Ako režete tortu ili kolač sa čokoladnom glazurom, najbolje je da zagrijete nož na plinskom štednjaku te onda prerežete tortu ili kolač. Bitno je nakon svakog reza obrisati nož kuhinjskim papirom. Za rezanje je potreban oštar, ali tanki nož, ni slučajno sa zadebljanjem.

Smrznuti kolači se bolje i urednije sijeku od kolača na sobnoj temperaturi, pa nije loše ni tu spoznaju iskoristiti.

Odrežite zubni konac barem dvadeset cm dulje od promjera kolača ili mekanog sira, napnite ga između ruku i prijeđite preko namirnice koju želite rezati. I imat ćete savršene kriške.

Ako režete tortu ili kolač sa čokoladnom glazurom, najbolje je da zagrijete nož na plinskom štednjaku te onda prerežete tortu ili kolač. Bitno je nakon svakog reza obrisati nož kuhinjskim papirom. Za rezanje je potreban oštar, ali tanki nož, ni slučajno sa zadebljanjem.

Za rezanje kolača i torti poput cheescakea najbolje je upotrijebiti - zubni konac!
Odrežite zubni konac barem dvadeset cm dulje od promjera kolača ili mekanog sira, napnite ga između ruku i prijeđite preko namirnice koju želite rezati. I imat ćete savršene kriške.
Ako režete tortu ili kolač sa čokoladnom glazurom, najbolje je da zagrijete nož na plinskom štednjaku te onda prerežete tortu ili kolač. Bitno je nakon svakog reza obrisati nož kuhinjskim papirom. Za rezanje je potreban oštar, ali tanki nož, ni slučajno sa zadebljanjem.
