Sudeći prema aktualnim zahtjevima za izdavanje građevinskih dozvola, u Dugopolju se tijekom ove i sljedeće godine očekuje niz stambenih projekata.
Kako doznajemo, nakon njihova useljavanja bit će sigurno potrebno još vrtićkih i školskih kapaciteta.
- Zato Dugopolje želi biti spremno u tom pogledu - tvrdi Perica Bosančić, općinski načelnik i najavljuje izgradnju novih odgojno-obrazovnih sadržaja, kako vrtića, tako i osnovne škole.
- Računamo da će se u barem dvije trećine tih stanova useliti roditelji s manjom djecom, tako da je potrebno osigurati nove kapacitete - kaže prvi čovjek Dugopolja.
Mogli bi se reći da je u pitanju novi zamah stambene izgradnje u tom dijelu Zamosorja. Prvi se događao gotovo usporedno sa širenjem poslovne zone prije petnaestak godina.
Obiteljske kuće i manje zgrade podizale su se u pravilu s jugoistočne strane gospodarskih objekata, novi stanari su stizali, ali se s vremenom i raseljavali. Dio ih se vratio u Split i bližu okolicu zbog lakše prometne dostupnosti radnih mjesta ili baka-servisa, nekima baš nije odgovarala ni tada još uvijek koliko-toliko normalna, ali i zimi studenija dugopoljska klima, a treći su nastavili tragati za još povoljnijim kvadratima.
U tom su smislu od Dugopolja više stambeno "odskočili" Koprivno, koje mu administrativno pripada, ali i nešto sjevernije Dicmo.
Ipak, investitori su se vratili Dugopolju, bilo da je riječ o onima iz nekretninskog biznisa ili o mještanima i "došljacima" koji tako žele riješiti vlastito stambeno pitanje ili oploditi dosad neiskorišteno zemljište. Zbog toga i načelnik spominje da uskoro očekuju izgradnju čak - stotinjak stanova.
Brojka je to koje se ne bi posramile ni znatno veće sredine, a prema podacima iz državnog sustava prostornog uređenja, u kojem su vidljive "friške" dozvole kao i one koje su trenutno u postupku, gradi se i gradit će se većinom na zapadnom i sjeveroistočnom dijelu Dugopolja, kao i u Koprivnu.

Zbog toga je Dječji vrtić "Maslačak", odnosno novi objekt, inače otvoren prije nešto manje od tri godine, sa svojih više od 200 mjesta već popunjen.
Predškolski objekt je izgrađen po najmodernijim standardima, s kuhinjom, praonicom, dvoranom, a za Dugopolje je bio značajan jer su dobili prve jaslice.
- U vrtić je upisano 210 djece, otvorili smo u njemu i jaslice, a pored malih Dugopoljaca upisivali smo i djecu iz Otoka, Dicma i okolnih mjesta čijim je roditeljima ovdje bilo možda zgodnije povjeriti djecu na čuvanje i odgoj, ako rade u Dugopolju, Splitu i okolici.
Vrtić je ekonomski najisplativiji kada je pun, pa smo se i mi vodili tom logikom. Tako da sada planiramo graditi nove kapacitete, odnosno dograditi stari vrtić u središtu mjesta pokraj zgrade Općine – kaže Bosančić i objašnjava kako će se nad postojećim objektom koji trenutno ima četiri prostorije izgraditi još četiri nove, za četiri nove skupine.
Upravo su raspisali javni natječaj vrijedan gotovo 800 tisuća eura za dogradnju starog predškolskog objekta, a bespovratno financiranje očekuju da će osigurati iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.

- Isto tako nakon predškolskog uzrasta ulažemo u školstvo. Pri kraju je javna nabava od 160 tisuća eura za izradu projektne dokumentacije za dogradnju postojeće osnovne škole.
Taj projekt "guramo" već više od godinu dana, a kada bude gotov, djeca će nam pohađati nastavu samo u jutarnjoj smjeni - najavljuje načelnik i dodaje:
- Budući da imamo i kuhinju u vrtiću planiramo i školarcima osigurati topli obrok i produženi boravak. Tako da mladim obiteljima možemo osigurati sigurno mjesto za mališane u predškolskoj ustanovi, a za one kojima to bude trebalo i produženi boravak u školi - govori Bosančić dodajući kako taj projekt razvijaju u suradnji sa Županijom splitsko-dalmatinskom koja je osnivač i vlasnik dugopoljske osmoljetke.
- Završetkom javne nabave očekujem da ćemo u roku od tri mjeseca imati u rukama projektnu dokumentaciju i nakon sve prijaviti na natječaj za stopostotno financiranje iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.
Osigurali smo zemljište, uredno je vlasništvo, tako da očekujemo da bismo već iduće godine mogli početi dograđivati našu školu – tvrdi Bosančić koji najavljuje i skoro otvaranje prostora nove tržnice, vrijedne 200 tisuća eura, u sklopu koje će se, kako kaže, nalaziti i ribarnica.

Sudeći prema aktualnim zahtjevima za izdavanje građevinskih dozvola, u Dugopolju se tijekom ove i sljedeće godine očekuje niz stambenih projekata.
Kako doznajemo, nakon njihova useljavanja bit će sigurno potrebno još vrtićkih i školskih kapaciteta.
- Zato Dugopolje želi biti spremno u tom pogledu - tvrdi Perica Bosančić, općinski načelnik i najavljuje izgradnju novih odgojno-obrazovnih sadržaja, kako vrtića, tako i osnovne škole.
- Računamo da će se u barem dvije trećine tih stanova useliti roditelji s manjom djecom, tako da je potrebno osigurati nove kapacitete - kaže prvi čovjek Dugopolja.
Mogli bi se reći da je u pitanju novi zamah stambene izgradnje u tom dijelu Zamosorja. Prvi se događao gotovo usporedno sa širenjem poslovne zone prije petnaestak godina.
Obiteljske kuće i manje zgrade podizale su se u pravilu s jugoistočne strane gospodarskih objekata, novi stanari su stizali, ali se s vremenom i raseljavali. Dio ih se vratio u Split i bližu okolicu zbog lakše prometne dostupnosti radnih mjesta ili baka-servisa, nekima baš nije odgovarala ni tada još uvijek koliko-toliko normalna, ali i zimi studenija dugopoljska klima, a treći su nastavili tragati za još povoljnijim kvadratima.
U tom su smislu od Dugopolja više stambeno "odskočili" Koprivno, koje mu administrativno pripada, ali i nešto sjevernije Dicmo.
Ipak, investitori su se vratili Dugopolju, bilo da je riječ o onima iz nekretninskog biznisa ili o mještanima i "došljacima" koji tako žele riješiti vlastito stambeno pitanje ili oploditi dosad neiskorišteno zemljište. Zbog toga i načelnik spominje da uskoro očekuju izgradnju čak - stotinjak stanova.
Brojka je to koje se ne bi posramile ni znatno veće sredine, a prema podacima iz državnog sustava prostornog uređenja, u kojem su vidljive "friške" dozvole kao i one koje su trenutno u postupku, gradi se i gradit će se većinom na zapadnom i sjeveroistočnom dijelu Dugopolja, kao i u Koprivnu.

Zbog toga je Dječji vrtić "Maslačak", odnosno novi objekt, inače otvoren prije nešto manje od tri godine, sa svojih više od 200 mjesta već popunjen.
Predškolski objekt je izgrađen po najmodernijim standardima, s kuhinjom, praonicom, dvoranom, a za Dugopolje je bio značajan jer su dobili prve jaslice.
- U vrtić je upisano 210 djece, otvorili smo u njemu i jaslice, a pored malih Dugopoljaca upisivali smo i djecu iz Otoka, Dicma i okolnih mjesta čijim je roditeljima ovdje bilo možda zgodnije povjeriti djecu na čuvanje i odgoj, ako rade u Dugopolju, Splitu i okolici.
Vrtić je ekonomski najisplativiji kada je pun, pa smo se i mi vodili tom logikom. Tako da sada planiramo graditi nove kapacitete, odnosno dograditi stari vrtić u središtu mjesta pokraj zgrade Općine – kaže Bosančić i objašnjava kako će se nad postojećim objektom koji trenutno ima četiri prostorije izgraditi još četiri nove, za četiri nove skupine.
Upravo su raspisali javni natječaj vrijedan gotovo 800 tisuća eura za dogradnju starog predškolskog objekta, a bespovratno financiranje očekuju da će osigurati iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.

- Isto tako nakon predškolskog uzrasta ulažemo u školstvo. Pri kraju je javna nabava od 160 tisuća eura za izradu projektne dokumentacije za dogradnju postojeće osnovne škole.
Taj projekt "guramo" već više od godinu dana, a kada bude gotov, djeca će nam pohađati nastavu samo u jutarnjoj smjeni - najavljuje načelnik i dodaje:
- Budući da imamo i kuhinju u vrtiću planiramo i školarcima osigurati topli obrok i produženi boravak. Tako da mladim obiteljima možemo osigurati sigurno mjesto za mališane u predškolskoj ustanovi, a za one kojima to bude trebalo i produženi boravak u školi - govori Bosančić dodajući kako taj projekt razvijaju u suradnji sa Županijom splitsko-dalmatinskom koja je osnivač i vlasnik dugopoljske osmoljetke.
- Završetkom javne nabave očekujem da ćemo u roku od tri mjeseca imati u rukama projektnu dokumentaciju i nakon sve prijaviti na natječaj za stopostotno financiranje iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.
Osigurali smo zemljište, uredno je vlasništvo, tako da očekujemo da bismo već iduće godine mogli početi dograđivati našu školu – tvrdi Bosančić koji najavljuje i skoro otvaranje prostora nove tržnice, vrijedne 200 tisuća eura, u sklopu koje će se, kako kaže, nalaziti i ribarnica.
