Škotski par obznanio je svijetu svoje nezadovoljstvo nakon što im je uručen račun od 17.374 funti (20.000 eura) za zamjenu baterija u Teslinom Modelu Y. Zašto im je potrebna zamjena baterija? Jer su navodno vozili po kiši...
Johnny Bacigalupo i Rob Hussey rekli su da su problemi započeli nakon što su ranije ovog mjeseca izašli na večeru. Priznajući da je u Edinburghu, gdje su večerali, bilo prilično kišovito, rekli su da je njihov Model Y bio dobar na putu do restorana, ali nije htio krenuti kad su pokušali otići, piše Autoklub.
Čekali su gotovo pet sati da do njih dođe šleper iz Tesline podrške, rekli su za Edinburgh Live. Od početka, dakle, tvrde da je odjel službe za korisnike proizvođača automobila bio manje od pomoći nego što su vjerovali da je razumno.

"Rekli su nam da je baterija oštećena zbog prodora vode i da nažalost nije pokrivena 8-godišnjim jamstvom baterije pa bi popravak iznosio oko 17.500 funti (20.000 eura). Bio sam zaprepašten i nisam mogao pronaći riječi". Bacigalupo je rekao da je u najgorem slučaju očekivao račun od 500 ili 1000 funti.
Iako je bio u šoku, uspio je dobiti menadžera na telefon da mu objasni zašto je račun toliki. "Rekao mi je da ima vode u njemu zbog činjenice da je vrijeme u Škotskoj tako loše. Rekli su da to nije nužno moja krivnja, ali nije ni Teslina da plati pod jamstvom".
Iako par priznaje da su neki dijelovi Škotske prošli tjedan bili pod posebnim vremenskim upozorenjem, kažu da kiša u Edinburghu nije bila neuobičajena za to područje. Bacigalupo kaže da je njegovo iskustvo bilo toliko loše da ga tjera da preispita svoju odluku da kupi Teslu, piše Autoklub.

Škotski par obznanio je svijetu svoje nezadovoljstvo nakon što im je uručen račun od 17.374 funti (20.000 eura) za zamjenu baterija u Teslinom Modelu Y. Zašto im je potrebna zamjena baterija? Jer su navodno vozili po kiši...
Johnny Bacigalupo i Rob Hussey rekli su da su problemi započeli nakon što su ranije ovog mjeseca izašli na večeru. Priznajući da je u Edinburghu, gdje su večerali, bilo prilično kišovito, rekli su da je njihov Model Y bio dobar na putu do restorana, ali nije htio krenuti kad su pokušali otići, piše Autoklub.
Čekali su gotovo pet sati da do njih dođe šleper iz Tesline podrške, rekli su za Edinburgh Live. Od početka, dakle, tvrde da je odjel službe za korisnike proizvođača automobila bio manje od pomoći nego što su vjerovali da je razumno.
"Nakon nekoliko iritantno teških daljnjih poziva i jednog neuspjelog pokušaja preuzimanja, naš je automobil preuzela tvrtka ovlaštena za prikupljanje Teslinih vozila i dostavila ga Tesli Edinburghu oko 1 sat ujutro", rekao je Bacigalupo. "Nakon mojih pritužbi, dobili smo poziv u 17.30 sati".

"Rekli su nam da je baterija oštećena zbog prodora vode i da nažalost nije pokrivena 8-godišnjim jamstvom baterije pa bi popravak iznosio oko 17.500 funti (20.000 eura). Bio sam zaprepašten i nisam mogao pronaći riječi". Bacigalupo je rekao da je u najgorem slučaju očekivao račun od 500 ili 1000 funti.
Iako je bio u šoku, uspio je dobiti menadžera na telefon da mu objasni zašto je račun toliki. "Rekao mi je da ima vode u njemu zbog činjenice da je vrijeme u Škotskoj tako loše. Rekli su da to nije nužno moja krivnja, ali nije ni Teslina da plati pod jamstvom".
Iako par priznaje da su neki dijelovi Škotske prošli tjedan bili pod posebnim vremenskim upozorenjem, kažu da kiša u Edinburghu nije bila neuobičajena za to područje. Bacigalupo kaže da je njegovo iskustvo bilo toliko loše da ga tjera da preispita svoju odluku da kupi Teslu, piše Autoklub.
