Početkom ljetne sezone na punionicama struje Petrola i ELEN-a poskupilo je punjenje vozila. Klasično, sezonsko koje prati trendove već odavno. Prošla su vremena prije 2021. godine kada nije bilo naplate punjenja električnih vozila.
Početkom prošle godine HEP je, među posljednjima, uveo naplatu za svoju mrežu punionica ELEN.
- ELEN je državna tvrtka kojoj u cilju ne bi trebalo biti maksimiziranje profita, već dobrobit zajednice - komentira predsjednik Udruge Strujni krug Hrvoje Prpić, ističući i kako je HEP za ELEN-ove punionice dobio poticaje iz Europske Unije.
Poskupljenje samo po sebi i nije toliko dramatično, ako vozite opreznije i izvan autoceste trošak vožnje do Zagreba i natrag može biti oko 25 eura. Što je prihvaljivo.
No naša priča se kreće u drugom smjeru, jedan je gost iz Austrije prošlog vikenda više od sat vremena od gostiju iz inozemstva. nije mogao pokrenuti punjenje sa svom karticom u ELEN app. Prema svjedočenju domaćeg vozača (podaci poznati redakciji, op.p) imao je unesenih šest kartica, ali prilikom odabira svake, ELEN app je promptno izbacila grešku. Imao je srežu što je na čekanju za punjenje bio hrvatski vozač koji je odmah krenuo pomagati.
Kontaktirana je odmah korisnička podrška, uspjelo se preko ELEN web stranice pokrenuti punjenje. No ostalo je pitanje hoće li ovo pokretanje kroz web uvijek pomoći u ovakvim slučajevima.
Stigao je i našem sugrađaninu odgovor od ELEN-a i kojem stoji da „koliko smo primjetili tokom ovih sesija punjenja, što stranaca što naših domaćih korisnika, neke kartice jednostavno ne prolaze kroz našu aplikaciju. Ne,možemo točno i sa sigurnošću utvrditi koji je razlog, (vjerujemo da je problem do aplikacije jer nije bilo problema sa pokretanjem preko web sučelja). U velikoj većini slučajeva nakon neuspjelog spajanje preko aplikacije korisnici se mogu spojiti naknadno preko web browsera, ali isto tako ne možemo garantirati da će to biti u 100% slučajeva. Upoznati smo sa ovim problemom i radimo na otklanjanju istog”
Dakle prevedeno vozačkim rječnikom, naoružajte se strpljenjem, problem postoji kroz aplikaciju i moguće je da neke kartice jednostavno „neće proći“. Što nije dobro, jer zamislite da ste na nekom odmorištu s električnim autom i ne možete puniti na punjaču za koji ste računali da hoćete, onda ste u velikom problemu. Još ako ste stranac, u sezoni i gužvi, užasna situacija koju nikom ne bi poželjeli.

Početkom ljetne sezone na punionicama struje Petrola i ELEN-a poskupilo je punjenje vozila. Klasično, sezonsko koje prati trendove već odavno. Prošla su vremena prije 2021. godine kada nije bilo naplate punjenja električnih vozila.
Početkom prošle godine HEP je, među posljednjima, uveo naplatu za svoju mrežu punionica ELEN.
- ELEN je državna tvrtka kojoj u cilju ne bi trebalo biti maksimiziranje profita, već dobrobit zajednice - komentira predsjednik Udruge Strujni krug Hrvoje Prpić, ističući i kako je HEP za ELEN-ove punionice dobio poticaje iz Europske Unije.
Poskupljenje samo po sebi i nije toliko dramatično, ako vozite opreznije i izvan autoceste trošak vožnje do Zagreba i natrag može biti oko 25 eura. Što je prihvaljivo.
No naša priča se kreće u drugom smjeru, jedan je gost iz Austrije prošlog vikenda više od sat vremena od gostiju iz inozemstva. nije mogao pokrenuti punjenje sa svom karticom u ELEN app. Prema svjedočenju domaćeg vozača (podaci poznati redakciji, op.p) imao je unesenih šest kartica, ali prilikom odabira svake, ELEN app je promptno izbacila grešku. Imao je srežu što je na čekanju za punjenje bio hrvatski vozač koji je odmah krenuo pomagati.
Kontaktirana je odmah korisnička podrška, uspjelo se preko ELEN web stranice pokrenuti punjenje. No ostalo je pitanje hoće li ovo pokretanje kroz web uvijek pomoći u ovakvim slučajevima.
Stigao je i našem sugrađaninu odgovor od ELEN-a i kojem stoji da „koliko smo primjetili tokom ovih sesija punjenja, što stranaca što naših domaćih korisnika, neke kartice jednostavno ne prolaze kroz našu aplikaciju. Ne,možemo točno i sa sigurnošću utvrditi koji je razlog, (vjerujemo da je problem do aplikacije jer nije bilo problema sa pokretanjem preko web sučelja). U velikoj većini slučajeva nakon neuspjelog spajanje preko aplikacije korisnici se mogu spojiti naknadno preko web browsera, ali isto tako ne možemo garantirati da će to biti u 100% slučajeva. Upoznati smo sa ovim problemom i radimo na otklanjanju istog”
Dakle prevedeno vozačkim rječnikom, naoružajte se strpljenjem, problem postoji kroz aplikaciju i moguće je da neke kartice jednostavno „neće proći“. Što nije dobro, jer zamislite da ste na nekom odmorištu s električnim autom i ne možete puniti na punjaču za koji ste računali da hoćete, onda ste u velikom problemu. Još ako ste stranac, u sezoni i gužvi, užasna situacija koju nikom ne bi poželjeli.
