Vriskovi komičnih koljačkih horora još nisu utihnuli, naprotiv, jači su nego ikad. Vratio se "Vrisak" s petim i šestim dijelom hit-serijala, plus imamo i filmove koje je inspirirao upravo "screamovski" omjer satiričkog humora i slasherskog horora. Nakon "Vriska 4" takva ostvarenja formirala su mini žanr unatrag deset godina, pogurana "meta" filmovima poput instant-kultne "Kolibe u šumi" iz 2012. i podcijenjenog "Final Girls" iz 2015. kao slasherskog odgovora na "Last Action Hero".

"Sretan Dan smrti", "Freaky", "Sretan Dan smrti 2", "Ulica straha 1-3" i "Tijela, tijela, tijela" predvode frišku nisku slasherskih komedija tog tipa. Neki od njih nisu ništa lošiji od "Vriska 2" i "Vriska 3", a osvježavali su "screamovsku" komično-koljačku matricu kombinirajući koncepte "Vriska" i "Beskrajnog dana"/"Povratka u budućnost II" ili "Šašavog petka" i "Petka 13.".

Nešto slično radi nova slasher horor komedija "Apsolutni ubojica" ("Totally Killer") redateljice Nahnatchke Khan, najpoznatije po filmiću "Uvijek budi moj možda".

Udarni "halloweenovski" adut streaming servisa Amazon Prime Video "screamovski" je megamiks "Noći vještica" (stare + nove) i izvornog "Povratka u budućnost", koljačkog horora i znanstvenofantastične komedije o putovanju kroz vrijeme, dakle slasher na "time travel" način i obratno.

"Apsolutni ubojica" nije izvukao maksimum iz potentnog koncepta kao "Happy Death Day" niti je u rangu pojedinačnog hororskog i SF komičnog uzora, ali kao žanrovska kombinacija štima za jedno ugodno i ugođajno gledanje ususret Halloweenu, iako je upitno da će postati film na "duže staze" kojeg ćemo se sjećati do iduće Noći vještica i dalje. Svakako je preporuka za ljubitelje žanra i nostalgičare osamdesetih budući da funkcionira poput vremeplova.

Osamdesete su sveprisutne u filmu kad se radnja vrati u 1987. godinu. U jednoj sceni kamera prikaže videokasete kultnih filmova osamdesetih kao što su "Terminator", "Blade Runner", "Dina", "Unutarnji svemir", "Tron", "Imperij uzvraća udarac", "Avanture Buckaroo Banzaija"..., a "RoboCop" se vrti na TV-u. Prezime 16-godišnje heroine Jamie Hughes (Kiernan Shipka) posveta je Johnu Hughesu, prvaku tinejdžerskih 80‘s komedija kao što su "Šesnaest svijeća" i "Slobodan dan Ferrisa Bullera".

Maska ubojice odijevenog u crno i znanog po nadimku "Sweet Sixteen Killer" (ubada 16-godišnje tinejdžerice 16 puta) izgleda kao svojevrsni spoj pjevača Billyja Idola i likova Kiefera Sutherlanda i Dolpha Lundgrena u "Izgubljenim dječacima" i "Rockyju IV".

Nadimak ubojice, pak, spaja naslov slashera "Sweet Sixteen" iz 1983. i Idolove istoimene pjesme iz 1986. godine. A kad smo kod pjesama, "Totally Killer" vrvi hitovima osamdesetih, od Bananarame i "Venus" preko "The Killing Moon" u izvedbi Echo and the Bunnymen do Shannon i "Let The Music Play".

Priča započinje u sadašnjosti, u uspavanom američkom gradiću na Noć vještica 2023., kad se Jamie priprema za večernji izlazak, što brine njezinu majku Pam (Julie Bowen). Naime, prije nekih 35 godina, baš na Halloween, tri tinejdžerice, Pamine prijateljice, bile su ubijene i ona strahuje da bi se ubojica mogao vratiti po nju ili njezinu kćerku. "Više nije 1987.", napominje Jamie, ali ubojica je ostavio traga na zajednicu gotovo kao Michael Myers u "Noći vještica" i svi se odijevaju kao on na Halloween.

Jedan tako maskirani muškarac bane na Pamina vrata i ubije je, čime priča postavlja emotivan zalog za heroinu, film i gledatelja (spasiti mamu). Par dana kasnije, ubojica se namjeri i na Jamie koja se u bijegu od njega sakrije u vremenski stroj, znanstveni projekt njezine genijalne prijateljice Amelije (Kelcey Mawema). Treba li reći da Jamie biva vraćena natrag u 1987., na dan prvog ubojstva, taman da pokuša zaustaviti ubojicu u startu i ispraviti prošlost.

Kao i u "Back To The Future", Jamie će sresti mamu u tinejdžerskim danima (Olivia Holt) i iznenaditi se da je bila vođa kruga "mean girls" djevojaka u koji ona mora ući da bi spasila njezine prijateljice od ubojice, posredno i nju samu. "Želim prijaviti zločin koji se još nije dogodio. Jeste li gledali ‘Povratak u budućnost‘?

Ja živim taj film, ja sam Marty McFly", govori Jamie policajcima, a kasnije će spomenuti i "Scream" koji se još nije snimio ("Možda su dvoje ubojica kao u ‘Vrisku‘..."). Interesantno, policajac kaže "mrzim ‘time travel‘ filmove, nemaju smisla", što "Apsolutni ubojica" koristi kao obrambeni mehanizam za neke temporalne nategnutosti, premda uspijeva načiniti da priča ima smisla dok na kompleksnim SF-ovskim temeljima (vrijeme kao "apsolutni ubojica") gradi lakonotnu horor komediju.

Ostaje žal da film nije inscenirao neko metafilmsko pozivanje na slashere 1987. ("Strava u Ulici brijestova 3"), ali redateljici je komedija bila važnija, potencirana sudarom kultura, tj. reakcijama Jamie kao djevojke iz politički (pre)korektne sadašnjosti prilikom susreta s nekim problematičnim stavkama osamdesetih iz današnje optike (mizoginija itd). Heroina je u konačnici dojmljivija od ubojice unatoč njegovoj intrigantnoj maski, a pred njom je i veća odgovornosti od prosječne "kraljice vriska". Jamie mora vrisnuti u budućnost.

Vriskovi komičnih koljačkih horora još nisu utihnuli, naprotiv, jači su nego ikad. Vratio se "Vrisak" s petim i šestim dijelom hit-serijala, plus imamo i filmove koje je inspirirao upravo "screamovski" omjer satiričkog humora i slasherskog horora. Nakon "Vriska 4" takva ostvarenja formirala su mini žanr unatrag deset godina, pogurana "meta" filmovima poput instant-kultne "Kolibe u šumi" iz 2012. i podcijenjenog "Final Girls" iz 2015. kao slasherskog odgovora na "Last Action Hero".

"Sretan Dan smrti", "Freaky", "Sretan Dan smrti 2", "Ulica straha 1-3" i "Tijela, tijela, tijela" predvode frišku nisku slasherskih komedija tog tipa. Neki od njih nisu ništa lošiji od "Vriska 2" i "Vriska 3", a osvježavali su "screamovsku" komično-koljačku matricu kombinirajući koncepte "Vriska" i "Beskrajnog dana"/"Povratka u budućnost II" ili "Šašavog petka" i "Petka 13.".

Nešto slično radi nova slasher horor komedija "Apsolutni ubojica" ("Totally Killer") redateljice Nahnatchke Khan, najpoznatije po filmiću "Uvijek budi moj možda".

Udarni "halloweenovski" adut streaming servisa Amazon Prime Video "screamovski" je megamiks "Noći vještica" (stare + nove) i izvornog "Povratka u budućnost", koljačkog horora i znanstvenofantastične komedije o putovanju kroz vrijeme, dakle slasher na "time travel" način i obratno.

"Apsolutni ubojica" nije izvukao maksimum iz potentnog koncepta kao "Happy Death Day" niti je u rangu pojedinačnog hororskog i SF komičnog uzora, ali kao žanrovska kombinacija štima za jedno ugodno i ugođajno gledanje ususret Halloweenu, iako je upitno da će postati film na "duže staze" kojeg ćemo se sjećati do iduće Noći vještica i dalje. Svakako je preporuka za ljubitelje žanra i nostalgičare osamdesetih budući da funkcionira poput vremeplova.

Osamdesete su sveprisutne u filmu kad se radnja vrati u 1987. godinu. U jednoj sceni kamera prikaže videokasete kultnih filmova osamdesetih kao što su "Terminator", "Blade Runner", "Dina", "Unutarnji svemir", "Tron", "Imperij uzvraća udarac", "Avanture Buckaroo Banzaija"..., a "RoboCop" se vrti na TV-u. Prezime 16-godišnje heroine Jamie Hughes (Kiernan Shipka) posveta je Johnu Hughesu, prvaku tinejdžerskih 80‘s komedija kao što su "Šesnaest svijeća" i "Slobodan dan Ferrisa Bullera".

Maska ubojice odijevenog u crno i znanog po nadimku "Sweet Sixteen Killer" (ubada 16-godišnje tinejdžerice 16 puta) izgleda kao svojevrsni spoj pjevača Billyja Idola i likova Kiefera Sutherlanda i Dolpha Lundgrena u "Izgubljenim dječacima" i "Rockyju IV".

Nadimak ubojice, pak, spaja naslov slashera "Sweet Sixteen" iz 1983. i Idolove istoimene pjesme iz 1986. godine. A kad smo kod pjesama, "Totally Killer" vrvi hitovima osamdesetih, od Bananarame i "Venus" preko "The Killing Moon" u izvedbi Echo and the Bunnymen do Shannon i "Let The Music Play".

Priča započinje u sadašnjosti, u uspavanom američkom gradiću na Noć vještica 2023., kad se Jamie priprema za večernji izlazak, što brine njezinu majku Pam (Julie Bowen). Naime, prije nekih 35 godina, baš na Halloween, tri tinejdžerice, Pamine prijateljice, bile su ubijene i ona strahuje da bi se ubojica mogao vratiti po nju ili njezinu kćerku. "Više nije 1987.", napominje Jamie, ali ubojica je ostavio traga na zajednicu gotovo kao Michael Myers u "Noći vještica" i svi se odijevaju kao on na Halloween.

Jedan tako maskirani muškarac bane na Pamina vrata i ubije je, čime priča postavlja emotivan zalog za heroinu, film i gledatelja (spasiti mamu). Par dana kasnije, ubojica se namjeri i na Jamie koja se u bijegu od njega sakrije u vremenski stroj, znanstveni projekt njezine genijalne prijateljice Amelije (Kelcey Mawema). Treba li reći da Jamie biva vraćena natrag u 1987., na dan prvog ubojstva, taman da pokuša zaustaviti ubojicu u startu i ispraviti prošlost.

Kao i u "Back To The Future", Jamie će sresti mamu u tinejdžerskim danima (Olivia Holt) i iznenaditi se da je bila vođa kruga "mean girls" djevojaka u koji ona mora ući da bi spasila njezine prijateljice od ubojice, posredno i nju samu. "Želim prijaviti zločin koji se još nije dogodio. Jeste li gledali ‘Povratak u budućnost‘?

Ja živim taj film, ja sam Marty McFly", govori Jamie policajcima, a kasnije će spomenuti i "Scream" koji se još nije snimio ("Možda su dvoje ubojica kao u ‘Vrisku‘..."). Interesantno, policajac kaže "mrzim ‘time travel‘ filmove, nemaju smisla", što "Apsolutni ubojica" koristi kao obrambeni mehanizam za neke temporalne nategnutosti, premda uspijeva načiniti da priča ima smisla dok na kompleksnim SF-ovskim temeljima (vrijeme kao "apsolutni ubojica") gradi lakonotnu horor komediju.

Ostaje žal da film nije inscenirao neko metafilmsko pozivanje na slashere 1987. ("Strava u Ulici brijestova 3"), ali redateljici je komedija bila važnija, potencirana sudarom kultura, tj. reakcijama Jamie kao djevojke iz politički (pre)korektne sadašnjosti prilikom susreta s nekim problematičnim stavkama osamdesetih iz današnje optike (mizoginija itd). Heroina je u konačnici dojmljivija od ubojice unatoč njegovoj intrigantnoj maski, a pred njom je i veća odgovornosti od prosječne "kraljice vriska". Jamie mora vrisnuti u budućnost.
