Nakon što je prije šest i pol godina uz kordon interventne policije građevinska mehanizacija ušla u posjed najpoznatije kaštelanske obiteljske kuće nasred koje je ispisana poruka "Bog vidi", a zbog koje je kasnila izgradnja kaštelanske magistrale, vlasnici ovog objekta opet su u akciji.

Ovoga puta razlog je izgradnja komunalne infrastrukture, točnije kanalizacije i vodoopskrbe na koju bi se napokon trebali spojiti brojni građani sjevernog dijela Kaštel Gomilice.

Za razliku od prije šest godina kada su se obrušili na Hrvatske ceste kao investitora izgradnje tzv. "Brze ceste", ovaj put "stradao" je splitski Vodovod i kanalizacija-nositelj infrastrukturnih radova na izgradnji vodoopskrbe i kanalizacije, a vlasnici su ih, ni manje ni više nazvali lopovima, što je vidljivo na samoj fasadi njihove kuće koju su išarali zelenom bojom.

To je tek jedan od natpisa kojima su vlasnici ove kuće izrazili negodovanje, vjerojatno zbog činjenice što im preko zemljišta pred kućom prolazi infrastruktura, a kako bi spriječili izvođenje radova neko su vrijeme postavili čak i bodljikavu žicu na ulazu u svoj posjed s napisanom porukom "privatni posjed, zabranjen ulaz".

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, vlasnik popularne kuće potpisao je ugovor sa ViK-om koji mu je, doznajemo, isplatio iznos od približno 80 tisuća kuna, a radovi koji su u tijeku, odnose se na postavljanje cijevi za vodu i kanalizaciju koje idu ispod zemlje u dvoru kuće. Isto tako, vlasniku će se srušiti septička jama, no on neće biti oštećen jer će se objekt odmah nakon rušenja jame spojiti na izgrađeni sustav.

Doznajemo kako je natpis na kući osvanuo upravo zbog rušenja septičke jame za koju vlasnik navodno potražuje 17 tisuća kuna dok s druge strane kažu kako mu je isplaćeno sve što je ugovorom definirano.

Podsjetimo, u veljači 2016. godine jedna od posljednjih prepreka za dovršetak planirane izgradnje i rekonstrukcije ceste D8 kroz Kaštela, od Gomilice do Starog, uz asistenciju policije i zaštitara, bila je uklonjena, jer su strojevi izvođača radova ušli na zemljište obiteljske kuće u Kaštel Gomilici mnogima poznate zbog natpisa "Bog vidi", gdje danas prolaze nove prometne trake.

Premda su se tada oko tog spornog obiteljskog objekta radovi već neko vrijeme naveliko izvodili, kuća je zaobilažena što je bila naznaka kako imovinsko-pravni odnosi nisu bili u potpunosti riješeni, a samim time i brzina izvođenja radova bila je ugrožena.

A to je tada potvrdila i Tamara Pajić, glasnogovornica "Hrvatskih cesta".

- U ovom trenutku "Hrvatske ceste" kao investitor radova nikako ne žele negirati postojanje imovinsko-pravnih problema, međutim htjeli bismo ovim putem naglasiti kako su oni u velikoj mjeri riješeni. Svakako da je navedena problematika iziskivala određene poteškoće te prilagodbu dinamike izvođenja i faza radova, međutim isto je uspješno i obavljeno - kazala je tada za "Slobodnu" Tamara Pajić.

Bageri su tada ušli na zemljište navedene obiteljske kuće te su započeli s rušenjem ogradnih zidova i daljnjim kopanjem, a sve uz asistenciju brojni specijalaca koji su osiguravali izvođenje radova.

Nakon što je prije šest i pol godina uz kordon interventne policije građevinska mehanizacija ušla u posjed najpoznatije kaštelanske obiteljske kuće nasred koje je ispisana poruka "Bog vidi", a zbog koje je kasnila izgradnja kaštelanske magistrale, vlasnici ovog objekta opet su u akciji.

Ovoga puta razlog je izgradnja komunalne infrastrukture, točnije kanalizacije i vodoopskrbe na koju bi se napokon trebali spojiti brojni građani sjevernog dijela Kaštel Gomilice.

Za razliku od prije šest godina kada su se obrušili na Hrvatske ceste kao investitora izgradnje tzv. "Brze ceste", ovaj put "stradao" je splitski Vodovod i kanalizacija-nositelj infrastrukturnih radova na izgradnji vodoopskrbe i kanalizacije, a vlasnici su ih, ni manje ni više nazvali lopovima, što je vidljivo na samoj fasadi njihove kuće koju su išarali zelenom bojom.

To je tek jedan od natpisa kojima su vlasnici ove kuće izrazili negodovanje, vjerojatno zbog činjenice što im preko zemljišta pred kućom prolazi infrastruktura, a kako bi spriječili izvođenje radova neko su vrijeme postavili čak i bodljikavu žicu na ulazu u svoj posjed s napisanom porukom "privatni posjed, zabranjen ulaz".

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, vlasnik popularne kuće potpisao je ugovor sa ViK-om koji mu je, doznajemo, isplatio iznos od približno 80 tisuća kuna, a radovi koji su u tijeku, odnose se na postavljanje cijevi za vodu i kanalizaciju koje idu ispod zemlje u dvoru kuće. Isto tako, vlasniku će se srušiti septička jama, no on neće biti oštećen jer će se objekt odmah nakon rušenja jame spojiti na izgrađeni sustav.

Doznajemo kako je natpis na kući osvanuo upravo zbog rušenja septičke jame za koju vlasnik navodno potražuje 17 tisuća kuna dok s druge strane kažu kako mu je isplaćeno sve što je ugovorom definirano.

Podsjetimo, u veljači 2016. godine jedna od posljednjih prepreka za dovršetak planirane izgradnje i rekonstrukcije ceste D8 kroz Kaštela, od Gomilice do Starog, uz asistenciju policije i zaštitara, bila je uklonjena, jer su strojevi izvođača radova ušli na zemljište obiteljske kuće u Kaštel Gomilici mnogima poznate zbog natpisa "Bog vidi", gdje danas prolaze nove prometne trake.

Premda su se tada oko tog spornog obiteljskog objekta radovi već neko vrijeme naveliko izvodili, kuća je zaobilažena što je bila naznaka kako imovinsko-pravni odnosi nisu bili u potpunosti riješeni, a samim time i brzina izvođenja radova bila je ugrožena.

A to je tada potvrdila i Tamara Pajić, glasnogovornica "Hrvatskih cesta".

- U ovom trenutku "Hrvatske ceste" kao investitor radova nikako ne žele negirati postojanje imovinsko-pravnih problema, međutim htjeli bismo ovim putem naglasiti kako su oni u velikoj mjeri riješeni. Svakako da je navedena problematika iziskivala određene poteškoće te prilagodbu dinamike izvođenja i faza radova, međutim isto je uspješno i obavljeno - kazala je tada za "Slobodnu" Tamara Pajić.

Bageri su tada ušli na zemljište navedene obiteljske kuće te su započeli s rušenjem ogradnih zidova i daljnjim kopanjem, a sve uz asistenciju brojni specijalaca koji su osiguravali izvođenje radova.
