Zbog zabrinjavajućeg trend ugrožavanja sigurnosti zračnog prometa uporabom laserskih zraka, Hrvatska agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo (HACZ) uputila je javno priopćenje kojeg prenosimo u cijelosti.

U razdoblju 2021-2023. u Republici Hrvatskoj zabilježeno je ukupno 59 slučajeva ugrožavanja sigurnosti zračnog prometa uporabom laserskih zraka od strane pojedinaca ili skupina. Prošle je godine zabilježeno tri puta više slučajeva ugrožavanja sigurnosti zračnog prometa uporabom laserskih zraka u odnosu na 2021. godinu, a ovaj zabrinjavajući trend se nastavlja i u 2023. gdje je zaključno s 30.srpnjem već sada zabilježeno 18 novih slučajeva.  Prema priloženom grafikonu jasno je kako je nakon razdoblja pada broja događaja povezanih s ugrožavanjem leta uporabom laserskih zraka 2018.-2020. ponovno došlo do zabrinjavajućeg rasta u posljednje tri godine.

Prema istim podacima, laserske zrake najčešće su korištene u blizini zračne luke Zadar, čak 41 posto svih prijavljenih događaja u razdoblju od 2021. do 2023. godine. Slijede Zagreb s 19 posto, potom Dubrovnik i Split s po 12 posto, Osijek 10 posto...

Analiza laserskih ometanja aviona na području Hrvatske

Prema prikupljenim podacima, ugrožavanje zračnog prometa događa se i najizraženije je tijekom kritičnih faza leta, odnosno tijekom faze polijetanja i slijetanja zrakoplova, pri čemu se izvor laserskih zraka, prema tvrdnjama pilota, nalazio u bližoj okolici aerodroma. Usmjeravanje zrake prema zrakoplovu ili samoj pilotskoj kabini može rezultirati odvlačenjem pažnje pilota, jakim bljeskovima na vjetrobranskom staklu, mogućnosti zasljepljenja pilota te nekontroliranim reakcijama pilota. Upravo stoga ovakve radnje, odnosno samo usmjeravanje laserske zrake prema zrakoplovu, namjerno ili nenamjerno, bez posljedica koje se mogu okarakterizirati kao fizičke ozljede, nasilje i dr. predstavljaju ozbiljno ugrožavanje sigurnosti leta zrakoplovom.

U velikom broju država prisutan je rastući trend usmjeravanja laserskih zraka prema zrakoplovu, namjerno ili nenamjerno. Takve radnje predstavljaju ozbiljno ugrožavanje sigurnosti leta zrakoplova te se stoga, osim preventivnih poduzimaju i rigorozne represivne mjere poput zatvorske kazne ili visokih novčanih kazni.

Hrvatska agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo u suradnji s MUP-om istražuje takve događaje i pokreće mjere za detekciju konkretnih osoba ili objekata vezanih uz usmjeravanje laserskih zraka prema zrakoplovu. Posljedice za počinitelje mogu biti novčane kazne u visini od 5.000 do 15.000 kuna odnosno, u slučaju kvalifikacije događaja kao kaznenog dijela protiv sigurnosti opće opasnom radnjom, kazna zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina.

Zbog zabrinjavajućeg trend ugrožavanja sigurnosti zračnog prometa uporabom laserskih zraka, Hrvatska agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo (HACZ) uputila je javno priopćenje kojeg prenosimo u cijelosti.

U razdoblju 2021-2023. u Republici Hrvatskoj zabilježeno je ukupno 59 slučajeva ugrožavanja sigurnosti zračnog prometa uporabom laserskih zraka od strane pojedinaca ili skupina. Prošle je godine zabilježeno tri puta više slučajeva ugrožavanja sigurnosti zračnog prometa uporabom laserskih zraka u odnosu na 2021. godinu, a ovaj zabrinjavajući trend se nastavlja i u 2023. gdje je zaključno s 30.srpnjem već sada zabilježeno 18 novih slučajeva.  Prema priloženom grafikonu jasno je kako je nakon razdoblja pada broja događaja povezanih s ugrožavanjem leta uporabom laserskih zraka 2018.-2020. ponovno došlo do zabrinjavajućeg rasta u posljednje tri godine.

Prema istim podacima, laserske zrake najčešće su korištene u blizini zračne luke Zadar, čak 41 posto svih prijavljenih događaja u razdoblju od 2021. do 2023. godine. Slijede Zagreb s 19 posto, potom Dubrovnik i Split s po 12 posto, Osijek 10 posto...

Prema prikupljenim podacima, ugrožavanje zračnog prometa događa se i najizraženije je tijekom kritičnih faza leta, odnosno tijekom faze polijetanja i slijetanja zrakoplova, pri čemu se izvor laserskih zraka, prema tvrdnjama pilota, nalazio u bližoj okolici aerodroma. Usmjeravanje zrake prema zrakoplovu ili samoj pilotskoj kabini može rezultirati odvlačenjem pažnje pilota, jakim bljeskovima na vjetrobranskom staklu, mogućnosti zasljepljenja pilota te nekontroliranim reakcijama pilota. Upravo stoga ovakve radnje, odnosno samo usmjeravanje laserske zrake prema zrakoplovu, namjerno ili nenamjerno, bez posljedica koje se mogu okarakterizirati kao fizičke ozljede, nasilje i dr. predstavljaju ozbiljno ugrožavanje sigurnosti leta zrakoplovom.

U velikom broju država prisutan je rastući trend usmjeravanja laserskih zraka prema zrakoplovu, namjerno ili nenamjerno. Takve radnje predstavljaju ozbiljno ugrožavanje sigurnosti leta zrakoplova te se stoga, osim preventivnih poduzimaju i rigorozne represivne mjere poput zatvorske kazne ili visokih novčanih kazni.

Hrvatska agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo u suradnji s MUP-om istražuje takve događaje i pokreće mjere za detekciju konkretnih osoba ili objekata vezanih uz usmjeravanje laserskih zraka prema zrakoplovu. Posljedice za počinitelje mogu biti novčane kazne u visini od 5.000 do 15.000 kuna odnosno, u slučaju kvalifikacije događaja kao kaznenog dijela protiv sigurnosti opće opasnom radnjom, kazna zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina.
