Lito ide, s njim i vrućine i već ste vjerojatno u planovima kako što bolje izbjeći vrijeme provedeno u kuhinji na +40 u hladu. Nikome se ne 'dežura' za štednjakom, komplicirana jela ne dolaze u obzir, pa se traže efikasne varijante koje će to vrijeme prikratiti barem upola.

Popularni kulinarski blogovi i Instagram profili na tragu su onoga što nam tek predstoji, pa su u zadnje vrijeme krcati receptima brzinskih 'snackova' i malih obroka koji su brzi za pripravu, a uz to ukusni i zdravi. Najbolje od svega, pomažu i u održavanju figure, a to nije zanemariv faktor prije ljeta.

Iz mora recepata izdvojili smo ove koji su nas oduševili brzinom i kreativnošću, čine nam se baš idealni za ljetne vrućine kada više nemate ideju što uopće prigristi a da se poslije ne osjećate teško.

1. Smrznuto grožđe

Ako niste probali ovaj 'recept', sezona koja nam dolazi idealna je za to. Kažu da će ljeto uraniti, pa čim se pojave prvi grozdovi odmah jedan lijepo smjestite u zamrzivač i pustite da odstoji preko noći. Ujutro imate zdrave slatkiše, osvježavajuće uz to. Možete ih ubaciti i u vrč vode i na taj način ohladiti piće, a bobice naravno kasnije pojesti. Odlično idu i u jogurt, smoothieje, nema kraja idejama...

2. Kokice i orašasti plodovi

Kokice su, svi znaju, gotove u trenu, a kažu i - dijetalne. Ako ih ne zalijete maslom, naravno, ili ne pretjerate sa solju koja će vas napuhati. Pokušajte u njih dodati orašaste plodove, najbolje bademe, i imat ćete zdrav i brzinski obrok koji je uz to i prilično zasitan.

3. Celer i maslac od kikirikija

Kako mi ovdje ne jedemo često u Americi popularan celer u štapićima, možete se poslužiti i običnim krastavcem. On, kao što znate, gotovo uopće nema kalorija pa ga slobodno prelijte malo većom količinom maslaca od kikirikija i zasladite čokoladni kapljicama.

4. Krastavac, maslinovo ulje i limun

Savršena kombinacija, koliko ulja - toliko kalorija. Začinite krastavac narezan na ploške maslinovim uljem i limunom te posolite i popaprite: imate obrok gotov u nekoliko minuta. Ako se osjećate raspoloženi za rezuckanje, dodajte i ostale klasične sastojke za ljetnu salatu, rajčice, kapulu, papriku... Po želji!

5. Rižini krekeri, avokado i jaje

Na rižin kreker (kolačić) namažite avokado (samo ga zdrobite vilicom) i dodajte tvrdo kuhano jaje. Ovaj hranjivi obrok nema puno kalorija jer je podloga gotovo bez njih, a masni avokado i jaje (protein) nose cijelu kombinaciju.

6. Banana, kokosovo ulje i cimet

Ovo 'smiksajte' samo ako ste u posebnom elementu i treba vam hitno nešto slatko. Bananu narežite na kolutiće i kratko popržite na kokosovom ulju. Dodajte cimet i malo smeđeg šećera i uživajte u brzinskoj i (donekle) zdravoj slastici.

Lito ide, s njim i vrućine i već ste vjerojatno u planovima kako što bolje izbjeći vrijeme provedeno u kuhinji na +40 u hladu. Nikome se ne 'dežura' za štednjakom, komplicirana jela ne dolaze u obzir, pa se traže efikasne varijante koje će to vrijeme prikratiti barem upola.

Popularni kulinarski blogovi i Instagram profili na tragu su onoga što nam tek predstoji, pa su u zadnje vrijeme krcati receptima brzinskih 'snackova' i malih obroka koji su brzi za pripravu, a uz to ukusni i zdravi. Najbolje od svega, pomažu i u održavanju figure, a to nije zanemariv faktor prije ljeta.

Iz mora recepata izdvojili smo ove koji su nas oduševili brzinom i kreativnošću, čine nam se baš idealni za ljetne vrućine kada više nemate ideju što uopće prigristi a da se poslije ne osjećate teško.

1. Smrznuto grožđe

Ako niste probali ovaj 'recept', sezona koja nam dolazi idealna je za to. Kažu da će ljeto uraniti, pa čim se pojave prvi grozdovi odmah jedan lijepo smjestite u zamrzivač i pustite da odstoji preko noći. Ujutro imate zdrave slatkiše, osvježavajuće uz to. Možete ih ubaciti i u vrč vode i na taj način ohladiti piće, a bobice naravno kasnije pojesti. Odlično idu i u jogurt, smoothieje, nema kraja idejama...

2. Kokice i orašasti plodovi

Kokice su, svi znaju, gotove u trenu, a kažu i - dijetalne. Ako ih ne zalijete maslom, naravno, ili ne pretjerate sa solju koja će vas napuhati. Pokušajte u njih dodati orašaste plodove, najbolje bademe, i imat ćete zdrav i brzinski obrok koji je uz to i prilično zasitan.

3. Celer i maslac od kikirikija

Kako mi ovdje ne jedemo često u Americi popularan celer u štapićima, možete se poslužiti i običnim krastavcem. On, kao što znate, gotovo uopće nema kalorija pa ga slobodno prelijte malo većom količinom maslaca od kikirikija i zasladite čokoladni kapljicama.

4. Krastavac, maslinovo ulje i limun

Savršena kombinacija, koliko ulja - toliko kalorija. Začinite krastavac narezan na ploške maslinovim uljem i limunom te posolite i popaprite: imate obrok gotov u nekoliko minuta. Ako se osjećate raspoloženi za rezuckanje, dodajte i ostale klasične sastojke za ljetnu salatu, rajčice, kapulu, papriku... Po želji!

5. Rižini krekeri, avokado i jaje

Na rižin kreker (kolačić) namažite avokado (samo ga zdrobite vilicom) i dodajte tvrdo kuhano jaje. Ovaj hranjivi obrok nema puno kalorija jer je podloga gotovo bez njih, a masni avokado i jaje (protein) nose cijelu kombinaciju.

6. Banana, kokosovo ulje i cimet

Ovo 'smiksajte' samo ako ste u posebnom elementu i treba vam hitno nešto slatko. Bananu narežite na kolutiće i kratko popržite na kokosovom ulju. Dodajte cimet i malo smeđeg šećera i uživajte u brzinskoj i (donekle) zdravoj slastici.
