Katainen je odlučio ne popravljati automobil i umjesto toga je smislio da bi bilo zabavno dignuti ga u zrak, možda se nadajući da će mu prihod od oglasa ostvaren iz videa pomoći da kupi novi automobil ili je samo bio toliko ljut da ga je odlučio uništiti.

Kako bi zapečatio Teslinu sudbinu, Katainen je pričvrstio 30 kg dinamita na vozilo i stavio lutku Elona Muska na vozačevo sjedalo, a auto parkirao ispod stjenovite litice. Kamere visoke razlučivosti i usporena kamera zabilježile su eksploziju u cijelosti.
