Neka djevojka panično trči kroz šumu. Najednom stabla obasjaju jarka bijela svjetla s neba. Jezovita crna prikaza iskorači iz bijelog svjetla i u idućoj sceni djevojka je pronađena mrtva. Prolog pilot-epizode “Dosjea X”/”The X Files”, emitirane 10. rujna 1993., smjesta uvlači gledatelja u misteriju nadnaravne, SF trilerske serije s elementima horora.

’Spooky Mulder’

“Dosjei X” kreatora Chrisa Cartera preuzeli su štafetu od Lynchova “Twin Peaksa” i donijeli nešto novo u televizijski svijet. Agenti Fox Mulder i Dana Scully (pogođeno odabrani David Duchovny i Gillian Anderson) istraživali su neobjašnjive paranormalne pojave umjesto klasičnih umorstava iz proceduralnih policijskih serija, s naglaskom na ono izvanzemaljsko.

Pitanje “Vjeruješ li u postojanje izvanzemaljaca?” postavljeno je u izvrsnoj prvoj epizodi serije, ponajboljem “pilotu” u TV povijesti, a čuli smo i konstataciju “agent Mulder vjeruje da nismo sami”. Mulder na uredskom zidu drži plakat letećeg tanjura s natpisom “I want to believe” (“Želim vjerovati”). Na koncu, njegov nadimak je “spooky Mulder”, kako otkriva Scully koju prvu srećemo u seriji.

Naravno, za razliku od skeptične Scully, Mulder je uvjeren kako smrt djevojke s početka ima veze s alienskom otmicom kad njih dvoje izađu na teren u Oregon i doznaju za nestanke i neobjašnjive smrti još nekih mladih lokalaca. Alieni su, dakle, forte od prve epizode “X Filesa”.

Kad Mulder u jednoj sceni pokuca na Scullyna vrata i ona upita “Tko je?”, on će reći “Steven Spielberg”, što je zgodna referencija na “Bliske susrete treće vrste” i “E.T.-ja”. U vrijeme nastanka “Dosjea X” klasična izvanzemaljska tematika (znači, ne “Predator 2” i “Alien 3”) bila je polu-passe (četiri godine mlađi “Bezdan”), ako ne računamo film “Fire In The Sky” koji je mnogima prošao ispod radara u prvom tromjesečju 1993., a blizak je poetici Carterove serije.

Nakon što je “The X Files” polučio uspjeh i postao popkulturni fenomen, izvanzemaljci su se vratili na velika vrata (“Dan nezavisnosti”, “Mars napada”, “Ljudi u crnom”, “Kontakt”...). Svega toga ne bi bilo bez prve epizode serije u kojoj se alienska nazočnost manifestira i trenucima kad vrijeme stane.

“Pilot” je efektno postavio “template” za “Dosjee X” s motom “Istina je tamo negdje”, od aliena i paranoidne teorijsko-zavjereničke atmosfere nepovjerenja i misterije (“Trust no one” ili “Ne vjeruj nikome”), preko predstavljanja tajnovitog vladina lika znanog kao Cigarette Smoking Man (William B. Davis) koji prije odjavne špice pohranjuje alienski implatant unutar Pentagona, do međuigre Muldera i Scully kao najsnažnijeg temelja serije.

’Želim vjerovati’

S jedne strane, imamo racionalnu i skeptičnu Scully, agenticu prema modelu Clarice Starling iz filma “Kad jaganjci utihnu”, ali s vlastitom osobnosti, koja traži čvrste dokaze i smatra da za sve “mora postojati objašnjenje”. S druge, Mulder vjeruje u postojanje nadnaravnih pojava i opsjednut je svime što ima potencijalne veze s izvanzemaljcima otkako mu je sestra netragom nestala kad je imao 12 godina.

Odnos skeptik-vjernik u kasnijim je epizodama/sezonama postao nategnut, s obzirom što je sve Scully doživjela, ali ispočetka je bio dojmljiv, a njihova “suprotnosti se privlače”/”hoće-neće biti zajedno” kemija seksi i opipljiva, posebice u sceni pregledavanja sumnjivih točkica na agentičnim leđima.

Kemija je propupala u idućim nastavcima “X Filesa” koji su na hrvatske male ekrane stigli par godina kasnije i revno se pratili iz epizode u epizodu, davno prije pojave streaming servisa, kad su mnoge serije postale dostupne za gledanje sad i odmah, čime se izgubila draž iščekivanja.

Svatko tko je sredinom/krajem devedesetih gledao “Dosjee X” dobro zna koliko se svaka iduća epizoda očekivala i koliko je serija mogla pretvoriti gledateljskog skeptika u vjernika, barem u prvih nekoliko sezona od njih ukupno devet (do 2002.; prije “revivala” 2016. i 2018.), pa i u nastupnom filmu iz 1998., ako već ne i nastavku iz 2008., simbolički podnaslovljenom “Želim vjerovati”.

U najboljim izdanjima “The X Files” je naveo gledatelja da povjeruje u seriju o invazijama aliena i potragu za istinom u svijetu prepunom teorija zavjere. Godinama kasnije, “Dosjei X” su ispali vizionarska serija uzmu li se u obzir recentna zataškavanja o alienima, ali i sve brojnije urote ove ili one vrste u teoriji i praksi. Istina je još uvijek tamo negdje.

Neka djevojka panično trči kroz šumu. Najednom stabla obasjaju jarka bijela svjetla s neba. Jezovita crna prikaza iskorači iz bijelog svjetla i u idućoj sceni djevojka je pronađena mrtva. Prolog pilot-epizode “Dosjea X”/”The X Files”, emitirane 10. rujna 1993., smjesta uvlači gledatelja u misteriju nadnaravne, SF trilerske serije s elementima horora.

’Spooky Mulder’

“Dosjei X” kreatora Chrisa Cartera preuzeli su štafetu od Lynchova “Twin Peaksa” i donijeli nešto novo u televizijski svijet. Agenti Fox Mulder i Dana Scully (pogođeno odabrani David Duchovny i Gillian Anderson) istraživali su neobjašnjive paranormalne pojave umjesto klasičnih umorstava iz proceduralnih policijskih serija, s naglaskom na ono izvanzemaljsko.

Pitanje “Vjeruješ li u postojanje izvanzemaljaca?” postavljeno je u izvrsnoj prvoj epizodi serije, ponajboljem “pilotu” u TV povijesti, a čuli smo i konstataciju “agent Mulder vjeruje da nismo sami”. Mulder na uredskom zidu drži plakat letećeg tanjura s natpisom “I want to believe” (“Želim vjerovati”). Na koncu, njegov nadimak je “spooky Mulder”, kako otkriva Scully koju prvu srećemo u seriji.

Naravno, za razliku od skeptične Scully, Mulder je uvjeren kako smrt djevojke s početka ima veze s alienskom otmicom kad njih dvoje izađu na teren u Oregon i doznaju za nestanke i neobjašnjive smrti još nekih mladih lokalaca. Alieni su, dakle, forte od prve epizode “X Filesa”.

Kad Mulder u jednoj sceni pokuca na Scullyna vrata i ona upita “Tko je?”, on će reći “Steven Spielberg”, što je zgodna referencija na “Bliske susrete treće vrste” i “E.T.-ja”. U vrijeme nastanka “Dosjea X” klasična izvanzemaljska tematika (znači, ne “Predator 2” i “Alien 3”) bila je polu-passe (četiri godine mlađi “Bezdan”), ako ne računamo film “Fire In The Sky” koji je mnogima prošao ispod radara u prvom tromjesečju 1993., a blizak je poetici Carterove serije.

Nakon što je “The X Files” polučio uspjeh i postao popkulturni fenomen, izvanzemaljci su se vratili na velika vrata (“Dan nezavisnosti”, “Mars napada”, “Ljudi u crnom”, “Kontakt”...). Svega toga ne bi bilo bez prve epizode serije u kojoj se alienska nazočnost manifestira i trenucima kad vrijeme stane.

“Pilot” je efektno postavio “template” za “Dosjee X” s motom “Istina je tamo negdje”, od aliena i paranoidne teorijsko-zavjereničke atmosfere nepovjerenja i misterije (“Trust no one” ili “Ne vjeruj nikome”), preko predstavljanja tajnovitog vladina lika znanog kao Cigarette Smoking Man (William B. Davis) koji prije odjavne špice pohranjuje alienski implatant unutar Pentagona, do međuigre Muldera i Scully kao najsnažnijeg temelja serije.

’Želim vjerovati’

S jedne strane, imamo racionalnu i skeptičnu Scully, agenticu prema modelu Clarice Starling iz filma “Kad jaganjci utihnu”, ali s vlastitom osobnosti, koja traži čvrste dokaze i smatra da za sve “mora postojati objašnjenje”. S druge, Mulder vjeruje u postojanje nadnaravnih pojava i opsjednut je svime što ima potencijalne veze s izvanzemaljcima otkako mu je sestra netragom nestala kad je imao 12 godina.

Odnos skeptik-vjernik u kasnijim je epizodama/sezonama postao nategnut, s obzirom što je sve Scully doživjela, ali ispočetka je bio dojmljiv, a njihova “suprotnosti se privlače”/”hoće-neće biti zajedno” kemija seksi i opipljiva, posebice u sceni pregledavanja sumnjivih točkica na agentičnim leđima.

Kemija je propupala u idućim nastavcima “X Filesa” koji su na hrvatske male ekrane stigli par godina kasnije i revno se pratili iz epizode u epizodu, davno prije pojave streaming servisa, kad su mnoge serije postale dostupne za gledanje sad i odmah, čime se izgubila draž iščekivanja.

Svatko tko je sredinom/krajem devedesetih gledao “Dosjee X” dobro zna koliko se svaka iduća epizoda očekivala i koliko je serija mogla pretvoriti gledateljskog skeptika u vjernika, barem u prvih nekoliko sezona od njih ukupno devet (do 2002.; prije “revivala” 2016. i 2018.), pa i u nastupnom filmu iz 1998., ako već ne i nastavku iz 2008., simbolički podnaslovljenom “Želim vjerovati”.

U najboljim izdanjima “The X Files” je naveo gledatelja da povjeruje u seriju o invazijama aliena i potragu za istinom u svijetu prepunom teorija zavjere. Godinama kasnije, “Dosjei X” su ispali vizionarska serija uzmu li se u obzir recentna zataškavanja o alienima, ali i sve brojnije urote ove ili one vrste u teoriji i praksi. Istina je još uvijek tamo negdje.

Neka djevojka panično trči kroz šumu. Najednom stabla obasjaju jarka bijela svjetla s neba. Jezovita crna prikaza iskorači iz bijelog svjetla i u idućoj sceni djevojka je pronađena mrtva. Prolog pilot-epizode “Dosjea X”/”The X Files”, emitirane 10. rujna 1993., smjesta uvlači gledatelja u misteriju nadnaravne, SF trilerske serije s elementima horora.

’Spooky Mulder’

“Dosjei X” kreatora Chrisa Cartera preuzeli su štafetu od Lynchova “Twin Peaksa” i donijeli nešto novo u televizijski svijet. Agenti Fox Mulder i Dana Scully (pogođeno odabrani David Duchovny i Gillian Anderson) istraživali su neobjašnjive paranormalne pojave umjesto klasičnih umorstava iz proceduralnih policijskih serija, s naglaskom na ono izvanzemaljsko.
