Urodila je plodom prijava građana nakon koje je uslijedila brza reakcija odgovornih institucija na novu devastaciju pomorskog dobra te obavljanje građevinskih radova u vrijeme zabrane, pa se žurno postupilo i kaznilo počinitelje.

Mjesto radnje je Kava, poodavno zapušteni kamenolom kod Slatina na otoku Čiovu, dio Grada Splita, gdje je "poduzetni" ulagač prvog dana ljeta, uoči produženog prazničkog vikenda u lipnju, iznad kupališta počeo mehanizacijom raščišćavati teren.

Parcela na škoju se najvjerojatnije pripremala za gradnju, ali budući da strojevi ne smiju biti aktivni poslije 15. lipnja, odmah je cjelokupna situacija prijavljena putem aplikacije "Pomorsko je dobro" iza koje stoji Županija splitsko-dalmatinska. Kao i ilegalno nasipanje "pera" obale kamenim gromadama s obližnjega gradilišta i same plaže.

Prijava je iz Županije automatski putem proslijeđena svim inspekcijama, a dobili su i očitovanje Grada Splita, kao nadležne jedinice lokalne samouprave koja upravlja pomorskim dobrom u redovnoj upotrebi, gdje u izvješću komunalnog redarstva, stoji slijedeće:

- Komunalno redarstvo je u dva navrata obavilo očevid na predmetnoj lokaciji. Kršila se Odluka o privremenoj zabrani radova, te je stranka pozvana na zapisnik, izdana joj novčana kazna za prekršaj te rješenje o obustavi radova.

Također je Lučkoj kapetaniji prijavljeno nasipanje mula od strane nepoznate osobe na morskom dijelu pomorskog dobra.

Sada se čeka izlazak i Lučke kapetanije na teren, koja ima ovlasti inspekcijskog nadzora nad pomorskim dobro uz mogućnost sankcioniranja.

Urodila je plodom prijava građana nakon koje je uslijedila brza reakcija odgovornih institucija na novu devastaciju pomorskog dobra te obavljanje građevinskih radova u vrijeme zabrane, pa se žurno postupilo i kaznilo počinitelje.

Mjesto radnje je Kava, poodavno zapušteni kamenolom kod Slatina na otoku Čiovu, dio Grada Splita, gdje je "poduzetni" ulagač prvog dana ljeta, uoči produženog prazničkog vikenda u lipnju, iznad kupališta počeo mehanizacijom raščišćavati teren.

Parcela na škoju se najvjerojatnije pripremala za gradnju, ali budući da strojevi ne smiju biti aktivni poslije 15. lipnja, odmah je cjelokupna situacija prijavljena putem aplikacije "Pomorsko je dobro" iza koje stoji Županija splitsko-dalmatinska. Kao i ilegalno nasipanje "pera" obale kamenim gromadama s obližnjega gradilišta i same plaže.

Prijava je iz Županije automatski putem proslijeđena svim inspekcijama, a dobili su i očitovanje Grada Splita, kao nadležne jedinice lokalne samouprave koja upravlja pomorskim dobrom u redovnoj upotrebi, gdje u izvješću komunalnog redarstva, stoji slijedeće:

- Komunalno redarstvo je u dva navrata obavilo očevid na predmetnoj lokaciji. Kršila se Odluka o privremenoj zabrani radova, te je stranka pozvana na zapisnik, izdana joj novčana kazna za prekršaj te rješenje o obustavi radova.

Također je Lučkoj kapetaniji prijavljeno nasipanje mula od strane nepoznate osobe na morskom dijelu pomorskog dobra.

Sada se čeka izlazak i Lučke kapetanije na teren, koja ima ovlasti inspekcijskog nadzora nad pomorskim dobro uz mogućnost sankcioniranja.
