Ako pušite ili imate među bliskim ljudima pušače, sigurno ste primijetili da imaju žute nokte. Naravno, ništa neobično, duhan ih boja. Međutim, ako vam se pojave žuti nokti, a ne znate razlog, vrijedi otići na pregled. Razlog može biti trivijalan, ali isto tako može biti simptom nečeg ozbiljnog, piše živim.hr.
Gljivice na noktima mogu biti jedan od razloga, to je uobičajeno stanje koje počinje kao bijela ili žuta mrlja ispod vrha nokta na ruci ili nozi. Kako infekcija napreduje i širi se, gljivice noktiju mogu uzrokovati promjenu boje nokta, zadebljanje i mrvljenje na rubu.

Bolest štitnjače

Bolesti pluća
Sindrom žutih noktiju je rijetko stanje povezano s kroničnim respiratornim problemima, a glavni simptom su, naravno, žuti nokti.
Osoba sa žutim noktima može imati respiratorne simptome, poput kroničnog kašlja, i obično ima natečene potkoljenice ili gležnjeve.

Puno sluzi - sluz može braniti tijelo od infekcija ili nadražujućih tvari. No povećana proizvodnja sluzi dulje od mjesec dana mogla bi ukazivati na bolest pluća
Bol u plućima - neobjašnjiva bolest pluća koja traje duže od mjesec dana, a pogoršava se kada udišete ili kašljete, znak je upozorenja.
Dijabetes
Kod nekih osoba s dijabetesom nokti poprimaju žućkastu nijansu. Često je ovo bojanje povezano s razgradnjom šećera i njegovim učinkom na kolagen u noktima.
Ova vrsta žutila nije štetna i ne treba je liječiti.

Ako pušite ili imate među bliskim ljudima pušače, sigurno ste primijetili da imaju žute nokte. Naravno, ništa neobično, duhan ih boja. Međutim, ako vam se pojave žuti nokti, a ne znate razlog, vrijedi otići na pregled. Razlog može biti trivijalan, ali isto tako može biti simptom nečeg ozbiljnog, piše živim.hr.
Gljivice na noktima mogu biti jedan od razloga, to je uobičajeno stanje koje počinje kao bijela ili žuta mrlja ispod vrha nokta na ruci ili nozi. Kako infekcija napreduje i širi se, gljivice noktiju mogu uzrokovati promjenu boje nokta, zadebljanje i mrvljenje na rubu.
Isto tako, postoji niz drugi zdravstvenih problema koji su povezani sa žutim noktima, a kojih trebate biti svjesni.
- U rijetkim slučajevima žuti nokti mogu ukazivati na ozbiljnije stanje poput teške bolesti štitnjače, bolesti pluća, dijabetesa ili psorijaze - navodi WebMD.
Bolest štitnjače
To je opći termin za medicinsko stanje koje sprečava štitnjaču da proizvodi pravu količinu hormona. Štitnjača je obično odgovorna za stvaranje hormona koji održavaju normalno funkcioniranje tijela. Otečen vrh prsta, zakrivljeni nokat i zadebljana koža iznad nokta također su znakovi noktiju koji upozoravaju na bolest štitnjače. No, isto tako provjerite imate li i druge simptome.

Opadanje kose i drugih dlaka, obrva, trepavica
Pojava neredovitih menstrualnih krvarenja, slabija plodnost žena

Bolesti pluća
Sindrom žutih noktiju je rijetko stanje povezano s kroničnim respiratornim problemima, a glavni simptom su, naravno, žuti nokti.
Osoba sa žutim noktima može imati respiratorne simptome, poput kroničnog kašlja, i obično ima natečene potkoljenice ili gležnjeve.
- Stručnjaci ne znaju što uzrokuje sindrom žutih noktiju. Ali može biti povezano s nepravilnom cirkulacijom, problemima s limfnom drenažom ili nakupljanjem tekućine oko pluća - navode iz Klinike Cleveland.
Ako imate žute nokte i neke od ovih simptoma, trebali biste se javiti liječniku obiteljske medicine:
Otežano disanje ili kratak dah - ne biste trebali imati problema s disanjem bez razloga, a i nakon vježbanja se ne biste trebali dugo oporavljati
Osjećaj da ne možete dovoljno udahnuti - teško udisanje i izdisanje može biti važan znak upozorenja
Kronični kašalj - ako traje više od mjesec dana, kašalj može biti simptom respiratorne bolesti
Iskašljavanje krvi - krv može dolaziti iz pluća ili gornjih dišnih puteva, a to je signal zdravstvenog problema
Puno sluzi - sluz može braniti tijelo od infekcija ili nadražujućih tvari. No povećana proizvodnja sluzi dulje od mjesec dana mogla bi ukazivati na bolest pluća
Bol u plućima - neobjašnjiva bolest pluća koja traje duže od mjesec dana, a pogoršava se kada udišete ili kašljete, znak je upozorenja.
Dijabetes
Kod nekih osoba s dijabetesom nokti poprimaju žućkastu nijansu. Često je ovo bojanje povezano s razgradnjom šećera i njegovim učinkom na kolagen u noktima.
Ova vrsta žutila nije štetna i ne treba je liječiti.

Bijela, žuta ili smeđa diskoloracija
Nokti koji se raspadaju
Nokti se odvajaju od vašeg prsta na ruci ili nozi
Nakupine ispod nokta
Krv ispod nokta
