Čitanje deklaracija nije uvijek dovoljno. Jer vrlo se često dešava da na bočicama jedno piše a u njima je sasvim nešto drugo, rezultat je zadnjeg ispitivanja začinskog bilja kod proizvođača, distributera, trgovina i internetskih prodajnih mjesta u Francuskoj.
Svake se godine u Europskoj uniji proizvede 100.000 tona začina i aromatičnog bilja, odnosno 2 % svjetske proizvodnje. Uvozi se tri puta više, osobito iz Azije.

Službe DGCCRF-a provele su 219 ispitivanja između srpnja i listopada 2019., te analiziralo 138 uzoraka. U četvrtini provedenih posjeta stručnjaci su uočili anomalije u proizvodu. Istraživanje je provedeno na šest začina: papar, paprika, kumin, kurkuma, šafran i origano.
Najskuplji začin, šafran, ima najviše anomalija. Samo 15% ispitanih proizvoda je sukladno deklaraciji. Ostali imaju razne cvjetne ostatke u posudama koje nisu šafran.
Kod origana je pronađeno kako je čak u posudama 50% slomljenih listova masline ili mirte umjesto začina koji je deklariran na posudi.
Prevara je bilo i kod paprika. U nekim slučajevima je paprika bila pomiješana s kominom maslina, kao i kod kumina.

Međutim, u svom izvješću službe DGCCRF-a napominju kako je kvaliteta začina koji se prodaju na francuskom tržištu poboljšala u odnosu na posljednje istraživanje iz 2016. te pozivaju potrošače da pokažu "povećanu budnost pri kupovini".

Jer vrlo se često dešava da na bočicama jedno piše a u njima je sasvim nešto drugo, rezultat je zadnjeg ispitivanja začinskog bilja kod proizvođača, distributera, trgovina i internetskih prodajnih mjesta u Francuskoj.
Svake se godine u Europskoj uniji proizvede 100.000 tona začina i aromatičnog bilja, odnosno 2 % svjetske proizvodnje. Uvozi se tri puta više, osobito iz Azije.

Službe DGCCRF-a provele su 219 ispitivanja između srpnja i listopada 2019., te analiziralo 138 uzoraka. U četvrtini provedenih posjeta stručnjaci su uočili anomalije u proizvodu. Istraživanje je provedeno na šest začina: papar, paprika, kumin, kurkuma, šafran i origano.
Najskuplji začin, šafran, ima najviše anomalija. Samo 15% ispitanih proizvoda je sukladno deklaraciji. Ostali imaju razne cvjetne ostatke u posudama koje nisu šafran.
Kod origana je pronađeno kako je čak u posudama 50% slomljenih listova masline ili mirte umjesto začina koji je deklariran na posudi.
Prevara je bilo i kod paprika. U nekim slučajevima je paprika bila pomiješana s kominom maslina, kao i kod kumina.

Međutim, u svom izvješću službe DGCCRF-a napominju kako je kvaliteta začina koji se prodaju na francuskom tržištu poboljšala u odnosu na posljednje istraživanje iz 2016. te pozivaju potrošače da pokažu "povećanu budnost pri kupovini".

Čitanje deklaracija nije uvijek dovoljno. Jer vrlo se često dešava da na bočicama jedno piše a u njima je sasvim nešto drugo, rezultat je zadnjeg ispitivanja začinskog bilja kod proizvođača, distributera, trgovina i internetskih prodajnih mjesta u Francuskoj.
Svake se godine u Europskoj uniji proizvede 100.000 tona začina i aromatičnog bilja, odnosno 2 % svjetske proizvodnje. Uvozi se tri puta više, osobito iz Azije.
