Nakon divljih svinja i jelena, novi problem za stanovnike Lošinja. Na otoku se, prvi put, pojavio čagalj, javlja HRT. Mjesecima su otokom kružile priče o noćnom zavijanju čagljeva i napadima na janjce, ali sada je i sigurno. Stigao je na Lošinj. Nakon dojave građana da se jedan kreće šumskim stazama, posla su se primili lovci koji su ga odstrijelili nedaleko od aerodroma. Nije poznato koliko je još jedinki na Lošinju, ali prisutnost tog predatora mogla bi prouzročiti ozbiljne probleme. 

Ovaj predator prijetnja je otočnom stočarstvu, ali i problem za cijeli ekosustav. Duge noge i oštri zubi dobro su prilagođeni lovu. Najaktivniji su noću i u zoru. 

Posljedice noćnog pohoda pokazao je vlasnik poljoprivrednog gospodarstva Danilo Ivković. 

- Sumnjali smo, ljudi su govorili da je čagalj, međutim, mi smo kao sv. Toma, dok ne vidimo, ne vjerujemo, a sada nas još ta potvrda za čaglja dodatno uznemirava, kaže.

Ima li ih na otoku još - zasad se, sa sigurnošću, ne zna. 

- Već neko vrijeme se priča, viđen je na otoku Iloviku prije godinu dana, bilo je par priča da je u prolazu viđen i na otoku Cresu, no pitanje je koliko ih ima jer veliki dio otoka je neprohodan i to ostavlja prostora za divljač, kaže Danijel Haluška, član Lovačkog društva "Kamenjarka" za HRT.

- Je li preplivao, je li donesen na otok Lošinj, ne znamo. I ako me pitate, i jedna jedinka je previše, a ne dao Bog da se pokaže kroz par godina da su se rasprostranili, imat će to katastrofalan utjecaj općenito, kaže Bariša Meljankić, predsjednik Lovačkog društva "Kamenjarka".

O svemu su obaviještene nadležne institucije, a najveća nepoznanica ostaje pitanje kako je čagalj stigao na Lošinj.

Nakon divljih svinja i jelena, novi problem za stanovnike Lošinja. Na otoku se, prvi put, pojavio čagalj, javlja HRT. Mjesecima su otokom kružile priče o noćnom zavijanju čagljeva i napadima na janjce, ali sada je i sigurno. Stigao je na Lošinj. Nakon dojave građana da se jedan kreće šumskim stazama, posla su se primili lovci koji su ga odstrijelili nedaleko od aerodroma. Nije poznato koliko je još jedinki na Lošinju, ali prisutnost tog predatora mogla bi prouzročiti ozbiljne probleme. 

Ovaj predator prijetnja je otočnom stočarstvu, ali i problem za cijeli ekosustav. Duge noge i oštri zubi dobro su prilagođeni lovu. Najaktivniji su noću i u zoru. 

Posljedice noćnog pohoda pokazao je vlasnik poljoprivrednog gospodarstva Danilo Ivković. 

- Sumnjali smo, ljudi su govorili da je čagalj, međutim, mi smo kao sv. Toma, dok ne vidimo, ne vjerujemo, a sada nas još ta potvrda za čaglja dodatno uznemirava, kaže.

Ima li ih na otoku još - zasad se, sa sigurnošću, ne zna. 

- Već neko vrijeme se priča, viđen je na otoku Iloviku prije godinu dana, bilo je par priča da je u prolazu viđen i na otoku Cresu, no pitanje je koliko ih ima jer veliki dio otoka je neprohodan i to ostavlja prostora za divljač, kaže Danijel Haluška, član Lovačkog društva "Kamenjarka" za HRT.

- Je li preplivao, je li donesen na otok Lošinj, ne znamo. I ako me pitate, i jedna jedinka je previše, a ne dao Bog da se pokaže kroz par godina da su se rasprostranili, imat će to katastrofalan utjecaj općenito, kaže Bariša Meljankić, predsjednik Lovačkog društva "Kamenjarka".

O svemu su obaviještene nadležne institucije, a najveća nepoznanica ostaje pitanje kako je čagalj stigao na Lošinj.

Nakon divljih svinja i jelena, novi problem za stanovnike Lošinja. Na otoku se, prvi put, pojavio čagalj, javlja HRT. Mjesecima su otokom kružile priče o noćnom zavijanju čagljeva i napadima na janjce, ali sada je i sigurno. Stigao je na Lošinj. Nakon dojave građana da se jedan kreće šumskim stazama, posla su se primili lovci koji su ga odstrijelili nedaleko od aerodroma. Nije poznato koliko je još jedinki na Lošinju, ali prisutnost tog predatora mogla bi prouzročiti ozbiljne probleme. 

Ovaj predator prijetnja je otočnom stočarstvu, ali i problem za cijeli ekosustav. Duge noge i oštri zubi dobro su prilagođeni lovu. Najaktivniji su noću i u zoru. 

Posljedice noćnog pohoda pokazao je vlasnik poljoprivrednog gospodarstva Danilo Ivković. 

- Sumnjali smo, ljudi su govorili da je čagalj, međutim, mi smo kao sv. Toma, dok ne vidimo, ne vjerujemo, a sada nas još ta potvrda za čaglja dodatno uznemirava, kaže.

Ima li ih na otoku još - zasad se, sa sigurnošću, ne zna. 

- Već neko vrijeme se priča, viđen je na otoku Iloviku prije godinu dana, bilo je par priča da je u prolazu viđen i na otoku Cresu, no pitanje je koliko ih ima jer veliki dio otoka je neprohodan i to ostavlja prostora za divljač, kaže Danijel Haluška, član Lovačkog društva "Kamenjarka" za HRT.

- Je li preplivao, je li donesen na otok Lošinj, ne znamo. I ako me pitate, i jedna jedinka je previše, a ne dao Bog da se pokaže kroz par godina da su se rasprostranili, imat će to katastrofalan utjecaj općenito, kaže Bariša Meljankić, predsjednik Lovačkog društva "Kamenjarka".

O svemu su obaviještene nadležne institucije, a najveća nepoznanica ostaje pitanje kako je čagalj stigao na Lošinj.
