Kad je riječ o "do it yourself" tretmanima za njegu kože, nisam ljubitelj. Priznajem. Uvijek ću radije kupiti provjereni proizvod prije nego posegnem za kuhinjskim materijalom i bacim se na miješanje.
Kriva je možda sol, sastojak definitivno preagresivan za moju osjetljivu kožu, koja me dobro opekla kao jedan od prvih tretmana "iz zdjelice". Danas, nekoliko godina poslije nesretne epizode i osipa koji je uslijedio, znam nešto više o sastojcima.
A jedan od njih već je godinama dio moje rutine.

---Riječ je o "klasiku". Isprobala sam ga na savjet kozmetičarke, a dodala mu s vremenom još koji te dobila mješavinu za masku koju na društvenim mrežama nazivaju "spasonosnom". Mnogi joj dodaju i kurkumu, no bazični sastojci su sljedeći:
- nekoliko žlica mlijeka
- jedna do dvije žlice zobenih pahuljica
- žlica meda
Gustu smjesu dovoljno je nanijeti na čisto, suho lice te nakon desetak minuta umiti u mlakoj vodi. No svi su sastojci toliko blagotvorni da možete masku držati i dulje bez straha od ikakvih neželjenih posljedica.
Jedan naročito, a o njemu se u zadnje vrijeme raspravlja na veliko - mlijeko. Otkad je jedna od najljepših žena današnjice, Priyanka Chopra, otkrila kako je upravo mlijeko najvažniji sastojak u njenoj beauty rutini, onaj koji koristi za pilinge i posvjetljivanje hiperpigmentacija, ali i za hidratizaciju koja nam je toliko potrebna, beauty stručnjaci poludjeli su za ovom namirnicom koju zbog svojstava možemo nazvati "kontroverznom".

---No u kozmetičkoj industriji mliječna je kiselina sastojak i više nego poželjan. A ako ste od onih kojima nije strano dohvatiti se "diy" opcija, zapravo i ne možete mnogo pogriješiti ni s običnim mlijekom.
Ono što sam primijetila nakon korištenja spomenute maske sa zobenim pahuljicama i mlijekom je neobična mekoća kože, kao i potpuni izostanak neugodnog "zatezanja" kojemu je inače sklona nakon temeljitog čišćenja. A sudeći prema idejama na društvenim mrežama, tu ne staju neuobičajene moći ove jeftine namirnice koju većina ima u kuhinji.
- pomaže kod tvrdih, ispucalih peta (napravite kupku od tople vode i toplog mlijeka u jednakim omjerima nakon koje ćete nježno sastrugati odumrle stanice kože)
- pomaže kod opekotina od sunca (podjednako kao jogurt - oblog od mlijeka nanesite na oštećenu kožu i umijte mlakom vodom)
- pročišćava pore (nanesite mlijeko na blazinicu i masirajte lice, a nakon 5 minuta isperite)
- napravite piling tijela od slanutkovog brašna, mlijeka i malo kurkume, koža će vam sjajiti

Kriva je možda sol, sastojak definitivno preagresivan za moju osjetljivu kožu, koja me dobro opekla kao jedan od prvih tretmana "iz zdjelice". Danas, nekoliko godina poslije nesretne epizode i osipa koji je uslijedio, znam nešto više o sastojcima.
A jedan od njih već je godinama dio moje rutine.

---Riječ je o "klasiku". Isprobala sam ga na savjet kozmetičarke, a dodala mu s vremenom još koji te dobila mješavinu za masku koju na društvenim mrežama nazivaju "spasonosnom". Mnogi joj dodaju i kurkumu, no bazični sastojci su sljedeći:
- nekoliko žlica mlijeka
- jedna do dvije žlice zobenih pahuljica
- žlica meda
Gustu smjesu dovoljno je nanijeti na čisto, suho lice te nakon desetak minuta umiti u mlakoj vodi. No svi su sastojci toliko blagotvorni da možete masku držati i dulje bez straha od ikakvih neželjenih posljedica.
Jedan naročito, a o njemu se u zadnje vrijeme raspravlja na veliko - mlijeko. Otkad je jedna od najljepših žena današnjice, Priyanka Chopra, otkrila kako je upravo mlijeko najvažniji sastojak u njenoj beauty rutini, onaj koji koristi za pilinge i posvjetljivanje hiperpigmentacija, ali i za hidratizaciju koja nam je toliko potrebna, beauty stručnjaci poludjeli su za ovom namirnicom koju zbog svojstava možemo nazvati "kontroverznom".

---No u kozmetičkoj industriji mliječna je kiselina sastojak i više nego poželjan. A ako ste od onih kojima nije strano dohvatiti se "diy" opcija, zapravo i ne možete mnogo pogriješiti ni s običnim mlijekom.
Ono što sam primijetila nakon korištenja spomenute maske sa zobenim pahuljicama i mlijekom je neobična mekoća kože, kao i potpuni izostanak neugodnog "zatezanja" kojemu je inače sklona nakon temeljitog čišćenja. A sudeći prema idejama na društvenim mrežama, tu ne staju neuobičajene moći ove jeftine namirnice koju većina ima u kuhinji.
- pomaže kod tvrdih, ispucalih peta (napravite kupku od tople vode i toplog mlijeka u jednakim omjerima nakon koje ćete nježno sastrugati odumrle stanice kože)
- pomaže kod opekotina od sunca (podjednako kao jogurt - oblog od mlijeka nanesite na oštećenu kožu i umijte mlakom vodom)
- pročišćava pore (nanesite mlijeko na blazinicu i masirajte lice, a nakon 5 minuta isperite)
- napravite piling tijela od slanutkovog brašna, mlijeka i malo kurkume, koža će vam sjajiti
