdoblju 1426 zahtjeva. Zatraženo je 140 izmjena ili dopuna građevinskih dozvola, a riješeno 93, zaprimljeno je 87 zahtjeva za lokacijske dozvole, a riješeno 165, te je zatraženo 30 izmjena ili dopuna lokacijskih dozvola, a riješeno 17.

Ove je godine do 23. svibnja zaprimljeno 480 zahtjeva za građevinske dozvole, riješeno je u tom razdoblju 585 zahtjeva, izmjena ili dopuna građevinskih dozvola zaprimljeno je 56, a riješen je 51 zahtjev, te je zaprimljeno 38 zahtjeva za lokacijskom dozvolom, a riješeno ih je 29. Izmjena i dopuna bilo je 6 u zahtjevima, riješeno ih je 8.

U Općini Vir prošle je godine zaprimljeno 163 zahtjeva za građevinskom dozvolom, riješen je 181 slučaj, izmjena ili dopuna bilo je 13, riješeno je 11, zahtjeva za lokacijskom dozvolom bila su dva,te je toliko i riješeno. Izmjena i dopuna bilo je po jedan u zahtjevima i rješenju.

Ove godine u Općini Vir bilo je svega 66 zahtjeva za građevinskom dozvolom, riješeno ih je 87, izmjena je bilo 8, riješeno 6, lokacijska dozvola zahtjevana je jednom i riješena.

U Općini Vir koja se smatra najtraženijom u kupoprodaji zemljišta i izgradnji objekata u Dalmaciji, pogotovo u odnosu na njezinu ukupnu površinu, u 2021. godini ukupno je bilo 839 ugovora o kupoprodaji, 42 ugovora o zakupu, 17 ugovora o najmu. Među kupcima je bilo i mnoštvo inozemnih državljana, posebice Mađara, Slovenaca i građana iz BiH, uključujući i one koji žive izvan domovine.

Od ukupnog broja ugovora za: stan/apartman je 220 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 161.750.348,68 kn i ukupne površine 17332,07 m2, stambene zgrade 263 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 272.263.531,06 kn i ukupne površine 72.232,88 m2, stambene zgrade za povremeno stanovanje 3 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 2.547.536,88 kn i ukupne površine 534,20 m2, poslovne zgrade 3 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 439.620,16 kn i ukupne površine 667,00 m2, građevinsko zemljište 274 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 6.674.847,86 kn i ukupne površine 64.151,16 m2, šumsko zemljište 3 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 599.532,05 kn i ukupne površine 9451,00 kn2, različite nekretnine 9 ugovora, ukupne vrijednosti 6.646.665,87 kn i ukupne površine 2.641,83 m2.

Biograd na Moru također je tražen u broju zahtjeva i riješenih građevinskih i lokacijskih dozvola. U 2021. godini zaprimljeno je 194 zahtjeva za građevinske dozvole, 25 izmjena ili dopuna, 15 zahtjeva za lokacijske dozvoile i 10 izmjena i dopuna. Riješeno je 168 građevinskih dozvola, 13 izmjena ili dopuna, 35 lokacijskih dozvola i 10 izmjena. U 2022. godini zaprimljeno je 54 građevinskih dozvola, 3 izmjene, 1 lokacijska, a riješeno je 45 građevinskih dozvola, te 3 izmjene ili dopune.

U Privlaci je lani izdano 146 građevinskih dozvola, 9 izmjena i jedna lokacijska, ove godine riješeno je 62 građevinskih dozvola, 4 izmjene i jedna lokacijska.

U Ninu je 2021. godine riješeno 119 građevinskih dozvola, 6 izmjena, 4 lokacijske i jedna izmjena, dok je ove godine broj riješenih građevinskih dozvola iznosio 52 i 7 izmjena ili dopuna.
