Odbor za unutarnje tržište i zaštitu potrošača Europskog parlamenta izglasao je Akt o jedinstvenom digitalnom tržištu, pri čemu je usvojen i prijedlog hrvatske zastupnice Biljane Borzan o uvođenju oznake sigurne online kupnje za trgovce sa sjedištem u EU-u.

Online trgovci obvezni su, inače, prihvatiti povrat robe u roku 14 dana od prodaje, bez objašnjenja kupaca zašto su je vratili.

Troškove povratne dostave, ako nije drukčije dogovoreno u trenutku kupnje, snosi trgovac, a trgovci sa sjedištem u EU-u moraju davati jednoznačnu informaciju o svim troškovima kupnje. Svaki tzv. skriveni trošak kupac mora izričito odobriti.

– To je, naravno, pošteno prema potrošačima jer kupuju na neviđeno, ali stvara velike troškove trgovcu. Ideju za uvođenje oznake za sigurnu internetsku kupnju dobila sam upravo od hrvatskih online trgovaca.

Potrošače se godišnje ošteti za 64 milijarde eura

Naime, žalili su mi se da su, budući da imaju sjedište u EU-u, obvezni pridržavati se svih pravila, dok se njihovi konkurenti iz Švicarske, SAD-a ili azijskih država predstavljaju kao povoljni, a nerijetko varaju kupce – kaže Borzan.

S druge strane, više od 60 posto građana Europske unije boji se kupovati online jer nisu sigurni koja su im prava u slučaju problema, odnosno reklamacije.

Prosječnom potrošaču vrlo je teško odrediti ima li online trgovac sjedište u EU-u. Čak ni web-stranice s domenom.eu,.hr ili pak co.uk ne jamče europsku lokaciju trgovca i zbunjuju potrošače. Samo prigodom kupnje digitalnih sadržaja godišnje ih se ošteti za 64 milijarde eura.

– Uvođenjem prepoznatljive oznake kakva sad postoji za online ljekarne, kupci će lakše prepoznati kod koga mogu s povjerenjem kupovati, a pošteni trgovci će biti privilegirani u srazu s konkurencijom koja se ne pridržava europskih direktiva.

Vrlo sam sretna što je ideja na kojoj radim već godinu dana konačno usvojena – kazala je Borzan.

Stvaranje okvira za sigurnu online kupnju jedan je od prioriteta Europske unije. Procjenjuje se da bi povećanje e-trgovine za samo 10 posto dovelo do porasta BDP-a za 1,7 posto na razini EU-a.

Odbor za unutarnje tržište i zaštitu potrošača Europskog parlamenta izglasao je Akt o jedinstvenom digitalnom tržištu, pri čemu je usvojen i prijedlog hrvatske zastupnice Biljane Borzan o uvođenju oznake sigurne online kupnje za trgovce sa sjedištem u EU-u.

Online trgovci obvezni su, inače, prihvatiti povrat robe u roku 14 dana od prodaje, bez objašnjenja kupaca zašto su je vratili.

Troškove povratne dostave, ako nije drukčije dogovoreno u trenutku kupnje, snosi trgovac, a trgovci sa sjedištem u EU-u moraju davati jednoznačnu informaciju o svim troškovima kupnje. Svaki tzv. skriveni trošak kupac mora izričito odobriti.

– To je, naravno, pošteno prema potrošačima jer kupuju na neviđeno, ali stvara velike troškove trgovcu. Ideju za uvođenje oznake za sigurnu internetsku kupnju dobila sam upravo od hrvatskih online trgovaca.

Potrošače se godišnje ošteti za 64 milijarde eura

Naime, žalili su mi se da su, budući da imaju sjedište u EU-u, obvezni pridržavati se svih pravila, dok se njihovi konkurenti iz Švicarske, SAD-a ili azijskih država predstavljaju kao povoljni, a nerijetko varaju kupce – kaže Borzan.

S druge strane, više od 60 posto građana Europske unije boji se kupovati online jer nisu sigurni koja su im prava u slučaju problema, odnosno reklamacije.

Prosječnom potrošaču vrlo je teško odrediti ima li online trgovac sjedište u EU-u. Čak ni web-stranice s domenom.eu,.hr ili pak co.uk ne jamče europsku lokaciju trgovca i zbunjuju potrošače. Samo prigodom kupnje digitalnih sadržaja godišnje ih se ošteti za 64 milijarde eura.

– Uvođenjem prepoznatljive oznake kakva sad postoji za online ljekarne, kupci će lakše prepoznati kod koga mogu s povjerenjem kupovati, a pošteni trgovci će biti privilegirani u srazu s konkurencijom koja se ne pridržava europskih direktiva.

Vrlo sam sretna što je ideja na kojoj radim već godinu dana konačno usvojena – kazala je Borzan.

Stvaranje okvira za sigurnu online kupnju jedan je od prioriteta Europske unije. Procjenjuje se da bi povećanje e-trgovine za samo 10 posto dovelo do porasta BDP-a za 1,7 posto na razini EU-a.
