Na portalu oautima.hr opisane su različite mogućnosti za financiranje kupnje automobila, koje prenosimo u nastavku.

Kupnja u gotovini

Najstarija metoda za financiranje automobila je, naravno, plaćanje novcem kojim raspolažete, koji ste zaradili i uštedjeli te namijenili ovoj investiciji. Kupujete automobil koji si možete priuštiti. Nakon registracije vozila nemate nikakvih izdataka vezanih za nabavnu vrijednost vozila - neopterećeni ste i kako mnogi vole reći, nikom niste dužni.

Prednosti ovog načina plaćanja su očite. Primjerice, niste opterećeni ratama, a ako poželite prodati automobil, neće vam biti potrebna nikakva dodatna procedura. 

Glavni je nedostatak također jasan - teško je skupiti puni iznos cijene automobila jer su apetiti veliki, a resursi ograničeni. Nadalje, uz vrlo niske kamatne stope koje se danas nude na leasing automobila upitno je koliko je pametno “zaključati” veću količinu novca u automobil, kada bi ulaganjem tog novca u nešto drugo mogli ostvariti prinos na investiciju. Također taj automobil kasnije treba i prodati po nekoj cijeni, naravno, manjoj od one koju ste vi platili, piše oautima.

Operativni leasing

Operativni leasing je vrsta leasinga u kojoj ne otplaćujete punu cijenu automobila, nego njegov gubitak vrijednosti za vrijeme trajanja leasinga zbrojeno s kamatom i administrativnim troškovima.

Drugim riječima, ako je predmet operativnog leasinga, primjerice, automobil od 36 000 EUR koji uzimate na period tri godine, rata vas neće koštati 1000 EUR mjesečno nego 500injak EUR. Zašto? Jer leasing kuća pretpostavlja da će predmet leasinga nakon tri godine korištenja vrijediti 50% kupovne cijene, u ovom slučaju 18 000 EUR. U skladu s tim, plaćate samo gubitak vrijednosti kroz vrijeme plus kamata. Glavna prednost operativnog leasinga upravo je činjenica da plaćate samo korištenje automobila.

Glavna je mana to što automobil treba osigurati na različite načine i održavati u ovlaštenom servisu, naravno, o vlastitom trošku. Potrebno je plaćati i RTV pristojbu jer leasing društvo mora prijaviti radioprijemnik u automobilu. Također, cijelo vrijeme nemate 'osjećaj' da je automobil vaš, već ga na kraju vraćate.

Financijski leasing

Financijski leasing je vrsta kredita osmišljena posebno za pokretnine.

Razlikuje se od operativnog leasinga jer omogućuje da objekt leasinga nakon plaćanja zadnje mjesečne naknade prelazi u vaše vlasništvo. To je ujedno glavna prednost ovog načina, a postoje i neke druge olakšice.

Korisnik leasinga kupuje objekt i otplaćuje ga tijekom cijelog razdoblja. Samim time, iznosi rata kod financijskog leasinga su u pravilu veći nego kod operativnog, što se može protumačiti kao mana. Kroz određeni vremenski period otplaćujete cjelokupnu ili približnu nabavnu cijenu automobila, a uglavnom se ugovara simbolična otkupna vrijednost.

Dugoročni najam

Dugoročni najam je najnoviji model "financiranja" automobila. U ovom slučaju unajmljujete automobil na duži period i zbog toga dobivate povoljniju mjesečnu naknadu.

Velika prednost ovog načina korištenja automobila je što se o svemu brine i sve plaća - davatelj najma. Na vama je da točite, vozite i, naravno, plaćate mjesečnu ratu čija isplativost varira od automobila do automobila, piše oautima.hr.

Na portalu oautima.hr opisane su različite mogućnosti za financiranje kupnje automobila, koje prenosimo u nastavku.

Kupnja u gotovini

Najstarija metoda za financiranje automobila je, naravno, plaćanje novcem kojim raspolažete, koji ste zaradili i uštedjeli te namijenili ovoj investiciji. Kupujete automobil koji si možete priuštiti. Nakon registracije vozila nemate nikakvih izdataka vezanih za nabavnu vrijednost vozila - neopterećeni ste i kako mnogi vole reći, nikom niste dužni.

Prednosti ovog načina plaćanja su očite. Primjerice, niste opterećeni ratama, a ako poželite prodati automobil, neće vam biti potrebna nikakva dodatna procedura. 

Glavni je nedostatak također jasan - teško je skupiti puni iznos cijene automobila jer su apetiti veliki, a resursi ograničeni. Nadalje, uz vrlo niske kamatne stope koje se danas nude na leasing automobila upitno je koliko je pametno “zaključati” veću količinu novca u automobil, kada bi ulaganjem tog novca u nešto drugo mogli ostvariti prinos na investiciju. Također taj automobil kasnije treba i prodati po nekoj cijeni, naravno, manjoj od one koju ste vi platili, piše oautima.

Operativni leasing

Operativni leasing je vrsta leasinga u kojoj ne otplaćujete punu cijenu automobila, nego njegov gubitak vrijednosti za vrijeme trajanja leasinga zbrojeno s kamatom i administrativnim troškovima.

Drugim riječima, ako je predmet operativnog leasinga, primjerice, automobil od 36 000 EUR koji uzimate na period tri godine, rata vas neće koštati 1000 EUR mjesečno nego 500injak EUR. Zašto? Jer leasing kuća pretpostavlja da će predmet leasinga nakon tri godine korištenja vrijediti 50% kupovne cijene, u ovom slučaju 18 000 EUR. U skladu s tim, plaćate samo gubitak vrijednosti kroz vrijeme plus kamata. Glavna prednost operativnog leasinga upravo je činjenica da plaćate samo korištenje automobila.

Glavna je mana to što automobil treba osigurati na različite načine i održavati u ovlaštenom servisu, naravno, o vlastitom trošku. Potrebno je plaćati i RTV pristojbu jer leasing društvo mora prijaviti radioprijemnik u automobilu. Također, cijelo vrijeme nemate 'osjećaj' da je automobil vaš, već ga na kraju vraćate.

Financijski leasing

Financijski leasing je vrsta kredita osmišljena posebno za pokretnine.

Razlikuje se od operativnog leasinga jer omogućuje da objekt leasinga nakon plaćanja zadnje mjesečne naknade prelazi u vaše vlasništvo. To je ujedno glavna prednost ovog načina, a postoje i neke druge olakšice.

Korisnik leasinga kupuje objekt i otplaćuje ga tijekom cijelog razdoblja. Samim time, iznosi rata kod financijskog leasinga su u pravilu veći nego kod operativnog, što se može protumačiti kao mana. Kroz određeni vremenski period otplaćujete cjelokupnu ili približnu nabavnu cijenu automobila, a uglavnom se ugovara simbolična otkupna vrijednost.

Dugoročni najam

Dugoročni najam je najnoviji model "financiranja" automobila. U ovom slučaju unajmljujete automobil na duži period i zbog toga dobivate povoljniju mjesečnu naknadu.

Velika prednost ovog načina korištenja automobila je što se o svemu brine i sve plaća - davatelj najma. Na vama je da točite, vozite i, naravno, plaćate mjesečnu ratu čija isplativost varira od automobila do automobila, piše oautima.hr.

Na portalu oautima.hr opisane su različite mogućnosti za financiranje kupnje automobila, koje prenosimo u nastavku.

Kupnja u gotovini

Najstarija metoda za financiranje automobila je, naravno, plaćanje novcem kojim raspolažete, koji ste zaradili i uštedjeli te namijenili ovoj investiciji. Kupujete automobil koji si možete priuštiti. Nakon registracije vozila nemate nikakvih izdataka vezanih za nabavnu vrijednost vozila - neopterećeni ste i kako mnogi vole reći, nikom niste dužni.

Prednosti ovog načina plaćanja su očite. Primjerice, niste opterećeni ratama, a ako poželite prodati automobil, neće vam biti potrebna nikakva dodatna procedura. 

Glavni je nedostatak također jasan - teško je skupiti puni iznos cijene automobila jer su apetiti veliki, a resursi ograničeni. Nadal...
