Kako biste se hranili što zdravije najbolje je konzumirati sezonske namirnice. Umjesto u konzervi ili staklenci, kupite ih na tržnici od lokalnih uzgajivača i osmislite kreativne recepte. Trenutno je 'stađun' cikle koja je odlična za poboljšanje krvne slike jer obiluje željezom. Najčešće se jede kao salata uz jelo, naribana ili narezana na tanke ploške. Mi smo zasićeni takvim serviranjem, isprobali zanimljiv recept za humus uz njen dodatak privučeni, priznajemo, njegovom primamljivom bojom. I zaista, kanapei koje smo ponudili prijateljima za večeru polučili su pravi uspjeh. Osim što je recept brz i jednostavan, vizualno primamljiv, rješava i problem posluživanja vegetarijanaca i vegana. 

Humus od cikle

Sastojci:

1 žličica sjemenki kima

250 grama kuhane cikle, ocijeđene i četvrtine

400 grama slanutka, ocijeđenog i ispranog

1 češanj češnjaka, oguljen

1 žličica mljevenog korijandera

pola žličice morske soli

2 žlice ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja

2 žlice svježeg soka od limuna

mljeveni crni papar

Priprema:

Sjemenke kima prepržite u maloj suhoj tavi 2 minute, povremeno miješajući, a zatim maknite s vatre.

Ciklu, slanutak, češnjak, korijander, sol i maslinovo ulje stavite u zdjelu. Dodajte sjemenke kima i limunov sok te dobro začinite svježe mljevenim crnim paprom. Miksajte dok smjena ne postane što homogenija. Probajte humus pa po potrebi dodajte još malo soli, papra ili limunovog soka, pa opet miksajte.

Humus koristite kao namaz za sendviče i kanapee ili za umakanje. Držite pokriveno u hladnjaku do 3 dana ili zamrznite.

Kako biste se hranili što zdravije najbolje je konzumirati sezonske namirnice. Umjesto u konzervi ili staklenci, kupite ih na tržnici od lokalnih uzgajivača i osmislite kreativne recepte. Trenutno je 'stađun' cikle koja je odlična za poboljšanje krvne slike jer obiluje željezom. Najčešće se jede kao salata uz jelo, naribana ili narezana na tanke ploške. Mi smo zasićeni takvim serviranjem, isprobali zanimljiv recept za humus uz njen dodatak privučeni, priznajemo, njegovom primamljivom bojom. I zaista, kanapei koje smo ponudili prijateljima za večeru polučili su pravi uspjeh. Osim što je recept brz i jednostavan, vizualno primamljiv, rješava i problem posluživanja vegetarijanaca i vegana. 

Humus od cikle

Sastojci:

1 žličica sjemenki kima

250 grama kuhane cikle, ocijeđene i četvrtine

400 grama slanutka, ocijeđenog i ispranog

1 češanj češnjaka, oguljen

1 žličica mljevenog korijandera

pola žličice morske soli

2 žlice ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja

2 žlice svježeg soka od limuna

mljeveni crni papar

Priprema:

Sjemenke kima prepržite u maloj suhoj tavi 2 minute, povremeno miješajući, a zatim maknite s vatre.

Ciklu, slanutak, češnjak, korijander, sol i maslinovo ulje stavite u zdjelu. Dodajte sjemenke kima i limunov sok te dobro začinite svježe mljevenim crnim paprom. Miksajte dok smjena ne postane što homogenija. Probajte humus pa po potrebi dodajte još malo soli, papra ili limunovog soka, pa opet miksajte.

Humus koristite kao namaz za sendviče i kanapee ili za umakanje. Držite pokriveno u hladnjaku do 3 dana ili zamrznite.

Kako biste se hranili što zdravije najbolje je konzumirati sezonske namirnice. Umjesto u konzervi ili staklenci, kupite ih na tržnici od lokalnih uzgajivača i osmislite kreativne recepte. Trenutno je 'stađun' cikle koja je odlična za poboljšanje krvne slike jer obiluje željezom. Najčešće se jede kao salata uz jelo, naribana ili narezana na tanke ploške. Mi smo zasićeni takvim serviranjem, isprobali zanimljiv recept za humus uz njen dodatak privučeni, priznajemo, njegovom primamljivom bojom. I zaista, kanapei koje smo ponudili prijateljima za večeru polučili su pravi uspjeh. Osim što je recept brz i jednostavan, vizualno primamljiv, rješava i problem posluživanja vegetarijanaca i vegana.
