Prvi kružni tok na području Imotskog, onaj koji se gradi na križanju državne ceste prema Splitu i županijske prometnice prema Prološcu Donjem, na lokaciji kod Vukadinovića kuće u Glavini Donjoj, nikako da dođe na zelenu granu.

Koliko li su građani "preživjeli" poteškoća oko tog projekta kojim bi se trebala napokon izbrisati ta prometna "crna točka" Imotske krajine. Još od ideje o izgradnji "rotora" prije (ne)sretnih 13 godina, pa sve do proteklih mjeseci kada smo svjedočili i neorganiziranom ulasku dvaju investitora, "Vodovoda Imotske krajine" i "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC), u istu gradilišnu zonu, 

Kada se i to riješilo, pobunili su se stanovnici zaselka s istočne strane budućeg kružnog toka, jer im je zapriječen izlaz iz njihovih kuća na državnu prometnicu. Najnoviji zahtjev postavila je vlasnica kuće koja je u obuhvatu gradilišta i koja je posredstvom odvjetnika istaknula svoje (još neriješene) zahtjeve prema državnoj tvrtki.

- Imovinsko-pravni odnosi s gospođom Borkom Vukadinović su osporeni s njezine strane, i to u dijelu zahvata cestovne dionice i izrađenog parcelacijskog elaborata. Iako smatramo da za to nema temelja, u cilju utvrđivanja točnog i nedvojbenog stanja, od strane naše tvrtke predložen je termin zajedničkog očevida i utvrđenja odnosno potvrde točne površine zahvata koji je gospođa Vukadinović i prihvatila posredstvom svojeg pravnog zastupnika.

Na očevidu će se utvrditi nedvojbeno stanje i riješiti eventualni sporovi - naglašavaju iz HC-a, dok naše neslužbene informacije govore da bi, u slučaju pozitivnog raspleta priče, prva vozila novim cestovnim objektom mogla proći uoči samog kraja ove godine.

A radovi su trebali, nimalo čudno za hrvatsku svakodnevicu, početi uoči lokalnih izbora 2021. godine, kada su sa svih razina famozne HDZ-ove vertikale vlasti pljuštala obećanja o brzoj realizaciji projekta, jednako kao i onoga na izgradnji brze ceste od Zagvozda, preko Imotskog, do granice s BiH, za koju se tek ovih dana izrađuje studija utjecaja na okoliš kao prvi korak u (pred)dugoj papirologiji sličnih zahvata.

Tada smo u nekoliko navrata, pa i OVDJE, pisali o problemima obitelji Vukadinović s neriješenim imovinsko-pravnim odnosima s HC-om. Prošle su dvije i pol godine, a kružni tok još ni blizu nije izgrađen, a, kako vidimo, nisu obeštećeni ni vlasnici nekretnina na području gdje se treba graditi prometni objekt.

Prvi kružni tok na području Imotskog, onaj koji se gradi na križanju državne ceste prema Splitu i županijske prometnice prema Prološcu Donjem, na lokaciji kod Vukadinovića kuće u Glavini Donjoj, nikako da dođe na zelenu granu.

Koliko li su građani "preživjeli" poteškoća oko tog projekta kojim bi se trebala napokon izbrisati ta prometna "crna točka" Imotske krajine. Još od ideje o izgradnji "rotora" prije (ne)sretnih 13 godina, pa sve do proteklih mjeseci kada smo svjedočili i neorganiziranom ulasku dvaju investitora, "Vodovoda Imotske krajine" i "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC), u istu gradilišnu zonu, 

Kada se i to riješilo, pobunili su se stanovnici zaselka s istočne strane budućeg kružnog toka, jer im je zapriječen izlaz iz njihovih kuća na državnu prometnicu. Najnoviji zahtjev postavila je vlasnica kuće koja je u obuhvatu gradilišta i koja je posredstvom odvjetnika istaknula svoje (još neriješene) zahtjeve prema državnoj tvrtki.

- Imovinsko-pravni odnosi s gospođom Borkom Vukadinović su osporeni s njezine strane, i to u dijelu zahvata cestovne dionice i izrađenog parcelacijskog elaborata. Iako smatramo da za to nema temelja, u cilju utvrđivanja točnog i nedvojbenog stanja, od strane naše tvrtke predložen je termin zajedničkog očevida i utvrđenja odnosno potvrde točne površine zahvata koji je gospođa Vukadinović i prihvatila posredstvom svojeg pravnog zastupnika.

Na očevidu će se utvrditi nedvojbeno stanje i riješiti eventualni sporovi - naglašavaju iz HC-a, dok naše neslužbene informacije govore da bi, u slučaju pozitivnog raspleta priče, prva vozila novim cestovnim objektom mogla proći uoči samog kraja ove godine.

A radovi su trebali, nimalo čudno za hrvatsku svakodnevicu, početi uoči lokalnih izbora 2021. godine, kada su sa svih razina famozne HDZ-ove vertikale vlasti pljuštala obećanja o brzoj realizaciji projekta, jednako kao i onoga na izgradnji brze ceste od Zagvozda, preko Imotskog, do granice s BiH, za koju se tek ovih dana izrađuje studija utjecaja na okoliš kao prvi korak u (pred)dugoj papirologiji sličnih zahvata.

Tada smo u nekoliko navrata, pa i OVDJE, pisali o problemima obitelji Vukadinović s neriješenim imovinsko-pravnim odnosima s HC-om. Prošle su dvije i pol godine, a kružni tok još ni blizu nije izgrađen, a, kako vidimo, nisu obeštećeni ni vlasnici nekretnina na području gdje se treba graditi prometni objekt.
