Kremasti kolač pun orašastih plodova upravo je ono što nam treba za lakše izdržati ovu naglu promjenu vremena. Ako razmišljate kao i mi, nudimo vam jedan jako dobar recept za fantastične Mozart kocke s orasima.

Jednostavna slastica s mekanim biskvitom od oraha i kremom od vanilije priprema se kao od šale: treba samo zamiješati biskvit, ispeći ga pa ga prerezati i premazati kuhanom kremom. Da stvar bude lakša, krema je na bazi pudinga.

Baš kao što je napisala Biljana Samardžić, na čijem smo Instagramu biljina.kuhinja.tv pronašli recept, koji je, pak, Biljana dobila od Natalije Milodanović s natalija_mysticcakes, ovo je pravo čudo od kolača.

Mozart kocke

Sastojci:

Biskvit:

200 g oštrog brašna
​150 g šećera
120 g mljevenih oraha
200 ml mlijeka
100 ml ulja
5 jaja
1 prašak za pecivo
1 prstohvat soli

Krema:

250 g maslaca
150 g šećera
600 ml mlijeka
1 žličica arome vanilije
2 pudinga od vanilije

Dodatno: 

50 g mljevenih oraha

Priprema:

Miksajte jaja, sol i šećer par minuta dok smjesa ne posvijetli i ne postane pjenasta. Dodajte prosijano brašno pomiješano s praškom za pecivo i nastavite miješati mikserom na najmanjoj brzini uz postepeno ulijevanje mlijeka u tankom mlazu.

Odmah nakon toga uz miješanje mikserom u tankom mlazu ulijte, a na kraju dodajte mljevene orahe.

Veći pleh obložite papirom za pečenje i izlijte smjesu za biskvit. Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 180°C oko 20 minuta. Pustite biskvit da se ohladi, odvojite ga od papira za pečenje i prerežite na dva dijela.

Za kremu razmutite prašak za puding u malo mlijeka, a ostatak mlijeka sa šećerom i aromom vanilije stavite na vatru. Kad prokuha sklonite s vatre pa u tankom mlazu uz miješanje ulijte puding. Vratite smjesu na štednjak pa kuhajte na srednjoj temperaturi minutu-dvije, dok se krema ne zgusne. Maknite s vatre i ohladite pa kremi dodajte izmiksani maslac sobne temperature.

Jednu polovicu biskvita premažite polovicom kreme pa prekrijete drugom korom, a nju ostatkom kreme. Pospite kolač mljevenim orasima, ohladite ga pa ga narežite na kocke.

Kremasti kolač pun orašastih plodova upravo je ono što nam treba za lakše izdržati ovu naglu promjenu vremena. Ako razmišljate kao i mi, nudimo vam jedan jako dobar recept za fantastične Mozart kocke s orasima.

Mozart kocke

Sastojci:

Biskvit:

200 g oštrog brašna
​150 g šećera
120 g mljevenih oraha
200 ml mlijeka
100 ml ulja
5 jaja
1 prašak za pecivo
1 prstohvat soli

Krema:

250 g maslaca
150 g šećera
600 ml mlijeka
1 žličica arome vanilije
2 pudinga od vanilije

Dodatno: 

50 g mljevenih oraha

Priprema:

Miksajte jaja, sol i šećer par minuta dok smjesa ne posvijetli i ne postane pjenasta. Dodajte prosijano brašno pomiješano s praškom za pecivo i nastavite miješati mikserom na najmanjoj brzini uz postepeno ulijevanje mlijeka u tankom mlazu.

Odmah nakon toga uz miješanje mikserom u tankom mlazu ulijte, a na kraju dodajte mljevene orahe.

Veći pleh obložite papirom za pečenje i izlijte smjesu za biskvit. Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 180°C oko 20 minuta. Pustite biskvit da se ohladi, odvojite ga od papira za pečenje i prerežite na dva dijela.

Za kremu razmutite prašak za puding u malo mlijeka, a ostatak mlijeka sa šećerom i aromom vanilije stavite na vatru. Kad prokuha sklonite s vatre pa u tankom mlazu uz miješanje ulijte puding. Vratite smjesu na štednjak pa kuhajte na srednjoj temperaturi minutu-dvije, dok se krema ne zgusne. Maknite s vatre i ohladite pa kremi dodajte izmiksani maslac sobne temperature.

Jednu polovicu biskvita premažite polovicom kreme pa prekrijete drugom korom, a nju ostatkom kreme. Pospite kolač mljevenim orasima, ohladite ga pa ga narežite na kocke.

Kremasti kolač pun orašastih plodova upravo je ono što nam treba za lakše izdržati ovu naglu promjenu vremena. Ako razmišljate kao i mi, nudimo vam jedan jako dobar recept za fantastične Mozart kocke s orasima.

Jednostavna slastica s mekanim biskvitom od oraha i kremom od vanilije priprema se kao od šale: treba samo zamiješati biskvit, ispeći ga pa ga prerezati i premazati kuhanom kremom. Da stvar bude lakša, krema je na bazi pudinga.
