Njemački proizvođač sportskih automobila Porsche u četvrtak je postao najvrednija automobilska tvrtka u Europi.

Dionice Porschea na početku tjedna pale su na 81 euro, kliznuvši ispod početnih 82,50 eura u inicijalnoj ponudi dionica (IPO) s kojom je samostalno izašao samostalno na burzu prije tjedan dana.

U četvrtak im je cijena naglo skočila, dosegnuvši 93 eura, pa je tržišna vrijednost marke dosegnula 85 milijardi eura, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Time je Porsche istisnuo s vodeće pozicije Volkswagen čija tržišna kapitalizacija doseže 77,7 milijardi eura. Na trećem je mjestu među europskim proizvođačima automobila sada Mercedes-Benz procijenjene tržišne vrijednosti od 57,2 milijarde eura.

Snažan vjetar u leđa dionicama Porschea pružile su investicijske banke koje su vodile IPO kupnjom gotovo 3,8 milijuna dionica za 312,8 milijuna eura u sklopu opcije povećanja količine izdanja (greenshoe), osmišljene da podrži njihovo izlistavanje.

Kako navodi Hina, među kupcima je američka investicijska banka Bank of America, koja je dionice Porschea kupila po cijeni od 81 do 82,50 eura.

Podaci pokazuju da je četiri tjedna nakon inicijalne ponude iskorištena četvrtina od ukupno čak 14,85 milijuna dionica u vrijednosti od 1,2 milijarde eura, dostupnih putem „greenshoe” opcije, koja služi kao stabilizacijska mjera, prenosi Jutarnji list.

"Podaci o inflaciji iz Europe i Sjedinjenih Država, najnovije bojazni u vezi opskrbe energijom u Europi i eskalacija rata u Ukrajini prije tjedan dana potaknuli su fluktuacije zbog kojih su bile nužne male stabilizacijske mjere", rekao je glasnogovornik Volkswagena.

Dionice kupljene između 29. rujna i 4. listopada čine oko 11 posto ukupnog obujma trgovanja od uvrštenja, dodao je glasnogovornik, što je približno 34 milijuna dionica.

Njemački proizvođač sportskih automobila Porsche u četvrtak je postao najvrednija automobilska tvrtka u Europi.

Dionice Porschea na početku tjedna pale su na 81 euro, kliznuvši ispod početnih 82,50 eura u inicijalnoj ponudi dionica (IPO) s kojom je samostalno izašao samostalno na burzu prije tjedan dana.

U četvrtak im je cijena naglo skočila, dosegnuvši 93 eura, pa je tržišna vrijednost marke dosegnula 85 milijardi eura, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Time je Porsche istisnuo s vodeće pozicije Volkswagen čija tržišna kapitalizacija doseže 77,7 milijardi eura. Na trećem je mjestu među europskim proizvođačima automobila sada Mercedes-Benz procijenjene tržišne vrijednosti od 57,2 milijarde eura.

Snažan vjetar u leđa dionicama Porschea pružile su investicijske banke koje su vodile IPO kupnjom gotovo 3,8 milijuna dionica za 312,8 milijuna eura u sklopu opcije povećanja količine izdanja (greenshoe), osmišljene da podrži njihovo izlistavanje.

Kako navodi Hina, među kupcima je američka investicijska banka Bank of America, koja je dionice Porschea kupila po cijeni od 81 do 82,50 eura.

Podaci pokazuju da je četiri tjedna nakon inicijalne ponude iskorištena četvrtina od ukupno čak 14,85 milijuna dionica u vrijednosti od 1,2 milijarde eura, dostupnih putem „greenshoe” opcije, koja služi kao stabilizacijska mjera, prenosi Jutarnji list.

"Podaci o inflaciji iz Europe i Sjedinjenih Država, najnovije bojazni u vezi opskrbe energijom u Europi i eskalacija rata u Ukrajini prije tjedan dana potaknuli su fluktuacije zbog kojih su bile nužne male stabilizacijske mjere", rekao je glasnogovornik Volkswagena.

Dionice kupljene između 29. rujna i 4. listopada čine oko 11 posto ukupnog obujma trgovanja od uvrštenja, dodao je glasnogovornik, što je približno 34 milijuna dionica.

Njemački proizvođač sportskih automobila Porsche u četvrtak je postao najvrednija automobilska tvrtka u Europi.

Dionice Porschea na početku tjedna pale su na 81 euro, kliznuvši ispod početnih 82,50 eura u inicijalnoj ponudi dionica (IPO) s kojom je samostalno izašao samostalno na burzu prije tjedan dana.

U četvrtak im je cijena naglo skočila, dosegnuvši 93 eura, pa je tržišna vrijednost marke dosegnula 85 milijardi eura, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Time je Porsche istisnuo s vodeće pozicije Volkswagen čija tržišna kapitalizacija doseže 77,7 milijardi eura. Na trećem je mjestu među europskim proizvođačima automobila sada Mercedes-Benz procijenjene tržišne vrijednosti od 57,2 milijarde eura.
