Bogatstvo kulturne baštine i prepoznatljiva vinska destinacija - teme su to o kojima će pisati novinari i blogeri iz Zagreba, koji su u organizaciji diWine projekta boravili u gradu podno Kozjaka, na čijim su padinama posjetili vinograde, upoznavajući se s uzgojem i proizvodnjom raznih vrsta vina.

Novinarima iz metropole koji su stigli u Kaštela, njih 13 i fotograf sommelier Tomo Jakopović uz voditeljicu Irenu Lučić iz diWine Portala, Kaštela su predstavljena kao globalno prepoznatljiva vinska destinacija po crljenku kaštelanskom, u svijetu poznatom zinfandelu. Budući da povijest uzgoja grožđa i pijenja vina seže još u antiku, a dokazi za to su u Muzeju grada Kaštela, gostima su između ostalog predstavljene vrijedne megarske čaše koje "pričaju" antičku kaštelansku vinsku priču s kojom ih je upoznao ravnatelj Muzeja grada Kaštela Ivan Šuta.

Megarske čaše

U zapadnom dijelu Kaštelanskog zaljeva, pri istraživanjima helenističke faze naselja Sikuli pronađeni su brojni predmeti reljefne keramike. Kroz postav helenističke reljefne keramike iz Sikulija u Muzeju grada Kaštela, prikazano je bogatstvo i raznolikost reljefne keramike i amfore u kojima se čuvalo vino, a zatim i luksuzno stolno keramičko posuđe poput takozvanih megarskih čaša koje su služile za svakodnevno ispijanje vina, što znači da Kaštela osim autohtonih vina i čuvenog crljenka, zinfandela imaju i originalne vinske čaše izrađene upravo u Kaštelima.

Dobrodošlicu gostima zaželjela je direktorica Turističke zajednice Nada Maršić, kazavši da poljoprivreda u Kaštelima ima dugu i bogatu tradiciju, a otkriće crljenka kaštelanskog, kao sinonima svjetski poznate vinske sorte zinfandel učinio je grad Kaštela jednim od najpoznatijih vinskih destinacija u svijetu.

Druženje novinara s vinarima počelo je u vinariji obitelji Vučica u Kaštel Kambelovcu, gdje im je predstavljeno pet vrsta vina koje oni proizvode protekle tri godine. Ujedno je to bilo mjesto gdje je gostima serviran ručak.

Potom se išlo do vinograda Antona Kovača u Kaštel Sućurcu, gdje im je Kovač u svom vinogradu na Kozjaku predstavio svoja dva vina, Putalj i Babica, i ispričao im priču o otkriću kaštelanskog crljenka te o povijesti vinarstva i vinogradarstva na našim prostorima, dok se u vinariji Ivice Kuzmanića u Kaštel Novom goste upoznalo sa sortom uzgoja grožđa glavinuša, koja i nije tako česta u Kaštelima.

Gastronomska i enološka ponuda

Prije nego što se krenulo za Split, gdje su trebali posjetiti vinariju Ivice Milana, novinari su obišli i staru maslinu u Kaštel Štafiliću.

- Iako su Kaštela poznata po svojoj povijesnoj kulturnoj baštini, po svojim dvorcima, po kojima su i dobila ime, i po Miljenku i Dobrili, i dakako po plažama, moru i suncu, cilj nam je uvijek učiniti Kaštela prepoznatljiva po vinima, po kaštelanskom crljenku. Uvijek dajemo naglasak kroz sve naše aktivnosti na hranu i piće, jer gastronomska i enološka ponuda su nešto što se može promovirati i konzumirati tijekom cijele godine. U ovoj priči, kroz obilazak gostiju iz Zagreba, novinara i blogera, to nam je i bio cilj, prikazati Kaštela kao cjelogodišnju zanimljivu i atraktivnu destinaciju – kazala je direktorica TZ-a Kaštela Nada Maršić.

Novinarima iz metropole koji su stigli u Kaštela, njih 13 i fotograf sommelier Tomo Jakopović uz voditeljicu Irenu Lučić iz diWine Portala, Kaštela su predstavljena kao globalno prepoznatljiva vinska destinacija po crljenku kaštelanskom, u svijetu poznatom zinfandelu. Budući da povijest uzgoja grožđa i pijenja vina seže još u antiku, a dokazi za to su u Muzeju grada Kaštela, gostima su između ostalog predstavljene vrijedne megarske čaše koje "pričaju" antičku kaštelansku vinsku priču s kojom ih je upoznao ravnatelj Muzeja grada Kaštela Ivan Šuta.

Megarske čaše

U zapadnom dijelu Kaštelanskog zaljeva, pri istraživanjima helenističke faze naselja Sikuli pronađeni su brojni predmeti reljefne keramike. Kroz postav helenističke reljefne keramike iz Sikulija u Muzeju grada Kaštela, prikazano je bogatstvo i raznolikost reljefne keramike i amfore u kojima se čuvalo vino, a zatim i luksuzno stolno keramičko posuđe poput takozvanih megarskih čaša koje su služile za svakodnevno ispijanje vina, što znači da Kaštela osim autohtonih vina i čuvenog crljenka, zinfandela imaju i originalne vinske čaše izrađene upravo u Kaštelima.

Dobrodošlicu gostima zaželjela je direktorica Turističke zajednice Nada Maršić, kazavši da poljoprivreda u Kaštelima ima dugu i bogatu tradiciju, a otkriće crljenka kaštelanskog, kao sinonima svjetski poznate vinske sorte zinfandel učinio je grad Kaštela jednim od najpoznatijih vinskih destinacija u svijetu.

Druženje novinara s vinarima počelo je u vinariji obitelji Vučica u Kaštel Kambelovcu, gdje im je predstavljeno pet vrsta vina koje oni proizvode protekle tri godine. Ujedno je to bilo mjesto gdje je gostima serviran ručak.

Potom se išlo do vinograda Antona Kovača u Kaštel Sućurcu, gdje im je Kovač u svom vinogradu na Kozjaku predstavio svoja dva vina, Putalj i Babica, i ispričao im priču o otkriću kaštelanskog crljenka te o povijesti vinarstva i vinogradarstva na našim prostorima, dok se u vinariji Ivice Kuzmanića u Kaštel Novom goste upoznalo sa sortom uzgoja grožđa glavinuša, koja i nije tako česta u Kaštelima.

Gastronomska i enološka ponuda

Prije nego što se krenulo za Split, gdje su trebali posjetiti vinariju Ivice Milana, novinari su obišli i staru maslinu u Kaštel Štafiliću.

- Iako su Kaštela poznata po svojoj povijesnoj kulturnoj baštini, po svojim dvorcima, po kojima su i dobila ime, i po Miljenku i Dobrili, i dakako po plažama, moru i suncu, cilj nam je uvijek učiniti Kaštela prepoznatljiva po vinima, po kaštelanskom crljenku. Uvijek dajemo naglasak kroz sve naše aktivnosti na hranu i piće, jer gastronomska i enološka ponuda su nešto što se može promovirati i konzumirati tijekom cijele godine. U ovoj priči, kroz obilazak gostiju iz Zagreba, novinara i blogera, to nam je i bio cilj, prikazati Kaštela kao cjelogodišnju zanimljivu i atraktivnu destinaciju – kazala je direktorica TZ-a Kaštela Nada Maršić.
