Američki "Blackstone", najveći svjetski private equity fond, najizgledniji je novi vlasnik turističke tvrtke "Sunčani Hvar", odnosno najvjerojatniji dobitnik u procesu pregovora u kojem se navodno nalaze još dva potencijalna kupca, piše Lider.

Informacija je još uvijek neslužbena, ali tranaskcija koja Hrvatsku napokon stavlja na karte vodećih globalnih ulagača, pred samim je okončanjem. Prodaju otočne kompanije oglasio je češki fond "CPI Property Group", u vlasništvu Radovana Viteka, koji je "Sunčani Hvar" preuzeo 2014. godine.

‒ Ova transakcija je važna ne samo u kontekstu ove kompanije, nego ima puno širi značaj, jer Hrvatsku konačno stavlja na kartu za najveće globalne investicijske fondove koji dolaze na uređena tržišta i imaju visoke zahtjeve. Takvi igrači vuku i druge, to je proces koji se sada pokreće i možemo ga jako dobro iskoristiti.

Hvar istodobno ima priliku postati konkurent primjerice taljanskoj obalnoj regiji Amalfi kod Napulja. Za to im treba igrač koji će poput "Maistre" u Rovinju unaprijediti čitavu destinaciju i povući i druge da se uključe u taj proces razvoja ‒ kaže Liderov izvor iz sektora.

Iako upućeni akteri upozoravaju da se u ovakvim procesima stvari znaju promijeniti, "Blackstone" zasad kotira kao najizgledniji kupac hvarske hotelijerske kuće. Kako se navodi na njihovim na korporativnim internetskim stranicama, riječ je o najvećem private equity fondu na svijetu s bilijun dolara pod upravljanjem i u njegovu je portfelju više od 12.600 nekretnina i više od 230 tvrtki, što im omogućuje ulaganje u dinamične sektore pozicionirane za dugoročni rast.

Upravo takvu priliku za ulaganje daje im "Sunčani Hvar", koji je možda dobio važan poticaj od češke "matice" tijekom devet godina ulaganja, no to ipak nije bilo dovoljno za potrebnu transformaciju. Toga je očito bio svjestan i prodavatelj, pa se Vitekova ekipa našla na prekretnici: uložiti puno u biznis koji im nije najvažniji u portfelju ili se povući. 

Otočna kompanija ima sedam hotela s kategorijama od tri do pet zvjezdica i kamp, a dveni kapacitet iznosi im 2000 gostiju, te zapošljavaju oko 700 ljudi u sezoni, po čemu su najveći poslodavac na otoku. Češki fond je dosad uložio oko 40 milijuna eura.

"Sunčani Hvar" je u prošloj godini ostvario ukupan godišnji prihod od 31,8 milijuna eura, dok je protekla sezona, prema tvrdnjama iz tvrtke, bila najuspješnija u povijesti, piše Lider.

Američki "Blackstone", najveći svjetski private equity fond, najizgledniji je novi vlasnik turističke tvrtke "Sunčani Hvar", odnosno najvjerojatniji dobitnik u procesu pregovora u kojem se navodno nalaze još dva potencijalna kupca, piše Lider.

Informacija je još uvijek neslužbena, ali tranaskcija koja Hrvatsku napokon stavlja na karte vodećih globalnih ulagača, pred samim je okončanjem. Prodaju otočne kompanije oglasio je češki fond "CPI Property Group", u vlasništvu Radovana Viteka, koji je "Sunčani Hvar" preuzeo 2014. godine.

‒ Ova transakcija je važna ne samo u kontekstu ove kompanije, nego ima puno širi značaj, jer Hrvatsku konačno stavlja na kartu za najveće globalne investicijske fondove koji dolaze na uređena tržišta i imaju visoke zahtjeve. Takvi igrači vuku i druge, to je proces koji se sada pokreće i možemo ga jako dobro iskoristiti.

Hvar istodobno ima priliku postati konkurent primjerice taljanskoj obalnoj regiji Amalfi kod Napulja. Za to im treba igrač koji će poput "Maistre" u Rovinju unaprijediti čitavu destinaciju i povući i druge da se uključe u taj proces razvoja ‒ kaže Liderov izvor iz sektora.

Iako upućeni akteri upozoravaju da se u ovakvim procesima stvari znaju promijeniti, "Blackstone" zasad kotira kao najizgledniji kupac hvarske hotelijerske kuće. Kako se navodi na njihovim na korporativnim internetskim stranicama, riječ je o najvećem private equity fondu na svijetu s bilijun dolara pod upravljanjem i u njegovu je portfelju više od 12.600 nekretnina i više od 230 tvrtki, što im omogućuje ulaganje u dinamične sektore pozicionirane za dugoročni rast.

Upravo takvu priliku za ulaganje daje im "Sunčani Hvar", koji je možda dobio važan poticaj od češke "matice" tijekom devet godina ulaganja, no to ipak nije bilo dovoljno za potrebnu transformaciju. Toga je očito bio svjestan i prodavatelj, pa se Vitekova ekipa našla na prekretnici: uložiti puno u biznis koji im nije najvažniji u portfelju ili se povući. 

Otočna kompanija ima sedam hotela s kategorijama od tri do pet zvjezdica i kamp, a dveni kapacitet iznosi im 2000 gostiju, te zapošljavaju oko 700 ljudi u sezoni, po čemu su najveći poslodavac na otoku. Češki fond je dosad uložio oko 40 milijuna eura.

"Sunčani Hvar" je u prošloj godini ostvario ukupan godišnji prihod od 31,8 milijuna eura, dok je protekla sezona, prema tvrdnjama iz tvrtke, bila najuspješnija u povijesti, piše Lider.

Američki "Blackstone", najveći svjetski private equity fond, najizgledniji je novi vlasnik turističke tvrtke "Sunčani Hvar", odnosno najvjerojatniji dobitnik u procesu pregovora u kojem se navodno nalaze još dva potencijalna kupca, piše Lider.

Informacija je još uvijek neslužbena, ali tranaskcija koja Hrvatsku napokon stavlja na karte vodećih globalnih ulagača, pred samim je okončanjem. Prodaju otočne kompanije oglasio je češki fond "CPI Property Group", u vlasništvu Radovana Viteka, koji je "Sunčani Hvar" preuzeo 2014. godine.

‒ Ova transakcija je važna ne samo u kontekstu ove kompanije, nego ima puno širi značaj, jer Hrvatsku konačno stavlja na kartu za najveće globalne investicijske fondove koji dolaze na uređena tržišta i imaju visoke zahtjeve. Takvi igrači vuku i druge, to je proces koji se sada pokreće i možemo ga jako dobro iskoristiti.
