Zbog ilegalnog držanja pištolja marke "PHP" s pripadajućim spremnikom i ugraviranom posvetom "Mili Suraću od zapovjednika ZP Split A. Gotovina", 71-godišnji D.S. iz Murvice pokraj Zadra osuđen je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru zbog prekršaja iz Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana.

Policija je na temelju naloga Županijskog suda u Zadru pretražila njegovu kuću u Murvici 17. rujna 2019. godine kada je u vremenu od 16.15 do 18.15 sati pištolj pronašla u spremištu ispod stubišta.

Iako je sud 71-godišnjaka pozivao na ročišta 2. srpnja 2020. i 31. svibnja 2023., pozivi su se sudu vratili kao "obaviješten - nije podigao pošiljku", pa mu je sud poziv za ročište 22. kolovoza 2023. Prekršajnog zakona istaknuo na oglasnoj ploči suda.

Budući da ni to nije "upalilo", sud je zaključio da prisutnost i ispitivanje 71-godišnjaka zapravo nisu potrebni i ne utječu na zakonito i pravilno donošenje presude, pa je presuda donesena bez njega.

Budući da ranije nije osuđivan, dosuđena mu je novčana kazna od 603 eura, a mora platiti i troškove prekršajnog postupka u paušalnom iznosu od 14 eura u korist državnog proračuna, u roku od dva mjeseca nakon pravomoćnosti presude.

Zbog ilegalnog držanja pištolja marke "PHP" s pripadajućim spremnikom i ugraviranom posvetom "Mili Suraću od zapovjednika ZP Split A. Gotovina", 71-godišnji D.S. iz Murvice pokraj Zadra osuđen je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru zbog prekršaja iz Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana.

Policija je na temelju naloga Županijskog suda u Zadru pretražila njegovu kuću u Murvici 17. rujna 2019. godine kada je u vremenu od 16.15 do 18.15 sati pištolj pronašla u spremištu ispod stubišta.

Iako je sud 71-godišnjaka pozivao na ročišta 2. srpnja 2020. i 31. svibnja 2023., pozivi su se sudu vratili kao "obaviješten - nije podigao pošiljku", pa mu je sud poziv za ročište 22. kolovoza 2023. Prekršajnog zakona istaknuo na oglasnoj ploči suda.

Budući da ni to nije "upalilo", sud je zaključio da prisutnost i ispitivanje 71-godišnjaka zapravo nisu potrebni i ne utječu na zakonito i pravilno donošenje presude, pa je presuda donesena bez njega.

Budući da ranije nije osuđivan, dosuđena mu je novčana kazna od 603 eura, a mora platiti i troškove prekršajnog postupka u paušalnom iznosu od 14 eura u korist državnog proračuna, u roku od dva mjeseca nakon pravomoćnosti presude.

Dalmatinac ilegalno držao pištolj s ugraviranom posvetom generala Ante Gotovine!? Opalili mu masnu kaznu

Zbog ilegalnog držanja pištolja marke "PHP" s pripadajućim spremnikom i ugraviranom posvetom "Mili Suraću od zapovjednika ZP Split A. Gotovina", 71-godišnji D.S. iz Murvice pokraj Zadra osuđen je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru zbog prekršaja iz Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana.

Policija je na temelju naloga Županijskog suda u Zadru pretražila njegovu kuću u Murvici 17. rujna 2019. godine kada je u vremenu od 16.15 do 18.15 sati pištolj pronašla u spremištu ispod stubišta.

Iako je sud 71-godišnjaka pozivao na ročišta 2. srpnja 2020. i 31. svibnja 2023., pozivi su se sudu vratili kao "obaviješten - nije podigao pošiljku", pa mu je sud poziv za ročište 22. kolovoza 2023. Prekršajnog zakona istaknuo na oglasnoj ploči suda.

Budući da ni to nije "upalilo", sud je zaključio da prisutnost i ispitivanje 71-godišnjaka zapravo nisu potrebni i ne utječu na zakonito i pravilno donošenje presude, pa je presuda donesena bez njega.

Budući da ranije nije osuđivan, dosuđena mu je novčana kazna od 603 eura, a mora platiti i troškove prekršajnog postupka u paušalnom iznosu od 14 eura u korist državnog proračuna, u roku od dva mjeseca nakon pravomoćnosti presude.
