Prošlo je 8 godina od smrti Filipa Breberina (25), koji je umro 4. siječnja 2014. u Beogradu, nakon šest mjeseci primanja pogrešne terapije, prenosi Luftika.

Podsjetimo, Filip je imao tumor pluća, a liječnici su mu dijagnosticirali anksioznost. Šest mjeseci nakon, mladić je preminuo, a obdukcija mu je napravljena tek naknadno prema zahtjevu obitelji. Rezultati obdukcije pokazali su da je mladić preminuo od sepse te da je imao maligni tumor na plućima i emboliju pluća. Premda je njegova obitelj sumnjala na pogrešnu terapiju od samog početka, tek su nalazi obdukcije potvrdile ispravnost njihovih sumnji, nakon čega je obitelj preminulog podnijela tužbu.

Doktorica Zora Breberina iz Kruševca već godinama iščekuje pravdu za smrt svoga sina Filipa, a na suđenje o mladićevoj smrti nije joj bilo dozvoljeno prisustvovati. Ova majka za medije je istaknula kako je najteža stvar u vezi ove zabrane bila što liječnicima nije mogla reći kako se osjećala u trenutcima kada se odlučivalo o sinovom joj životu.

- Na ročištu glavne rasprave nama kao obitelji nije bilo dozvoljeno ući u sudnicu, rekla je Zorica.

Dodala je i kako je sutkinja Dušica Ristić organizirala osiguranje da dežura i fizički spriječi ulazak članova Filipove obitelji u sudnicu, prenosi Luftika.

- To je skroz suprotno od Zakona o kaznenom djelu. Nadali smo se da ćemo dobiti neka osnovna ljudska prava, da ćemo biti saslušani i da nam se neće uskratiti pravo na govor i mišljenje. Željela sam da mi sud pruži priliku da kažem kako sam se osjećala dok su okrivljene "liječile" Filipa. On se stalno žalio na tegobe nakon dijagnostičke punkcije, a one su bile kategorizirane kao napadaji panike, poručila je doktorica Breberina.

Unatoč pogrešnoj dijagnozi, majka mladića najviše je razočarana u pravosuđe.

- Sutkinja Dušica Ristić uvođenjem svog osobnog zakonika „Dušičin zakonik“ u pravosuđu, dovodi nas nesretne ljude u poziciju punu poniženja, očaja i tuge. Sutkinja je postupala protuzakonito i cijelo vrijeme radi izvan zakona, čak nas je prevarila i rekla da ćemo biti saslušani. Spriječila je naše sudjelovanje u suđenju i tako nam nanijela tešku društvenu bol. Sutkinja Dušica uspjela je u svom naumu, zaštićena u sudnici s trojicom zaštitara koji su čuvali jednu Zoricu iz Kruševca da ne učini...Što? Da ne iznese istinu u oči optuženima? Istina je gurnuta pod tepih, a sutkinja je pokazala nedostatak empatije prema tuđoj boli, rekavši zaštitaru da mi poruči da na suđenje mogu doći tek nakon izrečene presude, zaključila je za kraj očajna majka žrtve.

Prošlo je 8 godina od smrti Filipa Breberina (25), koji je umro 4. siječnja 2014. u Beogradu, nakon šest mjeseci primanja pogrešne terapije, prenosi Luftika.

Podsjetimo, Filip je imao tumor pluća, a liječnici su mu dijagnosticirali anksioznost. Šest mjeseci nakon, mladić je preminuo, a obdukcija mu je napravljena tek naknadno prema zahtjevu obitelji. Rezultati obdukcije pokazali su da je mladić preminuo od sepse te da je imao maligni tumor na plućima i emboliju pluća. Premda je njegova obitelj sumnjala na pogrešnu terapiju od samog početka, tek su nalazi obdukcije potvrdile ispravnost njihovih sumnji, nakon čega je obitelj preminulog podnijela tužbu.

Doktorica Zora Breberina iz Kruševca već godinama iščekuje pravdu za smrt svoga sina Filipa, a na suđenje o mladićevoj smrti nije joj bilo dozvoljeno prisustvovati. Ova majka za medije je istaknula kako je najteža stvar u vezi ove zabrane bila što liječnicima nije mogla reći kako se osjećala u trenutcima kada se odlučivalo o sinovom joj životu.

- Na ročištu glavne rasprave nama kao obitelji nije bilo dozvoljeno ući u sudnicu, rekla je Zorica.

Dodala je i kako je sutkinja Dušica Ristić organizirala osiguranje da dežura i fizički spriječi ulazak članova Filipove obitelji u sudnicu, prenosi Luftika.

- To je skroz suprotno od Zakona o kaznenom djelu. Nadali smo se da ćemo dobiti neka osnovna ljudska prava, da ćemo biti saslušani i da nam se neće uskratiti pravo na govor i mišljenje. Željela sam da mi sud pruži priliku da kažem kako sam se osjećala dok su okrivljene "liječile" Filipa. On se stalno žalio na tegobe nakon dijagnostičke punkcije, a one su bile kategorizirane kao napadaji panike, poručila je doktorica Breberina.

Unatoč pogrešnoj dijagnozi, majka mladića najviše je razočarana u pravosuđe.

- Sutkinja Dušica Ristić uvođenjem svog osobnog zakonika „Dušičin zakonik“ u pravosuđu, dovodi nas nesretne ljude u poziciju punu poniženja, očaja i tuge. Sutkinja je postupala protuzakonito i cijelo vrijeme radi izvan zakona, čak nas je prevarila i rekla da ćemo biti saslušani. Spriječila je naše sudjelovanje u suđenju i tako nam nanijela tešku društvenu bol. Sutkinja Dušica uspjela je u svom naumu, zaštićena u sudnici s trojicom zaštitara koji su čuvali jednu Zoricu iz Kruševca da ne učini...Što? Da ne iznese istinu u oči optuženima? Istina je gurnuta pod tepih, a sutkinja je pokazala nedostatak empatije prema tuđoj boli, rekavši zaštitaru da mi poruči da na suđenje mogu doći tek nakon izrečene presude, zaključila je za kraj očajna majka žrtve.
