Direktno Nadelli odgovarat će bivši Nokijin predsjednik i glavni izvršni direktor Stephen Elop koji će i postati izvršni potpredsjednik Microsoft Devices Groupe te nadgledati prošireno poslovanje vezano uz uređaje koji uključuju Lumia pametne telefone i tablete, Nokia mobilne telefone, Xbox hardver, Surface i Perceptive Pixel (PPI) proizvode i dodatke.
Microsoft je u petak poželio dobrodošlicu osoblju s velikim iskustvom u industriji u više od 130 lokacija u 50 zemalja diljem svijeta, uključujući nekoliko tvornica u kojima se dizajnira, razvija, proizvodi, kupuje i prodaje bogati portfelj inovativnih pametnih uređaja, mobilnih telefona i usluga. Kao dio transakcije, Microsoft će poštovati sva postojeća jamstva Nokijinih kupaca na postojeće uređaje, poručuju.
Windows Phone najbrže je rastući ekosustav na tržištu pametnih telefona i njegov portfelj osvojenih nagrada za uređaje raste i dalje. U četvrtom tromjesečju 2013., prema IDC, Windows Phone učvrstio je svoj položaj među najbolja tri operativna sustava pametnih telefona te je s 91% u odnosu na proteklu godinu najbrže rastuća platforma vodećih operativnih sustava.
Nadalje, s Nokijim mobilnim poslovanjem, Microsoft će ciljati na pristupačno tržište mobilnih uređaja, što je prilika od 50 milijardi dolara godišnje, isporukom prvoklasnog mobilnog iskustva sljedećoj milijardi ljudi tijekom predstavljanja Microsoftovih usluga novim korisnicima širom svijeta.
Microsoft će nastaviti s isporukom novih vrijednosti i mogućnosti te će usko surađivati s nizom hardverskih partnera, programera, operatera, distributera i trgovaca pružajući platforme, alate, aplikacije i usluge koje će im omogućiti izradu izvanrednih uređaja. S boljim razumijevanjem zajedničkog rada hardvera i softvera tvrtka će jačati, a potražnja za Windows uređajima će rasti - najavljuju iz Microsofta.

Akvizicija je odobrena od strane Nokijinih dioničara i vladinih regulatornih agencija iz cijelog svijeta. Završetak akvizicije obilježava prvi korak u donošenju te dvije organizacije u jedan tim.

Direktno Nadelli odgovarat će bivši Nokijin predsjednik i glavni izvršni direktor Stephen Elop koji će i postati izvršni potpredsjednik Microsoft Devices Groupe te nadgledati prošireno poslovanje vezano uz uređaje koji uključuju Lumia pametne telefone i tablete, Nokia mobilne telefone, Xbox hardver, Surface i Perceptive Pixel (PPI) proizvode i dodatke.
Microsoft je u petak poželio dobrodošlicu osoblju s velikim iskustvom u industriji u više od 130 lokacija u 50 zemalja diljem svijeta, uključujući nekoliko tvornica u kojima se dizajnira, razvija, proizvodi, kupuje i prodaje bogati portfelj inovativnih pametnih uređaja, mobilnih telefona i usluga. Kao dio transakcije, Microsoft će poštovati sva postojeća jamstva Nokijinih kupaca na postojeće uređaje, poručuju.
Windows Phone najbrže je rastući ekosustav na tržištu pametnih telefona i njegov portfelj osvojenih nagrada za uređaje raste i dalje. U četvrtom tromjesečju 2013., prema IDC, Windows Phone učvrstio je svoj položaj među najbolja tri operativna sustava pametnih telefona te je s 91% u odnosu na proteklu godinu najbrže rastuća platforma vodećih operativnih sustava.
Nadalje, s Nokijim mobilnim poslovanjem, Microsoft će ciljati na pristupačno tržište mobilnih uređaja, što je prilika od 50 milijardi dolara godišnje, isporukom prvoklasnog mobilnog iskustva sljedećoj milijardi ljudi tijekom predstavljanja Microsoftovih usluga novim korisnicima širom svijeta.
Microsoft će nastaviti s isporukom novih vrijednosti i mogućnosti te će usko surađivati s nizom hardverskih partnera, programera, operatera, distributera i trgovaca pružajući platforme, alate, aplikacije i usluge koje će im omogućiti izradu izvanrednih uređaja.
