S kontinenta se i ove godine u Split dovoze domaće aronije, pa Splićani uzimaju veće količine i pripremaju marmelade, pekmeze, sokove, sirupe, sladolede, kompot, vino, liker, kolače...
Cijene su kilograma bobica uglavnom 60 kuna, litra sokova se prodaje po cijeni od 40 do 60 kuna. Sirova aronija i sokovi od nje su do lani bili skuplji, ali kako se ponuda višestruko povećala na dalmatinskom području, većina je proizvođača spustila cijene.
Preporučena dnevna doza svježih bobica je 300 grama. Čisti hladno prešani sok od aronije pije se u količini od 1 do 3 čašice za rakiju dnevno. Zbog specifičnog okusa (trpki i kiseli okus), većina aroniju konzumira u prerađenom obliku.
Ovo voće mnogi nazivaju 'namirnica budućnosti' jer bobice aronije imaju izrazito veliku ljekovitu moć za ljudski organizam koji pročišćavaju od štetnih tvari i teških metala.
ISTRAŽIVANJA
Na aronijama je provedeno mnogo istraživanja pa je tako otkriveno i da poboljšava cirkulaciju krvi, a svakodnevnim korištenjem vrijednosti kolesterola i triglicerida se snižavaju te se tako štiti kardiovaskularni sustav.
Kada bismo počeli nabrajati za što je sve aronija dobra popis bi bio poduži, jer se uz cirkulaciju, kolesterol, trigliceride, spominju i virusne i bakterijske infekcije urinarnog trakta, bolji rad žući i jetre, regulacija rada gušterače i razina šećera u krvi, poboljšanje nepravilnog rada štitne žlijezde, poticanje zarastanja rana, usporavanje starenja kože, upale i proširene vene, zaštitu od pojave demencije i nastanka Alzheimerove bolesti...

ŠTO JE ARONIJA
Aronija su zapravo sitne, male, tamnoplave bobice u grozdovima koje rastu u obliku grma visine i do dva metra. Bobice su oporog okusa.
Nakon sazrijevanja na grmu mogu održati i dva mjeseca. Ovisi od područja i vrste gdje se uzgaja, ali uglavnom sazrijevaju od kraja lipnja pa do rujna.
SIRUP OD ARONIJE
SASTOJCI:
- 2 kg bobica aronije
- 1 litra vode,
- 800 g šećera,
- 1 svježe cijeđeni limun
PRIPREMA:
U zdjelu vode dodajte šećer i stavite na štednjak dok ne zavrije. Kad voda proključa, dodajte 2 kg svježeg voća. Smjesu stalno miješajte dok zakuha. Dok miješate sirup, pritišćite bobice kako bi otpustili što više soka. Kada se postigne točka ključanja potrebno je pričekati nekoliko minuta, a zatim izvaditi sirup i pustiti da se ohladi.
Procijedite sadržaj i vratite ga na štednjak da zavrije još jednom. Nakon što proključa, maknite poklopac i dodajte jedan cijeđeni limun. Sirup ulijte u staklene boce koje ste prethodno sterilizirali i zatvorite boce. Čuvajte na tamnom i hladnom mjestu.

PEKMEZ OD ARONIJE
SASTOJCI:
- 1 kg bobica aronije
- 500 g šećera
- 1 domaći limun
- 2 vanilin šećera
- 1 štapić cimeta u kori
PRIPREMA:
Bobice aronije stavite u lonac, dodajte šećer, vanilin šećer, cimet, koru limuna, te sok od limuna pa sve promiješajte. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri tridesetak minuta pa izvadite štapić cimeta i štapnim mikserom usitnite. Nakon toga nastavite kuhati još 30 minuta dok se pekmez ne ugusti, a zatim skinite s vatre i ulijte u vruće, sterilizirane staklenke i dobro ih zatvorite. Okrenite ih nakratko naopako na poklopac pa vratite i pustite da se pekmez skroz ohladi.

SLADOLED OD ARONIJE I BANANE
SASTOJCI:
- 2 banane
- 250 g smrznutih bobica od aronije
- 500 g grčkog jogurta
- 1 vanilin šećer
PRIPREMA:
U blenderu izmiksajte sve sastojke. Smjesu premjestite u posudu i stavite u zamrzivač na par sati. Kod serviranja možete dodati još koju bobicu da kako bi ukrasio sladoled.

S kontinenta se i ove godine u Split dovoze domaće aronije, pa Splićani uzimaju veće količine i pripremaju marmelade, pekmeze, sokove, sirupe, sladolede, kompot, vino, liker, kolače...
Cijene su kilograma bobica uglavnom 60 kuna, litra sokova se prodaje po cijeni od 40 do 60 kuna. Sirova aronija i sokovi od nje su do lani bili skuplji, ali kako se ponuda višestruko povećala na dalmatinskom području, većina je proizvođača spustila cijene.
Preporučena dnevna doza svježih bobica je 300 grama. Čisti hladno prešani sok od aronije pije se u količini od 1 do 3 čašice za rakiju dnevno. Zbog specifičnog okusa (trpki i kiseli okus), većina aroniju konzumira u prerađenom obliku.
Ovo voće mnogi nazivaju 'namirnica budućnosti' jer bobice aronije imaju izrazito veliku ljekovitu moć za ljudski organizam koji pročišćavaju od štetnih tvari i teških metala.
ISTRAŽIVANJA
Na aronijama je provedeno mnogo istraživanja pa je tako otkriveno i da poboljšava cirkulaciju krvi, a svakodnevnim korištenjem vrijednosti kolesterola i triglicerida se snižavaju te se tako štiti kardiovaskularni sustav.
Kada bismo počeli nabrajati za što je sve aronija dobra popis bi bio poduži, jer se uz cirkulaciju, kolesterol, trigliceride, spominju i virusne i bakterijske infekcije urinarnog trakta, bolji rad žući i jetre, regulacija rada gušterače i razina šećera u krvi, poboljšanje nepravilnog rada štitne žlijezde, poticanje zarastanja rana, usporavanje starenja kože, upale i proširene vene, zaštitu od pojave demencije i nastanka Alzheimerove bolesti...

ŠTO JE ARONIJA
Aronija su zapravo sitne, male, tamnoplave bobice u grozdovima koje rastu u obliku grma visine i do dva metra. Bobice su oporog okusa.
Nakon sazrijevanja na grmu mogu održati i dva mjeseca. Ovisi od područja i vrste gdje se uzgaja, ali uglavnom sazrijevaju od kraja lipnja pa do rujna.
SIRUP OD ARONIJE
SASTOJCI:
- 2 kg bobica aronije
- 1 litra vode,
- 800 g šećera,
- 1 svježe cijeđeni limun
PRIPREMA:
U zdjelu vode dodajte šećer i stavite na štednjak dok ne zavrije. Kad voda proključa, dodajte 2 kg svježeg voća. Smjesu stalno miješajte dok zakuha. Dok miješate sirup, pritišćite bobice kako bi otpustili što više soka. Kada se postigne točka ključanja potrebno je pričekati nekoliko minuta, a zatim izvaditi sirup i pustiti da se ohladi.
Procijedite sadržaj i vratite ga na štednjak da zavrije još jednom. Nakon što proključa, maknite poklopac i dodajte jedan cijeđeni limun. Sirup ulijte u staklene boce koje ste prethodno sterilizirali i zatvorite boce. Čuvajte na tamnom i hladnom mjestu.

PEKMEZ OD ARONIJE
SASTOJCI:
- 1 kg bobica aronije
- 500 g šećera
- 1 domaći limun
- 2 vanilin šećera
- 1 štapić cimeta u kori
PRIPREMA:
Bobice aronije stavite u lonac, dodajte šećer, vanilin šećer, cimet, koru limuna, te sok od limuna pa sve promiješajte. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri tridesetak minuta pa izvadite štapić cimeta i štapnim mikserom usitnite. Nakon toga nastavite kuhati još 30 minuta dok se pekmez ne ugusti, a zatim skinite s vatre i ulijte u vruće, sterilizirane staklenke i dobro ih zatvorite. Okrenite ih nakratko naopako na poklopac pa vratite i pustite da se pekmez skroz ohladi.

SLADOLED OD ARONIJE I BANANE
SASTOJCI:
- 2 banane
- 250 g smrznutih bobica od aronije
- 500 g grčkog jogurta
- 1 vanilin šećer
PRIPREMA:
U blenderu izmiksajte sve sastojke. Smjesu premjestite u posudu i stavite u zamrzivač na par sati. Kod serviranja možete dodati još koju bobicu da kako bi ukrasio sladoled.
