U Amfiteatru Doma mladih večeras u 20 sati bit će izvedena kazališna predstava "Otok", autorice Ivane Vuković, u režiji Helene Petković.

''Otok'' je premijerno izveden prošle godine u Gradskom kazalištu ''Trešnja'' u Zagrebu, a u ulogama Mile i Julija nastupaju mladi glumci Karla Brbić i Silvio Mumelaš.

Riječ je o dramskom tekstu s dva lika čiji se izmaštani mediteranski prostor, u maniri magičnog realizma, polagano raspada.

U "Otoku" se propituje trenutak kada ljubav prestaje biti dovoljna za preživljavanje i održavanje odnosa, kada postane nužno da jedan partner žrtvuje svoje želje i usudi se probiti granice svog svijeta kako bi pratio onog drugog, kojemu promjena i odlazak postaju nužni.

OTOK KAO METAFORA

Pokušava se naći odgovor na pitanje: kako je moguće da odnos koji se doima savršenim, mogućim jedino u mašti, prestane biti dovoljan?

"Otok" funkcionira kao metafora zamišljenog prostora njihova odnosa, oslanjajući se na ono što otoci, posebno jadranski, jesu. Na otocima se priče puno više pričaju da bi se popunilo usporeno otočno vrijeme, lišeno kopnene uzburkanosti i nemira. Otočani se često dijele na one koji uopće ne mogu i ne žele napustiti otok i one koje otok guši i koji bježe na kopno.

– Tekst je pisan na dalmatinskome dijalektu. Fascinirana sam otocima, što nije slučajno. Mama mi je iz Nerežišća na Braču pa volim te malene sredine, mjesta koja imaju svoje priče, legende, tradiciju i predstavljaju prave male mikrokozmose. Međutim, "Otok" je metafora, studija o ljubavi i odnosu iz kojega bi jedan partner rado izišao, a drugi ne bi – rekla nam je Ivana Vuković o tekstu koji je nastao prije nekoliko godina.

USPJEŠNE SPLIĆANKE

Ivana Vuković, magistrica dramaturgije i apsolventica komparativne književnosti, rođena je u Splitu. Predstave na kojima je radila kao dramaturginja i kao autorica teksta redom su nagrađivane i prikazivane na festivalima poput MOT-a, BITEF-a, Dubrovačkih ljetnih igara, Dana satire, Malog Marulića i Naj, naj festivala. U posljednje vrijeme ostvarila je nekoliko projekata u rodnom gradu.

Redateljica Helena Petković, također Splićanka, režirala je niz predstava u zagrebačkim kazalištima, potom u drugim hrvatskim gradovima, a i u Italiji.

Organizatori ističu da je broj gledatelja u Amfiteatru ograničen na 50 osoba. Rezervacija karata je obvezna putem emaila antonia.kuzmanic@gmail.com ili na broj 099 668 1189. Turneja predstave "Otok" financirana je sredstvima Ministarstva kulture i medija Republike Hrvatske i Grada Splita.

U Amfiteatru Doma mladih večeras u 20 sati bit će izvedena kazališna predstava "Otok", autorice Ivane Vuković, u režiji Helene Petković.

''Otok'' je premijerno izveden prošle godine u Gradskom kazalištu ''Trešnja'' u Zagrebu, a u ulogama Mile i Julija nastupaju mladi glumci Karla Brbić i Silvio Mumelaš.

Riječ je o dramskom tekstu s dva lika čiji se izmaštani mediteranski prostor, u maniri magičnog realizma, polagano raspada.

U "Otoku" se propituje trenutak kada ljubav prestaje biti dovoljna za preživljavanje i održavanje odnosa, kada postane nužno da jedan partner žrtvuje svoje želje i usudi se probiti granice svog svijeta kako bi pratio onog drugog, kojemu promjena i odlazak postaju nužni.

OTOK KAO METAFORA

Pokušava se naći odgovor na pitanje: kako je moguće da odnos koji se doima savršenim, mogućim jedino u mašti, prestane biti dovoljan?

"Otok" funkcionira kao metafora zamišljenog prostora njihova odnosa, oslanjajući se na ono što otoci, posebno jadranski, jesu. Na otocima se priče puno više pričaju da bi se popunilo usporeno otočno vrijeme, lišeno kopnene uzburkanosti i nemira. Otočani se često dijele na one koji uopće ne mogu i ne žele napustiti otok i one koje otok guši i koji bježe na kopno.

– Tekst je pisan na dalmatinskome dijalektu. Fascinirana sam otocima, što nije slučajno. Mama mi je iz Nerežišća na Braču pa volim te malene sredine, mjesta koja imaju svoje priče, legende, tradiciju i predstavljaju prave male mikrokozmose. Međutim, "Otok" je metafora, studija o ljubavi i odnosu iz kojega bi jedan partner rado izišao, a drugi ne bi – rekla nam je Ivana Vuković o tekstu koji je nastao prije nekoliko godina.

USPJEŠNE SPLIĆANKE

Ivana Vuković, magistrica dramaturgije i apsolventica komparativne književnosti, rođena je u Splitu. Predstave na kojima je radila kao dramaturginja i kao autorica teksta redom su nagrađivane i prikazivane na festivalima poput MOT-a, BITEF-a, Dubrovačkih ljetnih igara, Dana satire, Malog Marulića i Naj, naj festivala. U posljednje vrijeme ostvarila je nekoliko projekata u rodnom gradu.

Redateljica Helena Petković, također Splićanka, režirala je niz predstava u zagrebačkim kazalištima, potom u drugim hrvatskim gradovima, a i u Italiji.

Organizatori ističu da je broj gledatelja u Amfiteatru ograničen na 50 osoba. Rezervacija karata je obvezna putem emaila antonia.kuzmanic@gmail.com ili na broj 099 668 1189. Turneja predstave "Otok" financirana je sredstvima Ministarstva kulture i medija Republike Hrvatske i Grada Splita.
