Hoće li napokon i Dugopoljci do kraja godine imati dovršen sportsko-rekreacijski kompleks sa sadržajima pod istim krovom?

Ako se ostvari projekt nazvan Centar sportske rekreacije i aktivnog življenja "Sport Hub", sufinanciran europskim novcem, konačno bi se izgradila dvorana u Poduzetničkoj zoni Podi, istočno od nogometnog stadiona "Hrvatski vitezovi", gdje je bio u planu i bazen, koji danas propala tvrtka "Konstruktor-inženjering" nikada nije izgradila, a mještanima je ostalo vraćanje (pre)skupoga kredita.

– Objavili smo natječaj za izvođača radova vrijednih 6,2 milijuna kuna, čime bismo završili priču o prostoru namijenjenom sportašima i, naravno, rekreativcima. Općina je investitor, uz sufinanciranje ulaganja iz EU-a, sve u sklopu Urbane aglomeracije Split. Želimo započetu izgradnju polivalentne dvorane napokon i privesti svrsi, za nekih osam mjeseci, koliko bi iznosila dinamika radova – ističe Perica Bosančić, općinski načelnik.

Prema njegovim riječima, aktualni zahvat predstavlja dovršetak druge faze izgradnje od ukupno tri koje će u konačnici činiti jednu cjelinu:

– Već su nam zadani gabariti same dvorane, budući da se ovim projektom definira dovršetak nezavršene zgrade koja je u startu bila planirana kao dvorana za tenis. Sada ćemo je, deset godina od početnih građevinskih radova, privesti svrsi. A osim sportske dvorane, dobit ćemo i uređena dva vanjska nogometna terena s pripadajućim prostorijama za korisnike, te boćalište smješteno u sjeverozapadnom dijelu čestice. Svi sadržaji bit će povezani šetnicom.

Prvi čovjek Dugopolja kaže kako je plan imati dvoranu za trening i pripreme sportaša, a što se tiče treće faze ovog sportskog kompleksa, i na tome će poraditi, no moguće su izmjene prvotnog projekta.

– Prije deset-jedanaest godina planiralo se tu napraviti zatvoreni bazen, što bi s nogometnim igralištem i teniskom dvoranom bila vrhunska sportska ponuda za treninge i pripreme sportaša. Nogometni stadion je okončan, sada ćemo tenisku dvoranu završiti kao multifunkcijsku dvoranu za ostale sportove, no, po svemu sudeći, odustat ćemo od bazena.

Odluka je na Općinskom vijeću, hoćemo li graditi bazen ili ćemo prenamijeniti prostor za izgradnju velike gradske sportske dvorane za sve natjecateljske rangove, poglavito za mali nogomet i rukomet. Tu bi naši sportaši mogli igrati i službene utakmice, a ne da nam više od 200 djece iz našega malonogometnog i rukometnog kluba budu podstanari te plaćaju termine za odigravanje utakmica u dvoranama u Solinu ili Sinju.

Otežavajuća okolnost u planiranoj investiciji je iznos godišnjeg održavanja bazena, što se procjenjuje na oko tri milijuna kuna.

– Općina Dugopolje, koja ima oko 60 milijuna kuna godišnjeg proračuna, ipak samostalno ne može osigurati taj novac za bazen. Jedino u partnerstvom s nekim, ili Županijom, ili Gradom Splitom. Tko bi imao potrebu još jednog olimpijskog bazena na ovom području, kako za građane, tako i za pripreme sportaša, organizaciju velikih natjecanja... Samostalno to ne možemo financirati. Stoga je gradska dvorana izglednija opcija – smatra Bosančić.

Hoće li napokon i Dugopoljci do kraja godine imati dovršen sportsko-rekreacijski kompleks sa sadržajima pod istim krovom?

Ako se ostvari projekt nazvan Centar sportske rekreacije i aktivnog življenja "Sport Hub", sufinanciran europskim novcem, konačno bi se izgradila dvorana u Poduzetničkoj zoni Podi, istočno od nogometnog stadiona "Hrvatski vitezovi", gdje je bio u planu i bazen, koji danas propala tvrtka "Konstruktor-inženjering" nikada nije izgradila, a mještanima je ostalo vraćanje (pre)skupoga kredita.

– Objavili smo natječaj za izvođača radova vrijednih 6,2 milijuna kuna, čime bismo završili priču o prostoru namijenjenom sportašima i, naravno, rekreativcima. Općina je investitor, uz sufinanciranje ulaganja iz EU-a, sve u sklopu Urbane aglomeracije Split. Želimo započetu izgradnju polivalentne dvorane napokon i privesti svrsi, za nekih osam mjeseci, koliko bi iznosila dinamika radova – ističe Perica Bosančić, općinski načelnik.

Prema njegovim riječima, aktualni zahvat predstavlja dovršetak druge faze izgradnje od ukupno tri koje će u konačnici činiti jednu cjelinu:

– Već su nam zadani gabariti same dvorane, budući da se ovim projektom definira dovršetak nezavršene zgrade koja je u startu bila planirana kao dvorana za tenis. Sada ćemo je, deset godina od početnih građevinskih radova, privesti svrsi. A osim sportske dvorane, dobit ćemo i uređena dva vanjska nogometna terena s pripadajućim prostorijama za korisnike, te boćalište smješteno u sjeverozapadnom dijelu čestice. Svi sadržaji bit će povezani šetnicom.

Prvi čovjek Dugopolja kaže kako je plan imati dvoranu za trening i pripreme sportaša, a što se tiče treće faze ovog sportskog kompleksa, i na tome će poraditi, no moguće su izmjene prvotnog projekta.

– Prije deset-jedanaest godina planiralo se tu napraviti zatvoreni bazen, što bi s nogometnim igralištem i teniskom dvoranom bila vrhunska sportska ponuda za treninge i pripreme sportaša. Nogometni stadion je okončan, sada ćemo tenisku dvoranu završiti kao multifunkcijsku dvoranu za ostale sportove, no, po svemu sudeći, odustat ćemo od bazena.

Odluka je na Općinskom vijeću, hoćemo li graditi bazen ili ćemo prenamijeniti prostor za izgradnju velike gradske sportske dvorane za sve natjecateljske rangove, poglavito za mali nogomet i rukomet. Tu bi naši sportaši mogli igrati i službene utakmice, a ne da nam više od 200 djece iz našega malonogometnog i rukometnog kluba budu podstanari te plaćaju termine za odigravanje utakmica u dvoranama u Solinu ili Sinju.

Otežavajuća okolnost u planiranoj investiciji je iznos godišnjeg održavanja bazena, što se procjenjuje na oko tri milijuna kuna.

– Općina Dugopolje, koja ima oko 60 milijuna kuna godišnjeg proračuna, ipak samostalno ne može osigurati taj novac za bazen. Jedino u partnerstvom s nekim, ili Županijom, ili Gradom Splitom. Tko bi imao potrebu još jednog olimpijskog bazena na ovom području, kako za građane, tako i za pripreme sportaša, organizaciju velikih natjecanja... Samostalno to ne možemo financirati. Stoga je gradska dvorana izglednija opcija – smatra Bosančić.
