SUV-ovi, koje također volimo nazivati sportskim terenskim automobilima, kod nas, kao i drugdje u svijetu zadnjih su godina izuzetno omiljeni.

Postali su pravi hit na tržištu. Međutim, Goodyearovi stručnjaci upozoravaju da njihovi vlasnici pri izboru pravih guma moraju biti osobito oprezni. Namjenski razvijene gume s oznakom SUV naizgled su jako slične gumama za obične osobne automobile, ali se od njih razlikuju po osnovnom obilježju – većoj nosivosti.

U usporedbi s klasičnim osobnim automobilima, SUV-ovi imaju više težište, veću masu, a posljedično i čvršći ovjes. Stoga vozači moraju itekako paziti pri izboru guma jer one moraju biti prilagođene većim opterećenjima. Za razliku od običnih guma, pneumatici za SUV-ove imaju čvršću konstrukciju, a pogotovo su prilagođeni gumena smjesa i oblik dezena gaznog sloja.

Za sportskog terenca uvijek treba odabrati gume s oznakom SUV i pritom obratiti pažnju na pravilnu dimenziju i kategoriju brzine. Istodobno treba pripaziti na dovoljno veliku nosivost u skladu s homologacijom.

Pri izboru se nikako ne smije zanemariti kvaliteta guma. One su naime jedina kontaktna točka vozila s podlogom i stoga su važan čimbenik sigurnosti u prometu. Za SUV vozila preporučuju se gume najviše kvalitete.

Zahtjevni zimski uvjeti s niskim temperaturama, često skliskom, a ponekad i zasnježenom ili zaleđenom podlogom iziskuju dodatnu pažnju pri izboru odgovarajućih guma. Na svom SUV vozilu zimi nikad ne upotrebljavajte ljetne terenske ili poluterenske gume jer one usprkos grubljem profilu nemaju ključne značajke zimskih guma.

One se naime odlikuju mekšom gumenom smjesom koja po hladnoći bolje prianja na podlogu te dodatnim lamelama u blokovima gaznog sloja, čime osiguravaju pouzdanu vuču u snijegu.

SUV-ovi, koje također volimo nazivati sportskim terenskim automobilima, kod nas, kao i drugdje u svijetu zadnjih su godina izuzetno omiljeni.

Postali su pravi hit na tržištu. Međutim, Goodyearovi stručnjaci upozoravaju da njihovi vlasnici pri izboru pravih guma moraju biti osobito oprezni. Namjenski razvijene gume s oznakom SUV naizgled su jako slične gumama za obične osobne automobile, ali se od njih razlikuju po osnovnom obilježju – većoj nosivosti.

U usporedbi s klasičnim osobnim automobilima, SUV-ovi imaju više težište, veću masu, a posljedično i čvršći ovjes. Stoga vozači moraju itekako paziti pri izboru guma jer one moraju biti prilagođene većim opterećenjima. Za razliku od običnih guma, pneumatici za SUV-ove imaju čvršću konstrukciju, a pogotovo su prilagođeni gumena smjesa i oblik dezena gaznog sloja.

Za sportskog terenca uvijek treba odabrati gume s oznakom SUV i pritom obratiti pažnju na pravilnu dimenziju i kategoriju brzine. Istodobno treba pripaziti na dovoljno veliku nosivost u skladu s homologacijom.

Pri izboru se nikako ne smije zanemariti kvaliteta guma. One su naime jedina kontaktna točka vozila s podlogom i stoga su važan čimbenik sigurnosti u prometu. Za SUV vozila preporučuju se gume najviše kvalitete.

Zahtjevni zimski uvjeti s niskim temperaturama, često skliskom, a ponekad i zasnježenom ili zaleđenom podlogom iziskuju dodatnu pažnju pri izboru odgovarajućih guma. Na svom SUV vozilu zimi nikad ne upotrebljavajte ljetne terenske ili poluterenske gume jer one usprkos grubljem profilu nemaju ključne značajke zimskih guma.

One se naime odlikuju mekšom gumenom smjesom koja po hladnoći bolje prianja na podlogu te dodatnim lamelama u blokovima gaznog sloja, čime osiguravaju pouzdanu vuču u snijegu.
