Nije samo američki pisac Dean Koontz knjigom “Oči tame” predvidio koronu, učinio je to i renomirani multimedijalni umjetnik Stephan Lupino svojom slikom “Planet Apocalypse” iz serije “Planet Fire”, dovršivši je upravo koronavirusom.

Zanimljivo je da je za tu sliku recenziju napisao ugledni profesor s Oxforda i umjetnički kritičar Andrew Hemingway, naglasivši da ona prikazuje stanje u kojem se naš planet našao, uništen od čovjeka, prirodnih katastrofa i bolesti COVID-19.

“Zemlja u krupnom planu postaje stanica virusa koja u svojoj srži otkriva viziju očaja. Iskrivljeni, rastopljeni, deformirani oblici života i grozničave izobličene lubanje pokazuju scenarij za sudnji dan, neizbježnu apokalipsu koja nagovještava kraj svega”, piše Hemingway, međutim, kada je Lupino započinjao rad na toj slici, nije se ni znalo da koronavirus dolazi.

Spomenutu seriju je, kako kaže, započeo raditi prošle godine, potaknut velikim požarima u Kaliforniji i Amazoni. To je apstraktno prikazano na slici “Planet Fire”, a onda je “Planet Fire 2” oslikao Zmajem, prepoznatljivim simbolom Kine, smatrajući da ponajviše zagađenja dolazi iz te mnogoljudne zemlje.

- Imao sam neki ludi predosjećaj da će od tamo doći nešto poput koronavirusa. Naposljetku sam sliku “Planet Apocalypse”, koju sam započeo raditi već oko božićnih i novogodišnjih blagdana na Tajlandu, kada je Australija buktjela u požarima, završio upravo tim vražjim virusom – veli ovaj međunarodno priznati umjetnik.

Dakle, Lupino se, između ostalog, bavi i ekološkim temama, on svojim djelima želi potaknuti ljude da shvate da napokon moraju nešto korisno učiniti za svoju Zemlju, a ne da je samo brutalno iskorištavaju.

Na tom tragu nastaje i njegovo najnovije djelo “Jahači apokalipse”, koje će također zasigurno postati hit, a prvi put ga je javno prezentirao baš u prigodi našeg razgovora.•

Nije samo američki pisac Dean Koontz knjigom “Oči tame” predvidio koronu, učinio je to i renomirani multimedijalni umjetnik Stephan Lupino svojom slikom “Planet Apocalypse” iz serije “Planet Fire”, dovršivši je upravo koronavirusom.

Zanimljivo je da je za tu sliku recenziju napisao ugledni profesor s Oxforda i umjetnički kritičar Andrew Hemingway, naglasivši da ona prikazuje stanje u kojem se naš planet našao, uništen od čovjeka, prirodnih katastrofa i bolesti COVID-19.

“Zemlja u krupnom planu postaje stanica virusa koja u svojoj srži otkriva viziju očaja. Iskrivljeni, rastopljeni, deformirani oblici života i grozničave izobličene lubanje pokazuju scenarij za sudnji dan, neizbježnu apokalipsu koja nagovještava kraj svega”, piše Hemingway, međutim, kada je Lupino započinjao rad na toj slici, nije se ni znalo da koronavirus dolazi.

Spomenutu seriju je, kako kaže, započeo raditi prošle godine, potaknut velikim požarima u Kaliforniji i Amazoni. To je apstraktno prikazano na slici “Planet Fire”, a onda je “Planet Fire 2” oslikao Zmajem, prepoznatljivim simbolom Kine, smatrajući da ponajviše zagađenja dolazi iz te mnogoljudne zemlje.

- Imao sam neki ludi predosjećaj da će od tamo doći nešto poput koronavirusa. Naposljetku sam sliku “Planet Apocalypse”, koju sam započeo raditi već oko božićnih i novogodišnjih blagdana na Tajlandu, kada je Australija buktjela u požarima, završio upravo tim vražjim virusom – veli ovaj međunarodno priznati umjetnik.

Dakle, Lupino se, između ostalog, bavi i ekološkim temama, on svojim djelima želi potaknuti ljude da shvate da napokon moraju nešto korisno učiniti za svoju Zemlju, a ne da je samo brutalno iskorištavaju.

Na tom tragu nastaje i njegovo najnovije djelo “Jahači apokalipse”, koje će također zasigurno postati hit, a prvi put ga je javno prezentirao baš u prigodi našeg razgovora.•

Nije samo američki pisac Dean Koontz knjigom “Oči tame” predvidio koronu, učinio je to i renomirani multimedijalni umjetnik Stephan Lupino svojom slikom “Planet Apocalypse” iz serije “Planet Fire”, dovršivši je upravo koronavirusom.

Zanimljivo je da je za tu sliku recenziju napisao ugledni profesor s Oxforda i umjetnički kritičar Andrew Hemingway, naglasivši da ona prikazuje stanje u kojem se naš planet našao, uništen od čovjeka, prirodnih katastrofa i bolesti COVID-19.
