Irski bodybuilder, 25-godišnji Dave Hertray, trpio je nesnosne bolove zbog zastrašujuće upale koja se dogodila radi uzimanja steroida. Činovi i prištići koji su mu se pojavili prekrili su veći dio njegova tijela, zbog čega se još uvijek očajnički bori da ih medicinski ukloni s kože, piše muskimagazin.rs.

“Kad sam imao zadnje izbijanje, bilo je najgore. Imao sam toliko otvorenih rana na leđima da sam morao ostati kod kuće devet mjeseci dok nisu zacijelile", rekao je trener. “Kad sam imao dvadeset godina počeo sam trenirati s jednim bodybuilderom i stvarno sam uživao u tome, pa sam i sam odlučio krenuti tim putem.” Međutim, otprilike u to vrijeme Dave je počeo koristiti steroide kako bi postigao željeni napredak u teretani i ispunio svoje snove postavši bodybuilder.

Kako je Dave rekao: “Kada odete u teretanu i počnete osjećati poboljšanja, ljudi vas optužuju da koristite steroide. Međutim, karijera u bodybuildingu je kratka, pa sam odlučio ići s njima." David sada pokušava usmjeriti ljude uspoređujući korištenje steroida s bacanjem kockica, što može imati niz strašnih učinaka na leđa na različitim dijelovima tijela.

“Vrlo je važno napomenuti da sa steroidima jednostavno bacate kockice od samog početka, jer zbog konzumiranja testosterona vaše tijelo možda neće proizvoditi ovaj hormon prirodnim putem, dok ostale opasnosti ne moram ni spominjati. Ja sam svoju dobio od tipa u teretani, što nikako ne bih preporučio jer svašta možeš dobiti."

“Prvi izljev na leđima dobio sam sredinom 2020. kada sam smanjio količinu koju sam konzumirao. Nekoliko ljudi mi je reklo da je vrijeme da prestanem nakon prve epidemije kožnih rana i čireva, ali ja sam radio prema svojim snovima i krenuo u natjecateljski bodybuilding, u koji sam već uložio mnogo godina napornog rada."

"Savjetovao sam se s nekima od najboljih trenera u poslu. Vjerovao sam im i slušao njihove savjete, dok smo zajedno pokušavali stvoriti ciklus u kojem takvih pojava neće biti. U veljači 2021. imao sam drugu epidemiju i ovaj put je bilo puno više rana na mnogo različitih i novih mjesta, tako da sam ih imao na leđima, prsima, licu i rukama."

Iako mu je bodybuilding dobro išao, Daveovi problemi tek dolaze: „U tom trenutku sam shvatio da sam zanemario svaki drugi segment svog života i da su mi leđa puna čireva. Pritisak normalne, svakodnevne odjeće ih je rasprsnuo i ja sam bio u agoniji. Odlučio sam izaći iz svega i prestati uzimati steroide, ali onda sam imao još jedno izbijanje, koje je bilo najgore dosad."

Ovaj posljednji slučaj ostavio ga je vezan za kuću devet mjeseci s ranicama koje su se stalno pojavljivale i trebalo je vrijeme da koža pravilno zacijeli. Sada se Dave bori da se vrati na staro i traži rješenja koja mu mogu pomoći da se riješi ružnih ožiljaka koji su ostali i za koje kaže da vraški svrbe, piše muskimagazin.rs.

Irski bodybuilder, 25-godišnji Dave Hertray, trpio je nesnosne bolove zbog zastrašujuće upale koja se dogodila radi uzimanja steroida. Činovi i prištići koji su mu se pojavili prekrili su veći dio njegova tijela, zbog čega se još uvijek očajnički bori da ih medicinski ukloni s kože, piše muskimagazin.rs.

“Kad sam imao zadnje izbijanje, bilo je najgore. Imao sam toliko otvorenih rana na leđima da sam morao ostati kod kuće devet mjeseci dok nisu zacijelile", rekao je trener. “Kad sam imao dvadeset godina počeo sam trenirati s jednim bodybuilderom i stvarno sam uživao u tome, pa sam i sam odlučio krenuti tim putem.” Međutim, otprilike u to vrijeme Dave je počeo koristiti steroide kako bi postigao željeni napredak u teretani i ispunio svoje snove postavši bodybuilder.

Kako je Dave rekao: “Kada odete u teretanu i počnete osjećati poboljšanja, ljudi vas optužuju da koristite steroide. Međutim, karijera u bodybuildingu je kratka, pa sam odlučio ići s njima." David sada pokušava usmjeriti ljude uspoređujući korištenje steroida s bacanjem kockica, što može imati niz strašnih učinaka na leđa na različitim dijelovima tijela.

“Vrlo je važno napomenuti da sa steroidima jednostavno bacate kockice od samog početka, jer zbog konzumiranja testosterona vaše tijelo možda neće proizvoditi ovaj hormon prirodnim putem, dok ostale opasnosti ne moram ni spominjati. Ja sam svoju dobio od tipa u teretani, što nikako ne bih preporučio jer svašta možeš dobiti."

“Prvi izljev na leđima dobio sam sredinom 2020. kada sam smanjio količinu koju sam konzumirao. Nekoliko ljudi mi je reklo da je vrijeme da prestanem nakon prve epidemije kožnih rana i čireva, ali ja sam radio prema svojim snovima i krenuo u natjecateljski bodybuilding, u koji sam već uložio mnogo godina napornog rada."

"Savjetovao sam se s nekima od najboljih trenera u poslu. Vjerovao sam im i slušao njihove savjete, dok smo zajedno pokušavali stvoriti ciklus u kojem takvih pojava neće biti. U veljači 2021. imao sam drugu epidemiju i ovaj put je bilo puno više rana na mnogo različitih i novih mjesta, tako da sam ih imao na leđima, prsima, licu i rukama."

Iako mu je bodybuilding dobro išao, Daveovi problemi tek dolaze: „U tom trenutku sam shvatio da sam zanemario svaki drugi segment svog života i da su mi leđa puna čireva. Pritisak normalne, svakodnevne odjeće ih je rasprsnuo i ja sam bio u agoniji. Odlučio sam izaći iz svega i prestati uzimati steroide, ali onda sam imao još jedno izbijanje, koje je bilo najgore dosad."

Ovaj posljednji slučaj ostavio ga je vezan za kuću devet mjeseci s ranicama koje su se stalno pojavljivale i trebalo je vrijeme da koža pravilno zacijeli. Sada se Dave bori da se vrati na staro i traži rješenja koja mu mogu pomoći da se riješi ružnih ožiljaka koji su ostali i za koje kaže da vraški svrbe, piše muskimagazin.rs.

Irski bodybuilder, 25-godišnji Dave Hertray, trpio je nesnosne bolove zbog zastrašujuće upale koja se dogodila radi uzimanja steroida. Činovi i prištići koji su mu se pojavili prekrili su veći dio njegova tijela, zbog čega se još uvijek očajnički bori da ih medicinski ukloni s kože, piše muskimagazin.rs.

“Kad sam imao zadnje izbijanje, bilo je najgore. Imao sam toliko otvorenih rana na leđima da sam morao ostati kod kuće devet mjeseci dok nisu zacijelile", rekao je trener. “Kad sam imao dvadeset godina počeo sam trenirati s jednim bodybuilderom i stvarno sam uživao u tome, pa sam i sam odlučio krenuti tim putem.” Međutim, otprilike u to vrijeme Dave je počeo koristiti steroide kako bi postigao željeni napredak u teretani i ispunio svoje snove postavši bodybuilder....
