Jedini recept za sladoled koji će vam trebati ovog ljeta ima samo četiri sastojka.

Može vam poslužiti kao baza za bilo koji tip sladoleda koji volite - voćni, čokoladni, s orasima, lješnjacima, bademima, keksima...ukratko, možete ga obogatiti bilo kojim dodatkom po vlastitom ukusu i nećete pogriješiti, jer ovaj recept uspijeva uvijek, piše živim.hr.

Sastojci:


400 grama slatkog vrhnja

2 kisela vrhnja

5 jaja

10 žlica šećera


Priprema:

Istucite slatko vrhnje tako da dobijete čvrsti šlag i zatim u njega dodajte dva kisela vrhnja.

U odvojenoj posudi pomiješajte jaja i šećer te miješajte smjesu dok ne postane pjenasta.

Spojite prvu smjesu od slatkog i kiselog vrhnja sa smjesom od jaja i šećera, promiješajte i potom razdijelite na dva ili tri dijela i u svaki dio dodajte sastojke po želji.

To mogu biti rastopljena čokolada, ekstrakt vanilije, oreo keksi, napolitanke ili neki drugi keksi, sok od limuna, komadiće šumskog voća, mljevene bademe, lješnjake ili pistacije ili bilo što drugo čega se sjetite, piše živim.hr.

Kad umiješate dodatke u osnovnu smjesu, stavite je na hlađenje, izvadite desetak minuta prije posluživanja da bude kremasta baš poput pravog sladoleda iz slastičarne i uživajte.

Može vam poslužiti kao baza za bilo koji tip sladoleda koji volite - voćni, čokoladni, s orasima, lješnjacima, bademima, keksima...ukratko, možete ga obogatiti bilo kojim dodatkom po vlastitom ukusu i nećete pogriješiti, jer ovaj recept uspijeva uvijek, piše živim.hr.

Sastojci:


400 grama slatkog vrhnja

2 kisela vrhnja

5 jaja

10 žlica šećera


Priprema:

Istucite slatko vrhnje tako da dobijete čvrsti šlag i zatim u njega dodajte dva kisela vrhnja.

U odvojenoj posudi pomiješajte jaja i šećer te miješajte smjesu dok ne postane pjenasta.

Spojite prvu smjesu od slatkog i kiselog vrhnja sa smjesom od jaja i šećera, promiješajte i potom razdijelite na dva ili tri dijela i u svaki dio dodajte sastojke po želji.

To mogu biti rastopljena čokolada, ekstrakt vanilije, oreo keksi, napolitanke ili neki drugi keksi, sok od limuna, komadiće šumskog voća, mljevene bademe, lješnjake ili pistacije ili bilo što drugo čega se sjetite, piše živim.hr.
