Hipokrat se vjerojatno crveni zbog slabog odaziva liječnika i liječnica u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji (SDŽ) koji su voljni sudjelovati u pilot programu preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda.

Kako smo već pisali, prijavilo se samo četvero od 31 liječnika obiteljske medicine u SDŽ, koji su se mogli uključiti u pilot program preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda. Čak ih ni "bogati" iznosi po jednom obavljenom pregledu nisu ponukali da se prijave.

Tako će njih četvero, kada pilot program i započne u ovoj županiji, zaraditi više novca jer će se svaki pregled plaćati između 50 i 60 eura. A kako će takvih pacijenata biti 200-tinjak, svaki će od liječnika zaraditi između 2500 i 3000 eura. Naravno, u tu je cijenu ukalkulirana i cijena rada medicinske sestre.

Osim obiteljskih liječnika, jednako će zaraditi i mladi liječnici/ce, opet s medicinskim sestrama, koji će raditi na jednom od tri punkta u SDŽ gdje će pacijenti biti pozivani i obrađeni prije odlaska kod svog obiteljskog liječnika.

- Imat ćemo tri punkta u Splitu (ambulanta Mertojak), Kaštel Sućurcu (ambulanta posebnih dežurstava) i Sinju (zgrada Doma zdravlja SDŽ). Zašto ćemo upravo ne tim lokacijama imati punktove? Jednostavno zato jer su se u ovoj pilot projekt prijavilo dvoje liječnika iz Splita, jedan iz Kaštela i jedan iz Sinja.

Na tim punktovima će biti mladi liječnik ili liječnica i medicinska sestra koji će pozvanom pacijentu uzeti anamnezu, izmjeriti visinu, težinu, tlak, napraviti osnovnu dijagnostiku i dati uputnicu za laboratorijske pretrage. Nakon laboratorijske obrade takav će pacijent dobiti termin kod svog obiteljskog liječnika, kazuje nam dr. Marko Rađa, ravnatelj DZ SDŽ.

Ne možemo ne primijetiti da su obiteljski liječnici iz čijih će ambulanta biti odabrano 200-tinjak onih pacijenata koji neredovito idu na preglede, i nisu kod liječnika bili više od dvije godine, za te pacijente već dobili novac, odnosno glavarinu, a sada će opet biti plaćeni.

- Istina, ali oni su glavarinu dobili za svoj redovni rad, a ne za preventivne preglede kao što su ovi. Ovdje se plaća preventiva, a ne redovni rad. Pacijent dolazi kod liječnika kada ima zdravstveni problem, a preventiva nažalost i ne postoji. Niti jedan liječnik obiteljske medicine ne može svog pacijenta, koji kod njega ne dolazi redovito, na to prisiliti ili moliti da dođe na pregled. Obiteljski liječnici imaju toliko posla, uključujući i one administrativne, koje ustvari ne bi trebali ni raditi, da nemaju vremena pozivati na preglede pacijente koji ne dolaze redovito - napominje dr. Rađa.

I doista, zašto bi obiteljskog liječnika bilo briga kad same pacijente koji dugo ne dolaze u ambulantu očigledno nije briga za svoje zdravlje.

Ovaj pilot program trebao bi u SDŽ započeti za 10 do 15 dana, ali to bi moglo biti i prolongirano.

- Dolaze velike vrućine i ne znam koliko će se ljudi odazivati na te preglede ukoliko budu pozivani kada je vani temperatura između 35 i 40 stupnjeva. Zbog toga, namjeravam dr. Tomislavu Benjaku - koji vodi ovaj pilot program - predložiti da sve odgodimo do iza Velike Gospe sredinom kolovoza, kada bi ipak trebale biti nešto niže temperature - zaključuje dr. Marko Rađa.

U Osijeku ide sve ‘ko po loju‘

I dok se u SDŽ još uvijek pripremaju da započnu s ovim projektom, on je u Osijeku - gdje se prijavilo 50 posto svih pozvanih obiteljskih liječnika, njih 30-ak - već pri kraju. Projekt se provodi i u Međimurskoj županiji, a u Sisačko-moslavačkoj "šteka" kao i u Splitu.

U Primorsko-goranskoj županiji na samom se početku ovog projekta, kada se još nije znalo da će pregledi biti plaćeni, nije javio niti jedan liječnik obiteljske medicine. Sada, kada se zna da će cijena pregleda biti između 50 i 60 eura, prijavilo se njih 28, odnosno toliko ih je bilo na nedavnoj edukaciji za ovaj pilot program u Rijeci. Ako ih se od njih 28 samo pola i prijavi za pilot program, on će i tamo biti proveden "u trenu".

Utjeha za ovo četvero liječnika iz SDŽ-a, koji će se "satrati" sa svojih po 50-ak pacijenata, ipak je dodatna zarada koja u ovom slučaju može "pokriti" jedan lijepi godišnji odmor.

Hipokrat se vjerojatno crveni zbog slabog odaziva liječnika i liječnica u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji (SDŽ) koji su voljni sudjelovati u pilot programu preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda.

Kako smo već pisali, prijavilo se samo četvero od 31 liječnika obiteljske medicine u SDŽ, koji su se mogli uključiti u pilot program preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda. Čak ih ni "bogati" iznosi po jednom obavljenom pregledu nisu ponukali da se prijave.

Tako će njih četvero, kada pilot program i započne u ovoj županiji, zaraditi više novca jer će se svaki pregled plaćati između 50 i 60 eura. A kako će takvih pacijenata biti 200-tinjak, svaki će od liječnika zaraditi između 2500 i 3000 eura. Naravno, u tu je cijenu ukalkulirana i cijena rada medicinske sestre.

Osim obiteljskih liječnika, jednako će zaraditi i mladi liječnici/ce, opet s medicinskim sestrama, koji će raditi na jednom od tri punkta u SDŽ gdje će pacijenti biti pozivani i obrađeni prije odlaska kod svog obiteljskog liječnika.

- Imat ćemo tri punkta u Splitu (ambulanta Mertojak), Kaštel Sućurcu (ambulanta posebnih dežurstava) i Sinju (zgrada Doma zdravlja SDŽ). Zašto ćemo upravo ne tim lokacijama imati punktove? Jednostavno zato jer su se u ovoj pilot projekt prijavilo dvoje liječnika iz Splita, jedan iz Kaštela i jedan iz Sinja.

Na tim punktovima će biti mladi liječnik ili liječnica i medicinska sestra koji će pozvanom pacijentu uzeti anamnezu, izmjeriti visinu, težinu, tlak, napraviti osnovnu dijagnostiku i dati uputnicu za laboratorijske pretrage. Nakon laboratorijske obrade takav će pacijent dobiti termin kod svog obiteljskog liječnika, kazuje nam dr. Marko Rađa, ravnatelj DZ SDŽ.

Ne možemo ne primijetiti da su obiteljski liječnici iz čijih će ambulanta biti odabrano 200-tinjak onih pacijenata koji neredovito idu na preglede, i nisu kod liječnika bili više od dvije godine, za te pacijente već dobili novac, odnosno glavarinu, a sada će opet biti plaćeni.

- Istina, ali oni su glavarinu dobili za svoj redovni rad, a ne za preventivne preglede kao što su ovi. Ovdje se plaća preventiva, a ne redovni rad. Pacijent dolazi kod liječnika kada ima zdravstveni problem, a preventiva nažalost i ne postoji. Niti jedan liječnik obiteljske medicine ne može svog pacijenta, koji kod njega ne dolazi redovito, na to prisiliti ili moliti da dođe na pregled. Obiteljski liječnici imaju toliko posla, uključujući i one administrativne, koje ustvari ne bi trebali ni raditi, da nemaju vremena pozivati na preglede pacijente koji ne dolaze redovito - napominje dr. Rađa.

I doista, zašto bi obiteljskog liječnika bilo briga kad same pacijente koji dugo ne dolaze u ambulantu očigledno nije briga za svoje zdravlje.

Ovaj pilot program trebao bi u SDŽ započeti za 10 do 15 dana, ali to bi moglo biti i prolongirano.

- Dolaze velike vrućine i ne znam koliko će se ljudi odazivati na te preglede ukoliko budu pozivani kada je vani temperatura između 35 i 40 stupnjeva. Zbog toga, namjeravam dr. Tomislavu Benjaku - koji vodi ovaj pilot program - predložiti da sve odgodimo do iza Velike Gospe sredinom kolovoza, kada bi ipak trebale biti nešto niže temperature - zaključuje dr. Marko Rađa.

U Osijeku ide sve ‘ko po loju‘

I dok se u SDŽ još uvijek pripremaju da započnu s ovim projektom, on je u Osijeku - gdje se prijavilo 50 posto svih pozvanih obiteljskih liječnika, njih 30-ak - već pri kraju. Projekt se provodi i u Međimurskoj županiji, a u Sisačko-moslavačkoj "šteka" kao i u Splitu.

U Primorsko-goranskoj županiji na samom se početku ovog projekta, kada se još nije znalo da će pregledi biti plaćeni, nije javio niti jedan liječnik obiteljske medicine. Sada, kada se zna da će cijena pregleda biti između 50 i 60 eura, prijavilo se njih 28, odnosno toliko ih je bilo na nedavnoj edukaciji za ovaj pilot program u Rijeci. Ako ih se od njih 28 samo pola i prijavi za pilot program, on će i tamo biti proveden "u trenu".

Utjeha za ovo četvero liječnika iz SDŽ-a, koji će se "satrati" sa svojih po 50-ak pacijenata, ipak je dodatna zarada koja u ovom slučaju može "pokriti" jedan lijepi godišnji odmor.
