Čim zapušu prve bure i padnu prve kiše, moje se ruke pretvore u brusni papir.
To što mi postane neugodno lakirati nokte, nije najveći problem na svijetu. Ne privlačim pažnju na ispucalu kožu, crvenilo i rane, držim se sa strane. Ruke mi nateknu prilikom ulaska u toplo, na hladnoći otkazuju poslušnost, ispucala i gruba koža postaje ljubičasta.
Imam rukavice, naravno. No i ekstremno osjetljivu kožu.
Zima zaista nije moje vrijeme, a oni sretnici koji dijele moje "boljke", shvatit će me. Jedino što pomaže večernje je "natapanje" ruku u kremi po izboru, dnevno obnavljanje kremicom koja mi je uvijek u torbici. Tijekom godina isprobala sam svu silu proizvoda, a pritom nimalo ne pretjerujem.
One iz ljekarni i drogerija, izmiješane kod kuće i kupljene u biljnim ljekarnama. Od očaja sam ruke mazala medom, mješavinom jogurta i zobenih pahuljica. Otkrila sam tako i ponešto o sebi - ispada da strpljenja za takve kućne pripravke naprosto nemam.
Srećom, postoje kremice koje moje stanje čine podnošljivim. Krenimo od onih najjeftinijih prema najskupljima.
1. Balea Urea
Sveti gral proizvoda za njegu kože ruku, Baleina tradicionalna "urea" formula prati nas od početka milenija i hvala joj na tome. Kao i ostale proizvode ove marke, možete je pronaći samo u dm trgovinama, a košta oko 10 kuna - putno pakiranje i upola manje.

Ne ostavlja ruke masnima, a čini kožu mekom. Ne čini čuda, no za cijenu ju itekako vrijedi isprobati.
2. Ziaja hand creme - silk proteins and provitamin B5
Ne znam ništa o proteinima svile, no ova kremica jedna je od ugodnijih i manje masnih koje sam isprobala. Vrlo se brzo upija, a pristojno njeguje kožu, ima blag miris i ne sadrži parabene, kao i ostala Ziajina (prirodna) kozmetika.

Regenerira oštećenu kožu i dubinski je hrani. Za cijenu od 19 kuna (ja sam ju kupila na 1+1 gratis) možete ju pronaći u svim drogerijama i većim supermarketima.
3. Neutrogena
Namjerno ne pišem vrstu, jer svaka krema za ruke ove norveške marke pokazala se u mom slučaju kao pun pogodak. One masnije formule poput melema čuvam za večernja mazanja, a posljednje izdanje sa shea maslacem i pčelinjim voskom spas mi je tijekom dana.
Krema se ne lijepi i upija vrlo brzo, a isto tako i zacjeljuje ispucale ruke. Košta oko 30 kuna, a vrijedi svake lipe.

4. Bepanthen
Spasonosna mast namijenjena je za njegu suhe kože, ali i površinskih oštećenja kože, prevenciju i tretman oštećenja kože dojenčadi poput crvenila i pelenskog osipa.

Namazan u tankom sloju, Bepanthen je možda jedini na ovoj listi "saveznika" koji trenutno radi posao. Ugodan je na koži i upija se, zaglađuje površinu kože, a dubinski hrani. Nježan miris i gusta formula čine ovu kremu savršenom za ziske mjesece, jedini "minus" joj je, dakako, cijena i brzina trošenja.
Bepanthen mi nažalost, uz mazanje dvaput dnevno, ne potraje dulje od nekoliko tjedana, a košta između 40 i 60 kuna.
5. Sudocrem
Sve mame znaju da je Sudocrem najbolji za bebinu guzu, baš kao što svi s ekstremno osjetljivom kožom znaju koliko je ova gusta bijela krema spasonosna za zacjeljivanje ispucale kože.
Odnedavno se osim klasičnog pakiranja u sivoj "teglici" nudi i krema u tubi koja je, zaista, nešto najbolje za njegu ispucale kože ruku što sam isprobala. Upija se relativno brzo, a ruke liječi preko noći.
Ponovo, dijeli "minus" s Bepanthenom. Košta 49 kuna, a troši se - brzo.

6. Elizabeth Arden 8 hour creme
Veće pakiranje košta 155 kuna, manje oko 80 kn. No nemojte da vas cijena odbije, ova ljekovita mast trajat će, uistinu, mjesecima.
Ne samo da je spas i za ispucale usne, kao i za suhu kožu lica, već rane na rukama nastale zbog niskih temperatura i bure "lijepi" kao nijedna od prethodno spomenutih. Miriše na mješavinu čajeva, gusta je i masna, stoga nije najpraktičnija za dnevno korištenje, no za večernje je - dušu dala.

Čim zapušu prve bure i padnu prve kiše, moje se ruke pretvore u brusni papir.
To što mi postane neugodno lakirati nokte, nije najveći problem na svijetu. Ne privlačim pažnju na ispucalu kožu, crvenilo i rane, držim se sa strane. Ruke mi nateknu prilikom ulaska u toplo, na hladnoći otkazuju poslušnost, ispucala i gruba koža postaje ljubičasta.
Imam rukavice, naravno. No i ekstremno osjetljivu kožu.
Zima zaista nije moje vrijeme, a oni sretnici koji dijele moje "boljke", shvatit će me. Jedino što pomaže večernje je "natapanje" ruku u kremi po izboru, dnevno obnavljanje kremicom koja mi je uvijek u torbici. Tijekom godina isprobala sam svu silu proizvoda, a pritom nimalo ne pretjerujem.
One iz ljekarni i drogerija, izmiješane kod kuće i kupljene u biljnim ljekarnama. Od očaja sam ruke mazala medom, mješavinom jogurta i zobenih pahuljica. Otkrila sam tako i ponešto o sebi - ispada da strpljenja za takve kućne pripravke naprosto nemam.
Srećom, postoje kremice koje moje stanje čine podnošljivim. Krenimo od onih najjeftinijih prema najskupljima.
1. Balea Urea
Sveti gral proizvoda za njegu kože ruku, Baleina tradicionalna "urea" formula prati nas od početka milenija i hvala joj na tome. Kao i ostale proizvode ove marke, možete je pronaći samo u dm trgovinama, a košta oko 10 kuna - putno pakiranje i upola manje.

Ne ostavlja ruke masnima, a čini kožu mekom. Ne čini čuda, no za cijenu ju itekako vrijedi isprobati.
2. Ziaja hand creme - silk proteins and provitamin B5
Ne znam ništa o proteinima svile, no ova kremica jedna je od ugodnijih i manje masnih koje sam isprobala. Vrlo se brzo upija, a pristojno njeguje kožu, ima blag miris i ne sadrži parabene, kao i ostala Ziajina (prirodna) kozmetika.

Regenerira oštećenu kožu i dubinski je hrani. Za cijenu od 19 kuna (ja sam ju kupila na 1+1 gratis) možete ju pronaći u svim drogerijama i većim supermarketima.
3. Neutrogena
Namjerno ne pišem vrstu, jer svaka krema za ruke ove norveške marke pokazala se u mom slučaju kao pun pogodak. One masnije formule poput melema čuvam za večernja mazanja, a posljednje izdanje sa shea maslacem i pčelinjim voskom spas mi je tijekom dana.
Krema se ne lijepi i upija vrlo brzo, a isto tako i zacjeljuje ispucale ruke. Košta oko 30 kuna, a vrijedi svake lipe.

4. Bepanthen
Spasonosna mast namijenjena je za njegu suhe kože, ali i površinskih oštećenja kože, prevenciju i tretman oštećenja kože dojenčadi poput crvenila i pelenskog osipa.

Namazan u tankom sloju, Bepanthen je možda jedini na ovoj listi "saveznika" koji trenutno radi posao. Ugodan je na koži i upija se, zaglađuje površinu kože, a dubinski hrani. Nježan miris i gusta formula čine ovu kremu savršenom za ziske mjesece, jedini "minus" joj je, dakako, cijena i brzina trošenja.
Bepanthen mi nažalost, uz mazanje dvaput dnevno, ne potraje dulje od nekoliko tjedana, a košta između 40 i 60 kuna.
5. Sudocrem
Sve mame znaju da je Sudocrem najbolji za bebinu guzu, baš kao što svi s ekstremno osjetljivom kožom znaju koliko je ova gusta bijela krema spasonosna za zacjeljivanje ispucale kože.
Odnedavno se osim klasičnog pakiranja u sivoj "teglici" nudi i krema u tubi koja je, zaista, nešto najbolje za njegu ispucale kože ruku što sam isprobala. Upija se relativno brzo, a ruke liječi preko noći.
Ponovo, dijeli "minus" s Bepanthenom. Košta 49 kuna, a troši se - brzo.

6. Elizabeth Arden 8 hour creme
Veće pakiranje košta 155 kuna, manje oko 80 kn. No nemojte da vas cijena odbije, ova ljekovita mast trajat će, uistinu, mjesecima.
Ne samo da je spas i za ispucale usne, kao i za suhu kožu lica, već rane na rukama nastale zbog niskih temperatura i bure "lijepi" kao nijedna od prethodno spomenutih. Miriše na mješavinu čajeva, gusta je i masna, stoga nije najpraktičnija za dnevno korištenje, no za večernje je - dušu dala.
