Manjak radnika prisutan je u brojnim državama, koje to pokušavaju riješiti uvozom radnika.

Ali kako to napraviti u Rusiji koja je u iscrpljujućem ratu što troši ljude i sirovine. A k tome je i pod sankcijama međunarodne zajednice pa joj je još teže doći do sirovina.

To se posebno osjeti u tehnološkome sektoru, u koji spada i automobilska indistrija. Iz Rusije su otišli Volkswagen i Toyota, pa i Renault, koji je bio vlasnik AvtoVAZ-a, proizvođača Lade. Osim problema s dijelovima, AvtoVAZ ima još jedan – nema radnika, piše Globe Echo, prenosi HAK revija.

Mnogi su radnici mobilizirani, a neki su pobjegli iz zemlje. Uprava zatvora u regiji Samara objavila je da je AvtoVAZ pozvao tamošnje zatvorenike na prisilni rad da tako popuni praznine na proizvodnim linijama. AvtoVAZ ima ambiciozne ciljeve, želi povećati svoju proizvodnju za 28 posto od rujna i za 40 posto od siječnja sljedeće godine. Tvrtka je odbila komentirati postizanje ciljeva korištenjem prisilnih radnika.

Nažalost radnicima na prisilnome radu u Ladi neće biti kao na ladanju. Ako budu angažirani, morat će teško raditi za mizernu naknadu. Ipak, bolje im je tu nego u postrojbi Wagner.

Manjak radnika prisutan je u brojnim državama, koje to pokušavaju riješiti uvozom radnika.

Ali kako to napraviti u Rusiji koja je u iscrpljujućem ratu što troši ljude i sirovine. A k tome je i pod sankcijama međunarodne zajednice pa joj je još teže doći do sirovina.

Mnogi su radnici mobilizirani, a neki su pobjegli iz zemlje. Uprava zatvora u regiji Samara objavila je da je AvtoVAZ pozvao tamošnje zatvorenike na prisilni rad da tako popuni praznine na proizvodnim linijama. AvtoVAZ ima ambiciozne ciljeve, želi povećati svoju proizvodnju za 28 posto od rujna i za 40 posto od siječnja sljedeće godine. Tvrtka je odbila komentirati postizanje ciljeva korištenjem prisilnih radnika.

Nažalost radnicima na prisilnome radu u Ladi neće biti kao na ladanju. Ako budu angažirani, morat će teško raditi za mizernu naknadu. Ipak, bolje im je tu nego u postrojbi Wagner.
