Postoji li uopće način za učiniti nešto tako dobro kao što je domaći štrudel još boljim? Da ste nas pitali do jučer, odgovorili bismo vam negativno pa bismo vas još priupitali čemu to uopće, no nakon što smo vidjeli recept za štrudel u kojem se u ulozi nadjeva uz poprilično standardne višnje nalazi i kuhana krema, umjesto odgovora počeli bismo vam diktirati spomenuti recept. Da, toliko je dobar.
Još je jedna stvar vrlo zanimljiva kod ovog kolača: umjesto da se kore premazuju rastopljenim maslacem ili smjesom vode i ulja, kao što to obično radimo, u ovom se slučaju koristi se premaz od jaja, griza i jogurta koji se za vrijeme pečenja lijepo napuhne i tako potpuno transformira obični štrudel.
Dio tog premaza se sačuva za premazivanje štrudela koji još potom treba posuti listićima badema prije nego je spreman za pečenje. Rezultat je kremast, hrskav, sočan... ma, nemamo riječi.

Kremasti štrudel
Sastojci:
500 g kora za savijaču
višnje iz leda
listići badema
Premaz:
3 jaja (odvojiti žumanjke i bjelanjke)
50 g šećera
200 ml ulja
200 ml jogurta
100 g griza
1 vrećica vanilin šećera
1 vrećica praška za pecivo
Nadjev:
1 litra mlijeka
3 pudinga od vanilije
1 vrećica vanilin šećera
150 g šećera
Priprema:
Skuhajte pudinge u mlijeku na uobičajen način pa ostavite kremu da se ohladi, uz pobremeno miješanje kako se ne bi stvorila korica.
Bjelanjke umutite sa šećerom u čvrsti snijeg, zatim dodajte žumanjke, pa sve dobro izmiješajte. Dok mikser radi, polako dodajte ulje i ostale sastojke. Odvojite malo sa strane, trebat će vam za premazivanje gotovih štrudela.
Uzmite prvu koru, na nju stavite 3-4 žlice premaza i premažite koru kistom. Poklopite idućom korom i ponovite, pa zatim isto napravite još dvaput. Kad ste premazali čertvrtu koru, na nju nanesite trećinu kreme, pospite je zamrznutim višnjama pa zamotajte štrudel.
Ponovite s ostatkom kora, premaza i kreme.
Zamotane štrudele premažite ostatkom premaza i pospite listićima badema.
Pecite oko pola sata u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva Celzija.

Postoji li uopće način za učiniti nešto tako dobro kao što je domaći štrudel još boljim? Još je jedna stvar vrlo zanimljiva kod ovog kolača: umjesto da se kore premazuju rastopljenim maslacem ili smjesom vode i ulja, kao što to obično radimo, u ovom se slučaju koristi se premaz od jaja, griza i jogurta koji se za vrijeme pečenja lijepo napuhne i tako potpuno transformira obični štrudel.
Dio tog premaza se sačuva za premazivanje štrudela koji još potom treba posuti listićima badema prije nego je spreman za pečenje. Rezultat je kremast, hrskav, sočan... ma, nemamo riječi.

Kremasti štrudel
Sastojci:
500 g kora za savijaču
višnje iz leda
listići badema
Premaz:
3 jaja (odvojiti žumanjke i bjelanjke)
50 g šećera
200 ml ulja
200 ml jogurta
100 g griza
1 vrećica vanilin šećera
1 vrećica praška za pecivo
Nadjev:
1 litra mlijeka
3 pudinga od vanilije
1 vrećica vanilin šećera
150 g šećera
Priprema:
Skuhajte pudinge u mlijeku na uobičajen način pa ostavite kremu da se ohladi, uz pobremeno miješanje kako se ne bi stvorila korica.
Bjelanjke umutite sa šećerom u čvrsti snijeg, zatim dodajte žumanjke, pa sve dobro izmiješajte. Dok mikser radi, polako dodajte ulje i ostale sastojke. Odvojite malo sa strane, trebat će vam za premazivanje gotovih štrudela.
Uzmite prvu koru, na nju stavite 3-4 žlice premaza i premažite koru kistom. Poklopite idućom korom i ponovite, pa zatim isto napravite još dvaput. Kad ste premazali čertvrtu koru, na nju nanesite trećinu kreme, pospite je zamrznutim višnjama pa zamotajte štrudel.
Ponovite s ostatkom kora, premaza i kreme.
Zamotane štrudele premažite ostatkom premaza i pospite listićima badema.
Pecite oko pola sata u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva Celzija.
