Gripa i viroza teška su gnjavaža, posebno kad 'điraju' od člana do člana familije poput frizbija na obiteljskom izletu ili, eto nekima dražega primjera, bukare. Tu je i problem o kojem se rijetko priča, valjda da se, što bi rekle babe, 'ne učara': to što ste preležali gripu ne znači da za par dana ne možete dobiti neželjene repete.
Stoga će nam svima u sezoni respiratornih virusa (onaj jedan uvozni, pu-pu-pu, nećemo ni spominjati) dobro došli savjeti o 'raskuživanju' kuće nakon što je kroz nju prošla bolest. Ne treba vam tamjan, a neće vam trebati ni zlato, jer sve što vam predlažemo vrlo je 'budget friendly'. Neki su od ovih savjeta jako popularni na društvenim mrežama, no neke smo 'hit savjete' odlučili zanemariti jer veze nemaju sa zdravim razumom. Sredstvom za čišćenje wc školjke, vjerujte nam, treba čistiti isključivo wc školjku.
Uglavnom, prije nego započnete s čišćenjem, napravite plan. Premda ćete vjerojatno osjetiti potrebu sve iz sobe u kojoj je netko preležao gripu dobro natopiti domestosom, ne pretjerujte. Koncentrirajte se na površine koje je bolesnik često dodirivao i do kojih su mogle dospjeti kapljice sline uslijed kihanja. Jasno, posebnu pažnju trebat ćete posvetiti posteljini koju treba oprati na temperaturi od najmanje 60 stupnjeva, ali doći ćemo još do toga.
I još nešto prije nego uopće počnete čistiti: zaboravite spužvice i krpice. Ne želite viruse razmazati po cijeloj kući, zar ne? Puno bolja opcija su papirnati kuhinjski ubrusi, vlažne maramice za čišćenje ili jednokratne krpice od celuloze (izgledaju isto kao papirnati ubrusi u roli, samo su čvrste i mogu se prati pa ponovno koristiti, no u slučaju čišćenja nakon gripe to nemojte raditi).

A što staviti na ubrus ili krpicu? Potražite sredstvo koje uistinu ubija mikroorganizme. Na ambažali treba pisati 'uništava 99,9% bakterija, virusa i gljivica', 'kills germs', 'eliminates viruses', 'distrugge i virus', 'niszczy wirusy' ili nešto slično, ovisno gdje kupujete.
Pazite: koliko god ocat i limunov sok bili super za čišćenje i donekle imali dezinfekcijska svojstva, virus gripe neće dotući. Čuvajte ih za čišćenje masnoće s kuhinjskih površina, a za dezionfekciju kuće nakon gripe nađite malo snažnijeg saveznika. Ni sredstvo za izbjeljivanje rublja u ovom vam slučaju neće biti od pomoći, koliko god se bloggeri kleli u svemogući 'bleach' - većina izbjeljivača uopće ne sadrži klor.
Ok, sad kad znate čime čistiti, evo što bi trebalo očistiti. Počnite od sobe. Svu posteljinu bacite na pranje, na najvišoj temperaturi i po mogućnosti s izbjeljivačem, dezinficirajte namještaj koji je bolesna osoba dodirivala te dobro pregledajte da se negdje ne krije odbačena prljava maramica.
Ako se bolesnik kretao i po ostatku kuće, dobro očistite vodoravne površine poput stolova jer se pokazalo da su najčešći prenositelji viroza: često se dodiruju, a obično se samo prebrišu spužvicom.

Zatim pažljivo očistite kupaonicu. Ručnike koje je bolesnik koristio operite na visokoj temperaturi, a preporučljivo je dezinficirati i sve četkice, kistove i ostale predmete koji su dodirivali lice.
Dobro mikrobiološko čišćenje trebat će cijeloj kupaonici (neki spominju da bi trebalo dezinficirati i perilicu, no ne vidimo smisla u tome ako ste rublje oprali na visokoj temperaturi), a to vam je najlakše napraviti sredstvom u spreju, pripazite samo da ubija mikrobe. Sve dobro naprskajte, pričekajte desetak minuta pa obrišite. I bacite maramicu, naravno.
Nakon što ste odgovarajućim sredstvom prebrisali sav namještaj koji se bolesniku našao na dohvatu ruke ili u 'kihometu', vrijeme je za dezinfekciju tehnike: daljinskih, mobitela, tipkovnica... znate već. Pripazite kad čistite ekrane, neki ne podnose sredstva za čišćenje na bazi alkohola, pa najprije provjerite u uputstvima. Najbolje je koristiti specijalizirana sredstva za čišćenje tehnike i elektronike.
Ako je od gripe ili viroze bolovalo dijete, morat ćete dezinficirati i i gračke kojima se igralo za vrijeme bolesti, kao i čašice, dudice, pumpice za čišćenje nosića i ostalo. Najprije ih potopite u mješavinu tople vode i sapunice, a zatim u blagoj otopini sredstva za čišćenje koje sadrži klor. Neka odstoje desetak minuta pa ih isperite i pustite da se osuše na zraku. Poseban problem su plišane i krpene igračke, jer im ne možete prirediti gore opisani spa session. Njih sakrijte od djeteta dok virusi ne 'pokrepaju' sami od sebe, dakle na barem tri dana.
Ne zaboravite kuću dobro provjetriti, a ne bi bilo loše ni očistiti filtere na klimi i kupaoničkoj ventilaciji. Ne zaboravite očistiti i unutrašnjost automobila.
Sad još samo operite ruke i gotovi ste.

Gripa i viroza teška su gnjavaža, posebno kad 'điraju' od člana do člana familije poput frizbija na obiteljskom izletu ili, eto nekima dražega primjera, bukare. Tu je i problem o kojem se rijetko priča, valjda da se, što bi rekle babe, 'ne učara': to što ste preležali gripu ne znači da za par dana ne možete dobiti neželjene repete.
Stoga će nam svima u sezoni respiratornih virusa (onaj jedan uvozni, pu-pu-pu, nećemo ni spominjati) dobro došli savjeti o 'raskuživanju' kuće nakon što je kroz nju prošla bolest. Ne treba vam tamjan, a neće vam trebati ni zlato, jer sve što vam predlažemo vrlo je 'budget friendly'. Neki su od ovih savjeta jako popularni na društvenim mrežama, no neke smo 'hit savjete' odlučili zanemariti jer veze nemaju sa zdravim razumom. Sredstvom za čišćenje wc školjke, vjerujte nam, treba čistiti isključivo wc školjku.
Uglavnom, prije nego započnete s čišćenjem, napravite plan. Premda ćete vjerojatno osjetiti potrebu sve iz sobe u kojoj je netko preležao gripu dobro natopiti domestosom, ne pretjerujte. Koncentrirajte se na površine koje je bolesnik često dodirivao i do kojih su mogle dospjeti kapljice sline uslijed kihanja. Jasno, posebnu pažnju trebat ćete posvetiti posteljini koju treba oprati na temperaturi od najmanje 60 stupnjeva, ali doći ćemo još do toga.
I još nešto prije nego uopće počnete čistiti: zaboravite spužvice i krpice. Ne želite viruse razmazati po cijeloj kući, zar ne? Puno bolja opcija su papirnati kuhinjski ubrusi, vlažne maramice za čišćenje ili jednokratne krpice od celuloze (izgledaju isto kao papirnati ubrusi u roli, samo su čvrste i mogu se prati pa ponovno koristiti, no u slučaju čišćenja nakon gripe to nemojte raditi).

A što staviti na ubrus ili krpicu? Potražite sredstvo koje uistinu ubija mikroorganizme. Na ambažali treba pisati 'uništava 99,9% bakterija, virusa i gljivica', 'kills germs', 'eliminates viruses', 'distrugge i virus', 'niszczy wirusy' ili nešto slično, ovisno gdje kupujete.
Pazite: koliko god ocat i limunov sok bili super za čišćenje i donekle imali dezinfekcijska svojstva, virus gripe neće dotući. Čuvajte ih za čišćenje masnoće s kuhinjskih površina, a za dezionfekciju kuće nakon gripe nađite malo snažnijeg saveznika. Ni sredstvo za izbjeljivanje rublja u ovom vam slučaju neće biti od pomoći, koliko god se bloggeri kleli u svemogući 'bleach' - većina izbjeljivača uopće ne sadrži klor.
Ok, sad kad znate čime čistiti, evo što bi trebalo očistiti. Počnite od sobe. Svu posteljinu bacite na pranje, na najvišoj temperaturi i po mogućnosti s izbjeljivačem, dezinficirajte namještaj koji je bolesna osoba dodirivala te dobro pregledajte da se negdje ne krije odbačena prljava maramica.
Ako se bolesnik kretao i po ostatku kuće, dobro očistite vodoravne površine poput stolova jer se pokazalo da su najčešći prenositelji viroza: često se dodiruju, a obično se samo prebrišu spužvicom.

Zatim pažljivo očistite kupaonicu. Ručnike koje je bolesnik koristio operite na visokoj temperaturi, a preporučljivo je dezinficirati i sve četkice, kistove i ostale predmete koji su dodirivali lice.
Dobro mikrobiološko čišćenje trebat će cijeloj kupaonici (neki spominju da bi trebalo dezinficirati i perilicu, no ne vidimo smisla u tome ako ste rublje oprali na visokoj temperaturi), a to vam je najlakše napraviti sredstvom u spreju, pripazite samo da ubija mikrobe. Sve dobro naprskajte, pričekajte desetak minuta pa obrišite. I bacite maramicu, naravno.
Nakon što ste odgovarajućim sredstvom prebrisali sav namještaj koji se bolesniku našao na dohvatu ruke ili u 'kihometu', vrijeme je za dezinfekciju tehnike: daljinskih, mobitela, tipkovnica... znate već. Pripazite kad čistite ekrane, neki ne podnose sredstva za čišćenje na bazi alkohola, pa najprije provjerite u uputstvima. Najbolje je koristiti specijalizirana sredstva za čišćenje tehnike i elektronike.
Ako je od gripe ili viroze bolovalo dijete, morat ćete dezinficirati i i gračke kojima se igralo za vrijeme bolesti, kao i čašice, dudice, pumpice za čišćenje nosića i ostalo. Najprije ih potopite u mješavinu tople vode i sapunice, a zatim u blagoj otopini sredstva za čišćenje koje sadrži klor. Neka odstoje desetak minuta pa ih isperite i pustite da se osuše na zraku. Poseban problem su plišane i krpene igračke, jer im ne možete prirediti gore opisani spa session. Njih sakrijte od djeteta dok virusi ne 'pokrepaju' sami od sebe, dakle na barem tri dana.
Ne zaboravite kuću dobro provjetriti, a ne bi bilo loše ni očistiti filtere na klimi i kupaoničkoj ventilaciji. Ne zaboravite očistiti i unutrašnjost automobila.
Sad još samo operite ruke i gotovi ste.
