Poznata modna marka Madeleine u Njemačkoj je podnijela zahtjev za stečaj. Nakon 40 godine Madeleine je pred bankrotom.
“Modna tvrtka koja je ima online prodaju, podnijela je zahtjev za stečaj”, objavio je Wirtschaftswoche (WiWo), prenosi Fenix Magazin.
Visoka inflacija dovela je do značajnog povećanja troškova u Madeleineu na svim razinama. “Istodobno, s obzirom na povećane troškove života, naši kupci smanjuju svoje troškove ili se novac troši na druga područja”, rekla je direktorica Daniela Angerer.
Ipak, modni lanac neće potpuno ugasiti svoj rad. Kako je za WiWo najavio stručnjak za restrukturiranje Deflef Specovius, stečajni postupak trebao bi omogućiti investitora ili neko drugo rješenje restrukturiranja na vlastitu odgovornost.
Daniela Angerer planira reorganizirati Madeleine i “tvrtci dati dugoročnu perspektivu”. Plaće 230 zaposlenika bit će osigurane stečajnim novcem iduća tri mjeseca.
Kako objašnjava Madeleine Angerer, moda originalne tvrtke Quelle bi se trebala ponovno promijeniti.
Za sada, brend predstavlja odjevenu, modernu eleganciju. “Uglavnom su predstavljeni casual outfiti. Čineći to, daleko smo se udaljili od izvornih vrijednosti robne marke. Međutim, u budućnosti bi se tvrtka za narudžbu putem pošte, koja postoji već 40 godina, željela ponovno usredotočiti na izvorne vrijednosti robne marke”, rekla je Madeleine Angerer.
Broj tvrtki koje podnose zahtjev za stečaj u Njemačkoj nastavlja naglo rasti. U srpnju se gotovo četvrtina (23,8 posto) više tvrtki prijavila za standardne stečajne postupke nego u istom mjesecu prošle godine, objavio je u petak u Wiesbadenu Savezni ured za statistiku.
Time je nastavljen uzlazni trend iz proteklih nekoliko mjeseci. Već u lipnju zabilježen je porast od 13,9 posto.
Modni trgovci posebno su u nekoliko navrata dospjeli na naslovnice u ovom području u proteklih nekoliko mjeseci. Među ostalim, trgovci cipelama Reno i Görtz pokrenuli su stečaj. No, pogođeni su i poznati trgovci odjećom poput Hallhubera ili Peek & Cloppenburga.

Poznata modna marka Madeleine u Njemačkoj je podnijela zahtjev za stečaj. Nakon 40 godine Madeleine je pred bankrotom.
“Modna tvrtka koja je ima online prodaju, podnijela je zahtjev za stečaj”, objavio je Wirtschaftswoche (WiWo), prenosi Fenix Magazin.
Visoka inflacija dovela je do značajnog povećanja troškova u Madeleineu na svim razinama. “Istodobno, s obzirom na povećane troškove života, naši kupci smanjuju svoje troškove ili se novac troši na druga područja”, rekla je direktorica Daniela Angerer.
Ipak, modni lanac neće potpuno ugasiti svoj rad. Kako je za WiWo najavio stručnjak za restrukturiranje Deflef Specovius, stečajni postupak trebao bi omogućiti investitora ili neko drugo rješenje restrukturiranja na vlastitu odgovornost.
Daniela Angerer planira reorganizirati Madeleine i “tvrtci dati dugoročnu perspektivu”. Plaće 230 zaposlenika bit će osigurane stečajnim novcem iduća tri mjeseca.
Kako objašnjava Madeleine Angerer, moda originalne tvrtke Quelle bi se trebala ponovno promijeniti.
Za sada, brend predstavlja odjevenu, modernu eleganciju. “Uglavnom su predstavljeni casual outfiti. Čineći to, daleko smo se udaljili od izvornih vrijednosti robne marke. Međutim, u budućnosti bi se tvrtka za narudžbu putem pošte, koja postoji već 40 godina, željela ponovno usredotočiti na izvorne vrijednosti robne marke”, rekla je Madeleine Angerer.
Broj tvrtki koje podnose zahtjev za stečaj u Njemačkoj nastavlja naglo rasti. U srpnju se gotovo četvrtina (23,8 posto) više tvrtki prijavila za standardne stečajne postupke nego u istom mjesecu prošle godine, objavio je u petak u Wiesbadenu Savezni ured za statistiku.
Time je nastavljen uzlazni trend iz proteklih nekoliko mjeseci. Već u lipnju zabilježen je porast od 13,9 posto.
Modni trgovci posebno su u nekoliko navrata dospjeli na naslovnice u ovom području u proteklih nekoliko mjeseci. Među ostalim, trgovci cipelama Reno i Görtz pokrenuli su stečaj. No, pogođeni su i poznati trgovci odjećom poput Hallhubera ili Peek & Cloppenburga.
