Nakon našega nedavnog napisa o učestalim sudarima automobila s divljim zvijerima na dionici državne ceste DC1 od Dicma do Kukuzovca, pri čemu najčešće smrtno stradavaju divlje životinje, a na automobilima se događaju materijalne štete, dosad, na svu sreću, bez stradavanja ljudi, iz Hrvatskih cesta su odlučili izvanredno intervenirati i preskočiti dosadašnje "protokole" te će na toj cestovnoj dionici postaviti znakove upozorenja na divljač. To nam je, odgovarajući na naš upit, potvrdila Tamara Pajić, glasnogovornica Hrvatskih cesta.

Na cestama Zagore pod kotače upadaju vukovi, veprovi, lisice, kune, a sada i jazavci! Najgore je na cesti Sinj - Split, na području Kukuzovca i Dicma. Zašto odgovorni ne stave znakove upozorenja?

Podsjetimo, na Kukuzovcu je deponij komunalnog otpada "Mojanka", koji je postao hranilište divljih životinja i napuštenih pasa. Dolazeći na "Mojanku" s planine Visoka, te životinje prelaze preko državne ceste na kojoj se, upravo na tom potezu koji je bez većih zavoja i izvan naseljenog mjesta, razvijaju veće brzine. Pritom se događa, naročito u noćnim satima, da jureća vozila nalete na vukove, lisice, divlje svinje, kune, jazavce... Upravo je sezona masovnog stradavanja jazavaca. Dobro upućeni u broj stradalih divljih životinja na cestama kažu da se na tih nekoliko kilometara DC1 evidentira najmanje jedan sudar s jazavcem tjedno.

Pišući o ovoj problematici, uputili smo Hrvatskim cestama, koje upravljaju s DC1, sljedeći upit: "Na dionici državne ceste Sinj – Split, na potezu od Dicma do Kukuzovca, učestalo se događaju sudari vozila s divljim životinjama kao što su vuk, lisica, kuna, a nerijetko i s napuštenim psima. Sve te životinje dolaze na dnevne obroke na odlagalište komunalnog otpada 'Mojanka' na Kukuzovcu. Sada je sezona jazavaca, koji se nađu pod kotačima automobila u najmanje jednom slučaju tjedno. Uz prometnicu, koja je u nadležnosti Hrvatskih cesta, nigdje nema znaka koji bi vozače upozoravao na opasnost mogućeg nailaska na divlje životinje. Molio bih da mi za potrebe pisanja novinskog članka odgovorite namjeravate li postaviti takav znak, ako da, kada, a ako ne, zašto ne."

Evo odgovora Hrvatskih cesta koji potpisuje glasnogovornica Tamara Pajić, a koji prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Nastavno na upit o postavljanju prometnih znakova za obilježavanje opasnosti od naleta na divlje životinje koje se dolaze hraniti na odlagalište komunalnog otpada na predjelu Kukuzovac, pritom prelazeći preko državne ceste DC1, ovim putem željeli bismo pojasniti sljedeće:

Prometnim znakovima 'A33 - divljač na cesti' obilježavaju se samo mikrolokacije na kojima divljač učestalo prelazi cestu, o čemu nas u pravilu obavještavaju lovačka društva koja upravljaju pojedinim lovištem. Prije zajedničkog obilaska navedenih mikrolokacija lovačka su društva dužna dostaviti izvješće o stanju i migraciji divljači, te se nakon zajedničkog obilaska tih lokacija o tome sastavi zapisnik u kojem se definiraju daljnje obaveze i aktivnosti.

Prema odredbama istog zakona, lovačka društva trebaju dostaviti podatke o poduzetim aktivnostima u svrhu sprječavanja prelazaka divljači preko državnih cesta, kao i relevantne podatke i dokaze da se na pojedinim mikrolokacijama događaju učestali prelasci divljači preko ceste.

Naime, postavljanje prometnih znakova poduzima se tek kao posljednja u nizu aktivnosti, i to tek nakon što se ustanovi da se prethodnim aktivnostima nije uspjelo onemogućiti prelazak divljači preko ceste. Aktivnosti koje onemogućavaju prelazak divljači preko ceste definirane su Zakonom o lovstvu, a neke od njih su postavljanje hranilica, pojilišta i slično.

S obzirom na to da se ovdje radi o specifičnom slučaju, mišljenja smo da je u svrhu zaštite sudionika u prometu potrebno poduzeti aktivnosti kojima će se spriječiti dolazak divljači na predmetnu lokaciju, odnosno onemogućiti ulazak divljači na deponij (npr. postavljanjem ograde).

Pored navedenog, a uvažavajući nova saznanja o događanjima na predmetnom dijelu ceste DC1, kao prvu od aktivnosti u svrhu rješavanja ovog problema Hrvatske ceste će postaviti znakove opasnosti od nailaska na divljač, a sve daljnje aktivnosti provodit će u dogovoru s nadležnom jedinicom lokalne samouprave, vlasnikom/upraviteljem deponija i nadležnim lovačkim društvom."

Nakon našega nedavnog napisa o učestalim sudarima automobila s divljim zvijerima na dionici državne ceste DC1 od Dicma do Kukuzovca, pri čemu najčešće smrtno stradavaju divlje životinje, a na automobilima se događaju materijalne štete, dosad, na svu sreću, bez stradavanja ljudi, iz Hrvatskih cesta su odlučili izvanredno intervenirati i preskočiti dosadašnje "protokole" te će na toj cestovnoj dionici postaviti znakove upozorenja na divljač. To nam je, odgovarajući na naš upit, potvrdila Tamara Pajić, glasnogovornica Hrvatskih cesta.

Na cestama Zagore pod kotače upadaju vukovi, veprovi, lisice, kune, a sada i jazavci! Najgore je na cesti Sinj - Split, na području Kukuzovca i Dicma. Zašto odgovorni ne stave znakove upozorenja?

Podsjetimo, na Kukuzovcu je deponij komunalnog otpada "Mojanka", koji je postao hranilište divljih životinja i napuštenih pasa. Dolazeći na "Mojanku" s planine Visoka, te životinje prelaze preko državne ceste na kojoj se, upravo na tom potezu koji je bez većih zavoja i izvan naseljenog mjesta, razvijaju veće brzine. Pritom se događa, naročito u noćnim satima, da jureća vozila nalete na vukove, lisice, divlje svinje, kune, jazavce... Upravo je sezona masovnog stradavanja jazavaca. Dobro upućeni u broj stradalih divljih životinja na cestama kažu da se na tih nekoliko kilometara DC1 evidentira najmanje jedan sudar s jazavcem tjedno.

Pišući o ovoj problematici, uputili smo Hrvatskim cestama, koje upravljaju s DC1, sljedeći upit: "Na dionici državne ceste Sinj – Split, na potezu od Dicma do Kukuzovca, učestalo se događaju sudari vozila s divljim životinjama kao što su vuk, lisica, kuna, a nerijetko i s napuštenim psima. Sve te životinje dolaze na dnevne obroke na odlagalište komunalnog otpada 'Mojanka' na Kukuzovcu. Sada je sezona jazavaca, koji se nađu pod kotačima automobila u najmanje jednom slučaju tjedno. Uz prometnicu, koja je u nadležnosti Hrvatskih cesta, nigdje nema znaka koji bi vozače upozoravao na opasnost mogućeg nailaska na divlje životinje. Molio bih da mi za potrebe pisanja novinskog članka odgovorite namjeravate li postaviti takav znak, ako da, kada, a ako ne, zašto ne."

Evo odgovora Hrvatskih cesta koji potpisuje glasnogovornica Tamara Pajić, a koji prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Nastavno na upit o postavljanju prometnih znakova za obilježavanje opasnosti od naleta na divlje životinje koje se dolaze hraniti na odlagalište komunalnog otpada na predjelu Kukuzovac, pritom prelazeći preko državne ceste DC1, ovim putem željeli bismo pojasniti sljedeće:

Prometnim znakovima 'A33 - divljač na cesti' obilježavaju se samo mikrolokacije na kojima divljač učestalo prelazi cestu, o čemu nas u pravilu obavještavaju lovačka društva koja upravljaju pojedinim lovištem. Prije zajedničkog obilaska navedenih mikrolokacija lovačka su društva dužna dostaviti izvješće o stanju i migraciji divljači, te se nakon zajedničkog obilaska tih lokacija o tome sastavi zapisnik u kojem se definiraju daljnje obaveze i aktivnosti.

Prema odredbama istog zakona, lovačka društva trebaju dostaviti podatke o poduzetim aktivnostima u svrhu sprječavanja prelazaka divljači preko državnih cesta, kao i relevantne podatke i dokaze da se na pojedinim mikrolokacijama događaju učestali prelasci divljači preko ceste.

Naime, postavljanje prometnih znakova poduzima se tek kao posljednja u nizu aktivnosti, i to tek nakon što se ustanovi da se prethodnim aktivnostima nije uspjelo onemogućiti prelazak divljači preko ceste. Aktivnosti koje onemogućavaju prelazak divljači preko ceste definirane su Zakonom o lovstvu, a neke od njih su postavljanje hranilica, pojilišta i slično.

S obzirom na to da se ovdje radi o specifičnom slučaju, mišljenja smo da je u svrhu zaštite sudionika u prometu potrebno poduzeti aktivnosti kojima će se spriječiti dolazak divljači na predmetnu lokaciju, odnosno onemogućiti ulazak divljači na deponij (npr. postavljanjem ograde).

Pored navedenog, a uvažavajući nova saznanja o događanjima na predmetnom dijelu ceste DC1, kao prvu od aktivnosti u svrhu rješavanja ovog problema Hrvatske ceste će postaviti znakove opasnosti od nailaska na divljač, a sve daljnje aktivnosti provodit će u dogovoru s nadležnom jedinicom lokalne samouprave, vlasnikom/upraviteljem deponija i nadležnim lovačkim društvom."
