Poznata HTV-ova voditeljica Binga Mirna Maras Batinić na svom Instagram profilu pohvalila se drastičnim gubitkom kilograma.
Mirna je već dva mjeseca na posebnom režimu prehrane nazvanom "intermittent fasting" ili povremeni post, koji potiče stanje autofagije, a da joj je odricanje itekako dalo učinka potvrdila je fotografijom koju je objavila na društvenoj mreži.

- Htjela sam se uvjeriti da mi režim autofagije odgovara i sad kad to znam, dijelim s vama. Već dva mjeseca u režimu sam 16/8 - 8 h jedem (bilo što), a 16 sati pijem samo vodu, čaj, kavu... dva dana u tjednu napravim pauzu. Ne radim to zbog viška kilograma, već zato što se puno bolje osjećam. Rezultat: osjećam se bolje, imam više energije (što je za osobu bez štitnjače vrlo važno), izgubila sam šlaufić oko trbuha, ne osjećam se napuhano i iako sam se toga najviše bojala, uopće nije teško izdržati tih 16 sati. Na upit pratiteljice u kojem je terminu konzumirala hranu, Mirna joj je odgovorila:

- Svatko sebi napravi kada mu odgovara, moj je ritam 10 do 18 h. I dva dana u tjednu nisam na tome - napisala je voditeljica.

Posljednjih nekoliko godina povremeni post postao je popularan trend u industriji zdravlja i fitnessa. Na tržištu postoje mnoge knjige i internetske stranice koje preporučuju različite režime posta i naglašavaju njegove potencijalno korisne učinke na zdravlje.

Autofagija postaje izrazito popularna 2016. godine, kad je japanski biolog i stručnjak za staničnu biologiju Yoshinori Ohsumi dobio Nobelovu nagradu za medicinu zbog otkrića mehanizama autofagije u ljudskom tijelu. Koliko je ovaj način prehrane popularan govori podatak da su na ovaj režim prešli poznati srpski tenisač Novak Đoković i brojne hollywoodske zvijezde poput Jennifer Aniston i Reese Witherspoon.

Poznata HTV-ova voditeljica Binga Mirna Maras Batinić na svom Instagram profilu pohvalila se drastičnim gubitkom kilograma.
Mirna je već dva mjeseca na posebnom režimu prehrane nazvanom "intermittent fasting" ili povremeni post, koji potiče stanje autofagije, a da joj je odricanje itekako dalo učinka potvrdila je fotografijom koju je objavila na društvenoj mreži.

- Htjela sam se uvjeriti da mi režim autofagije odgovara i sad kad to znam, dijelim s vama. Već dva mjeseca u režimu sam 16/8 - 8 h jedem (bilo što), a 16 sati pijem samo vodu, čaj, kavu... dva dana u tjednu napravim pauzu. Ne radim to zbog viška kilograma, već zato što se puno bolje osjećam. Rezultat: osjećam se bolje, imam više energije (što je za osobu bez štitnjače vrlo važno), izgubila sam šlaufić oko trbuha, ne osjećam se napuhano i iako sam se toga najviše bojala, uopće nije teško izdržati tih 16 sati. Na upit pratiteljice u kojem je terminu konzumirala hranu, Mirna joj je odgovorila:

- Svatko sebi napravi kada mu odgovara, moj je ritam 10 do 18 h. I dva dana u tjednu nisam na tome - napisala je voditeljica.

Posljednjih nekoliko godina povremeni post postao je popularan trend u industriji zdravlja i fitnessa. Na tržištu postoje mnoge knjige i internetske stranice koje preporučuju različite režime posta i naglašavaju njegove potencijalno korisne učinke na zdravlje.

Autofagija postaje izrazito popularna 2016. godine, kad je japanski biolog i stručnjak za staničnu biologiju Yoshinori Ohsumi dobio Nobelovu nagradu za medicinu zbog otkrića mehanizama autofagije u ljudskom tijelu. Koliko je ovaj način prehrane popularan govori podatak da su na ovaj režim prešli poznati srpski tenisač Novak Đoković i brojne hollywoodske zvijezde poput Jennifer Aniston i Reese Witherspoon.

Poznata HTV-ova voditeljica Binga Mirna Maras Batinić na svom Instagram profilu pohvalila se drastičnim gubitkom kilograma.
Mirna je već dva mjeseca na posebnom režimu prehrane nazvanom "intermittent fasting" ili povremeni post, koji potiče stanje autofagije, a da joj je odricanje itekako dalo učinka potvrdila je fotografijom koju je objavila na društvenoj mreži.

- Htjela sam se uvjeriti da mi režim autofagije odgovara i sad kad to znam, dijelim s vama. Već dva mjeseca u režimu sam 16/8 - 8 h jedem (bilo što), a 16 sati pijem samo vodu, čaj, kavu... dva dana u tjednu napravim pauzu. Ne radim to zbog viška kilograma, već zato što se puno bolje osjećam. Rezultat: osjećam se bolje, imam više energije (što je za osobu bez štitnjače vrlo važno), izgubila sam šlaufić oko trbuha, ne osje...
