Nutricionisti odavno govore da se vrijednost dobroga doručka ne može precijeniti. Kvalitetan i nutritivno bogat doručak trebao bi nam osigurati dovoljno energije za dan, neovisno o tome radimo li ili vježbamo.

Nije loše da doručak bude kaloričan. Trebali biste se potruditi napraviti balans između masti, ugljikohidrata i proteina. Ako ova tri elementa sastavite u istim razmjerima, dobit ćete doručak koji će biti fantastičan za vaš organizam.

1. Avokado i pržena jaja

Uzmite jedan avokado i prepolovite ga. Jušnom žlicom izvadite polovinu sredine avokada i u njega ulijte jedno jaje. Začinite avokado jajem uz pomoć sira, rajčice i peršina i takvog ga ubacite u pećnicu. Pecite 15 - 20 minuta.

2. Tost sa čajnom kobasicom i grejpom

Ako volite mesne proizvode, onda je ovo doručak za vas. Na dva prepečena tosta namažite malo maslaca i stavite čajnu kobasicu. Kao dodatak uzmite jedan grejp, a kao piće pripremite omiljeni čaj.

3. Tost, jaja, avokado i borovnica

Evo još jednog doručka koji će vam probuditi osjetila. Na tost stavite jedno prženo jaje i pire od avokada. Kao dodatak pojedite jednu porciju borovnica koje će vam osigurati potrebne vitamine.

4. Smoothie od avokada

Ovo je sjajan napitak za one koji nemaju vremena spremati dugotrajne obroke. U blender ubacite pola avokada, pola čaše grčkog jogurta, pola šalice mlijeka, jednu bananu i malo vanila arome. Ukus će vas zaista pozitivno iznenaditi.

5. Omlet sa povrćem

Budući da su jaja vrlo nutritivna, nije loše da umjesto mesa u omlet dodate povrće. Paprike, luk, rajčica ili nešto drugo po vašem izboru pružit će vam sjajan omlet koji će biti hranljiv i zdrav, piše Muški magazin.rs.

Nutricionisti odavno govore da se vrijednost dobroga doručka ne može precijeniti. Kvalitetan i nutritivno bogat doručak trebao bi nam osigurati dovoljno energije za dan, neovisno o tome radimo li ili vježbamo.

1. Avokado i pržena jaja

Uzmite jedan avokado i prepolovite ga. Jušnom žlicom izvadite polovinu sredine avokada i u njega ulijte jedno jaje. Začinite avokado jajem uz pomoć sira, rajčice i peršina i takvog ga ubacite u pećnicu. Pecite 15 - 20 minuta.

2. Tost sa čajnom kobasicom i grejpom

Ako volite mesne proizvode, onda je ovo doručak za vas. Na dva prepečena tosta namažite malo maslaca i stavite čajnu kobasicu. Kao dodatak uzmite jedan grejp, a kao piće pripremite omiljeni čaj.

3. Tost, jaja, avokado i borovnica

Evo još jednog doručka koji će vam probuditi osjetila. Na tost stavite jedno prženo jaje i pire od avokada. Kao dodatak pojedite jednu porciju borovnica koje će vam osigurati potrebne vitamine.

4. Smoothie od avokada

Ovo je sjajan napitak za one koji nemaju vremena spremati dugotrajne obroke. U blender ubacite pola avokada, pola čaše grčkog jogurta, pola šalice mlijeka, jednu bananu i malo vanila arome. Ukus će vas zaista pozitivno iznenaditi.

5. Omlet sa povrćem

Budući da su jaja vrlo nutritivna, nije loše da umjesto mesa u omlet dodate povrće. Paprike, luk, rajčica ili nešto drugo po vašem izboru pružit će vam sjajan omlet koji će biti hranljiv i zdrav, piše Muški magazin.rs.
