Općinsko vijeće Jelse na svojoj posljednjoj sjednici prihvatilo je zaključak o davanju suglasnosti za potpisivanje sporazuma o suradnji na projektu "Sunčana elektrana Gdinj". Ljudi se pitaju znači li to da je napokon sazrelo vrijeme da je i otok s čak 2718 sunčanih sati godišnje krenuo putem energetske neovisnosti i zelene energije koja je toliko popularna u svijetu.

O čemu je zapravo riječ? Inicijativa za izgradnju solarne elektrane na predjelu Vrh na granici mjesta Gdinj i Zastražišće, čije bi ćelije proizvodile 20 megavata energije, rodila se još 2010. godine u odvjetničkom uredu dr. Silvija Ćurina u Splitu. Začetnik ideje je Griša Ćurin, diplomirani inženjer brodogradnje, a godinu kasnije im se priključio i diplomirani ekonomist Alen Ćurin, svi podrijetlom Gdinjani.

No, put do realizacije ovakvih projekata u Hrvatskoj je vrlo težak, da ne kažemo trnovit. Spomenuti trojac je to osjetio na vlastitoj koži, sljedećih šest godina vodili su bitku za uvrštavanje elektrane na površini od 75 tisuća kvadrata u županijski Prostorni plan, a zatim još četiri godine za "ucrtavanje" u planski dokument općine Jelsa. U međuvremenu osnovali su i tvrtku "Solarna elektrana Gdinj", pa se nadaju da će sve krenuti u očekivanom pravcu.

Građani ne mogu shvatiti zašto su kod nas potrebne tolike godine da se pokrene projekt vrijedan više od 20 milijuna eura, kada smo još 2012. slušali kako je Njemačka, s klimom koju ima, oborila rekord solarnih elektrana, proizvela je čak 22 gigavatsata električne energije u jednom satu, što odgovara snazi 20 nuklearnih elektrana. Iste godine dr. Ante Dulčić iz Splita vlastitim novcem je na obiteljskoj kući u Starome Gradu izgradio prvu mini solarnu elektranu na cijelom Hvaru.

Bilo je još pokušaja izgradnje solarnih elektrana na škoju, ali investitori su na vrijeme uviđali s kakvim se administrativnim preprekama trebaju boriti i onda odustajali. Prije tri godine iz tvrtke "Energy Field Hvar" su u suradnji s HEP-om najavljivali skoru izgradnju dviju solarnih elektrana, snage po 10 megavata, na području Bogomolja (Rudina) i Veloga Grablja, pa se ni to nije ostvarilo premda je rečeno da su za tu namjenu osigurana novčana sredstva u iznosu od 24 milijuna eura.

Šira javnost se zadnjih dana zgražala kada smo slušali kako su HDZ-ovi političari razvili unosan "biznis s obnovljivim izvorima energije", odnosno vjetrenjačama. Prisjetimo li se i stranih rentijera kojima je svojedobno omogućeno da na teret hrvatskih potrošača električne energije izvlače golemu dobit s krovova kuća naših građana, onda se zbog svega navedenog moramo upitati kakva li je sudbina solarne elektrane kod Gdinja.

Cilj grupe mještana bio je strateško partnerstvo vlasnika terena, lokalne vlasti i HEP-a, no očito će morati uložiti još dosta napora oko potpisivanja niza sporazuma. Općina Jelsa treba pripremiti projektnu dokumentaciju i ishoditi potrebne dozvole, a HEP će joj troškove tek naknadno refundirati.

Tako bi u konačnici posao proizvodnje električne energije ostao na dioničarima, vlasnicima terena i HEP-u kao graditelju elektrane, a takvi projekti bi svakako pridonijeli zapošljavanju otočana, razvoju južnih vala na tom dijelu škoja, ali koliko će još vremena proći dok se ne realizira projekt prve značajnije solarne elektrane na području s najvećom insolacijom u Lijepoj našoj tek ćemo vidjeti.

Općinsko vijeće Jelse na svojoj posljednjoj sjednici prihvatilo je zaključak o davanju suglasnosti za potpisivanje sporazuma o suradnji na projektu "Sunčana elektrana Gdinj". Ljudi se pitaju znači li to da je napokon sazrelo vrijeme da je i otok s čak 2718 sunčanih sati godišnje krenuo putem energetske neovisnosti i zelene energije koja je toliko popularna u svijetu.

O čemu je zapravo riječ? Inicijativa za izgradnju solarne elektrane na predjelu Vrh na granici mjesta Gdinj i Zastražišće, čije bi ćelije proizvodile 20 megavata energije, rodila se još 2010. godine u odvjetničkom uredu dr. Silvija Ćurina u Splitu. Začetnik ideje je Griša Ćurin, diplomirani inženjer brodogradnje, a godinu kasnije im se priključio i diplomirani ekonomist Alen Ćurin, svi podrijetlom Gdinjani.

No, put do realizacije ovakvih projekata u Hrvatskoj je vrlo težak, da ne kažemo trnovit. Spomenuti trojac je to osjetio na vlastitoj koži, sljedećih šest godina vodili su bitku za uvrštavanje elektrane na površini od 75 tisuća kvadrata u županijski Prostorni plan, a zatim još četiri godine za "ucrtavanje" u planski dokument općine Jelsa. U međuvremenu osnovali su i tvrtku "Solarna elektrana Gdinj", pa se nadaju da će sve krenuti u očekivanom pravcu.

Građani ne mogu shvatiti zašto su kod nas potrebne tolike godine da se pokrene projekt vrijedan više od 20 milijuna eura, kada smo još 2012. slušali kako je Njemačka, s klimom koju ima, oborila rekord solarnih elektrana, proizvela je čak 22 gigavatsata električne energije u jednom satu, što odgovara snazi 20 nuklearnih elektrana. Iste godine dr. Ante Dulčić iz Splita vlastitim novcem je na obiteljskoj kući u Starome Gradu izgradio prvu mini solarnu elektranu na cijelom Hvaru.

Bilo je još pokušaja izgradnje solarnih elektrana na škoju, ali investitori su na vrijeme uviđali s kakvim se administrativnim preprekama trebaju boriti i onda odustajali. Prije tri godine iz tvrtke "Energy Field Hvar" su u suradnji s HEP-om najavljivali skoru izgradnju dviju solarnih elektrana, snage po 10 megavata, na području Bogomolja (Rudina) i Veloga Grablja, pa se ni to nije ostvarilo premda je rečeno da su za tu namjenu osigurana novčana sredstva u iznosu od 24 milijuna eura.

Šira javnost se zadnjih dana zgražala kada smo slušali kako su HDZ-ovi političari razvili unosan "biznis s obnovljivim izvorima energije", odnosno vjetrenjačama. Prisjetimo li se i stranih rentijera kojima je svojedobno omogućeno da na teret hrvatskih potrošača električne energije izvlače golemu dobit s krovova kuća naših građana, onda se zbog svega navedenog moramo upitati kakva li je sudbina solarne elektrane kod Gdinja.

Cilj grupe mještana bio je strateško partnerstvo vlasnika terena, lokalne vlasti i HEP-a, no očito će morati uložiti još dosta napora oko potpisivanja niza sporazuma. Općina Jelsa treba pripremiti projektnu dokumentaciju i ishoditi potrebne dozvole, a HEP će joj troškove tek naknadno refundirati.

Tako bi u konačnici posao proizvodnje električne energije ostao na dioničarima, vlasnicima terena i HEP-u kao graditelju elektrane, a takvi projekti bi svakako pridonijeli zapošljavanju otočana, razvoju južnih vala na tom dijelu škoja, ali koliko će još vremena proći dok se ne realizira projekt prve značajnije solarne elektrane na području s najvećom insolacijom u Lijepoj našoj tek ćemo vidjeti.

Općinsko vijeće Jelse na svojoj posljednjoj sjednici prihvatilo je zaključak o davanju suglasnosti za potpisivanje sporazuma o suradnji na projektu "Sunčana elektrana Gdinj". Ljudi se pitaju znači li to da je napokon sazrelo vrijeme da je i otok s čak 2718 sunčanih sati godišnje krenuo putem energetske neovisnosti i zelene energije koja je toliko popularna u svijetu.

O čemu je zapravo riječ? Inicijativa za izgradnju solarne elektrane na predjelu Vrh na granici mjesta Gdinj i Zastražišće, čije bi ćelije proizvodile 20 megavata energije, rodila se još 2010. godine u odvjetničkom uredu dr. Silvija Ćurina u Splitu. Začetnik ideje je Griša Ćurin, diplomirani inženjer brodogradnje, a godinu kasnije im se priključio i diplomirani ekonomist Alen Ćurin, svi podrijetlom Gdinjani....
