Njega kože lica dnevna je rutina gotovo svake žene. Obična dnevna i noćna krema davna su prošlost jer tržište danas nudi proizvod za svaki tip kože, svaku nepravilnost i gotovo svaku blažu korekciju.

U moru tih proizvoda, nerijetko smo zbunjene s onim što nam zaista treba, što nas je privuklo lijepom ambalažom i reklamom i što nam zapravo pomaže. Kako bi sveukupnu ponudu svrstali na proste faktore, ponekad je potrebno danonoćno istraživanje, a nerijetko i eksperimentiranje s proizvodima za koje u konačnici otkrijemo da ili ne funkcioniraju uopće ili nisu za naš tip kože.

Kako se i sami znamo zaplesti u zamku lijepo upakiranih proizvoda, proučili smo što o tome kažu dvije stručnjakinje i vlasnice nekoliko linija za njegu kože, Renée Rouleau i Kerry Benjamin.

Valjak od žada

Ovaj proizvod nedavno smo mogli vidjeti na društvenim mrežama gotovo svih influencerica. No, i Rouleau i Benjamin slažu se da vam osim lijepog izgleda i ugodnog osjeta na koži, valjak od žada neće baš u mnogočemu koristiti. Pozitivna strana valjka je da će vam trljanjem svakako potaknuti cirkulaciju, no kod ozbiljnijih problema svakako biste trebali posjetiti stručnjaka i raspitati se o limfnoj drenaži.

Ledeni valjak

Ledeni valjak najbolje je koristiti za suzbijanje upala ili gnojnih akni, no bolji učinak svakako ćete postići uz pomoć tzv. microneedling uređaja koji će potaknuti produkciju kolagena te pojačati djelotvornost proizvoda koje koristite za njegu kože lica.

Tonik

U kozmetičkom svijetu, tonici su dosta kontroverzna tema. Iako mnogi smatraju da su upravo oni neizostavni dio dnevne rutine, Benjamin smatra da nam ipak nisu krucijalni za svakodnevnu njegu. Navodi, da ako se dobro osjećate nakon što ih koristite, svakako ustrajte u tome, no sami po sebi, tonici nisu toliko relevantni za sjajni izgled kože.

Sredstvo za uravnoteženje pH vrijednosti

Djelotvornost ovog proizvoda, prema mišljenju Benjamin i Roulea, zapravo je mit upakiran u jednom proizvodi koji je reklamiran za sve tipove kože.

Hidratantne maske i samoneutralizirajući pilinzi

Ako težite boljoj hidratizaciji lica, umjesto za običnim maskama, radije posegnite za maskom koja se drži tijekom noći te na nju stavite i sloj ovlaživača sa shea maslacem. Učinak će biti dosta učinkovitiji.

Soda bikarbona

Iako je svi imamo u svojoj kuhinji, to ne znači da bismo ju trebali olako koristiti. U bespućima interneta često ćete naići na 'uradi sam' recepte za piling od soda bikarbone, no tome biste svakako trebali pristupiti s rezervom. Naime, pH vrijednost sode je 8,5, dok je vrijednost kože 4,5 do 5,5. Mijenjajući pH kože, stvaramo plodno tlo za bakterije, a koža također gubi na hidrataciji te postaje iziritirana.

Stoga, sljedeći put kad se pomamite slikama s interneta na kojim žene predivnog tena reklamiraju neki skupi proizvod, radije ga dobro proučite i razmislite treba li vam uopće.

Njega kože lica dnevna je rutina gotovo svake žene. Obična dnevna i noćna krema davna su prošlost jer tržište danas nudi proizvod za svaki tip kože, svaku nepravilnost i gotovo svaku blažu korekciju.

U moru tih proizvoda, nerijetko smo zbunjene s onim što nam zaista treba, što nas je privuklo lijepom ambalažom i reklamom i što nam zapravo pomaže. Kako bi sveukupnu ponudu svrstali na proste faktore, ponekad je potrebno danonoćno istraživanje, a nerijetko i eksperimentiranje s proizvodima za koje u konačnici otkrijemo da ili ne funkcioniraju uopće ili nisu za naš tip kože.

Kako se i sami znamo zaplesti u zamku lijepo upakiranih proizvoda, proučili smo što o tome kažu dvije stručnjakinje i vlasnice nekoliko linija za njegu kože, Renée Rouleau i Kerry Benjamin.

Valjak od žada

Ovaj proizvod nedavno smo mogli vidjeti na društvenim mrežama gotovo svih influencerica. No, i Rouleau i Benjamin slažu se da vam osim lijepog izgleda i ugodnog osjeta na koži, valjak od žada neće baš u mnogočemu koristiti. Pozitivna strana valjka je da će vam trljanjem svakako potaknuti cirkulaciju, no kod ozbiljnijih problema svakako biste trebali posjetiti stručnjaka i raspitati se o limfnoj drenaži.

Ledeni valjak

Ledeni valjak najbolje je koristiti za suzbijanje upala ili gnojnih akni, no bolji učinak svakako ćete postići uz pomoć tzv. microneedling uređaja koji će potaknuti produkciju kolagena te pojačati djelotvornost proizvoda koje koristite za njegu kože lica.

Tonik

U kozmetičkom svijetu, tonici su dosta kontroverzna tema. Iako mnogi smatraju da su upravo oni neizostavni dio dnevne rutine, Benjamin smatra da nam ipak nisu krucijalni za svakodnevnu njegu. Navodi, da ako se dobro osjećate nakon što ih koristite, svakako ustrajte u tome, no sami po sebi, tonici nisu toliko relevantni za sjajni izgled kože.

Sredstvo za uravnoteženje pH vrijednosti

Djelotvornost ovog proizvoda, prema mišljenju Benjamin i Roulea, zapravo je mit upakiran u jednom proizvodi koji je reklamiran za sve tipove kože.

Hidratantne maske i samoneutralizirajući pilinzi

Ako težite boljoj hidratizaciji lica, umjesto za običnim maskama, radije posegnite za maskom koja se drži tijekom noći te na nju stavite i sloj ovlaživača sa shea maslacem. Učinak će biti dosta učinkovitiji.

Soda bikarbona

Iako je svi imamo u svojoj kuhinji, to ne znači da bismo ju trebali olako koristiti. U bespućima interneta često ćete naići na 'uradi sam' recepte za piling od soda bikarbone, no tome biste svakako trebali pristupiti s rezervom. Naime, pH vrijednost sode je 8,5, dok je vrijednost kože 4,5 do 5,5. Mijenjajući pH kože, stvaramo plodno tlo za bakterije, a koža također gubi na hidrataciji te postaje iziritirana.

Stoga, sljedeći put kad se pomamite slikama s interneta na kojim žene predivnog tena reklamiraju neki skupi proizvod, radije ga dobro proučite i razmislite treba li vam uopće.

Njega kože lica dnevna je rutina gotovo svake žene. Obična dnevna i noćna krema davna su prošlost jer tržište danas nudi proizvod za svaki tip kože, svaku nepravilnost i gotovo svaku blažu korekciju.

U moru tih proizvoda, nerijetko smo zbunjene s onim što nam zaista treba, što nas je privuklo lijepom ambalažom i reklamom i što nam zapravo pomaže. Kako bi sveukupnu ponudu svrstali na proste faktore, ponekad je potrebno danonoćno istraživanje, a nerijetko i eksperimentiranje s proizvodima za koje u konačnici otkrijemo da ili ne funkcioniraju uopće ili nisu za naš tip kože.

Kako se i sami znamo zaplesti u zamku lijepo upakiranih proizvoda, proučili smo što o tome kažu dvije stručnjakinje i vlasnice nekoliko linija za njegu kože, Renée Rouleau i Kerry Benjamin.
